“convenient signing from anywhere”
Pros
I liked it.. being able to handle documents this way is incredibly convenient and has made things much simpler for me. Whenever someone sends over a form, I no longer need to print it, fill it out, sign it and then scan it back. Now I can take care of everything right from my phone or laptop. I do not even need to download the file first,I can open it straight from my email, make the needed edits and send it back right away.
Cons
The part I like least is that It will sometimes change the formatting of my document and that can make things harder to deal with.

“Practical tool”
Pros
Having the library and archive built in makes it really convenient to pull up older documents for reference whenever I need them, without leaving the program. It has also taken the hassle out of collecting signatures from multiple people on a contract so there's no longer a need for endless email chains and follow-up reminders.
Cons
Pricing tiers feel a bit uneven and inconsistent.

“Great results”
Pros
Uploading documents and sending them out quickly is really simple and the software is simple to use overall.
Cons
The only real downside is the price. That said good software usually comes at a cost so it feels more like a reality than a true negative.

“works well”
Pros
It has really modernized the way our business works with partners and even internally across the organization. It lets us automate the signing process when several stakeholders need to be involved and it does that without making the process itself feel complicated.
Cons
What I still haven't sorted out is how Templates and SharePoint work together. I'm sure the functionality is there but I just haven't had enough time to really dig into it. Aside from that, the product is extremely simple to use.

“digital signing that gets it done”
Pros
Whenever paperwork comes in for facilities use and the leadership team needs to sign it, It helps me handle it even when the other company doesn't offer a digital option. I can set up the documents for digital signing and keep the process moving without having to rely on paper.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is resizing the signature fields. I really wish there were a way to apply one standard size across the whole document and keep everything aligned consistently from page to page.

“Good software”
Pros
This tool lets us bypass the unnecessary parts of a document and takes us straight to the sections where we need to sign.
Cons
Some documents are still very wordy and take time to read through. It would be helpful if the app added features to summarize sections so users can quickly understand the purpose of each part.

“trusted signing that just works”
Pros
Sending documents with It is incredibly simple, whether it's going to one signer or several at once. It has also become a well-known name which adds a layer of trust in a space where people are naturally very cautious about handling sensitive documents.
Cons
There are quite a few features included that we never end up using. If there were a way to create a more customized package based on what each user actually needs, it would make the interface feel less cluttered and help reduce costs for tools we aren't using.

“fast electronic signing”

Signing documents electronically here is much more convenient than the old process of downloading the file, signing and scanning it, then uploading it again.

If the tab gets closed, the signing process has to be started over from the beginning.

“keeps contracts moving fast”
Pros
Across every organization where I've used It, it has performed really well. We were handling a very high volume of contracts sometimes around 100 each week and it was essential for keeping the business moving without delays.
Cons
At times, It could be buggy and we weren't able to create a signing link for certain nonnegotiable documents. Adobe Sign did offer that feature but as an enterprise, switching platforms wasn't an option.

“saves time for everyone”
Pros
The most valuable part of It has been the automatic paper trail that records dates and tracks the full lease or contract signing process from start to finish. The simple signing process is really the biggest reason we keep using the software.
Cons
Updating templates can take more time than expected. There's also no real way to block out sections or edit a PDF template directly which ends up forcing you to create more templates than you should need.

“Love using it”
Pros
Handling signatures and shared information remotely is exactly where It shines. I've been using it for about 10 years and it's been something I truly enjoy working with. In the insurance industry, I'm honestly surprised more carriers haven't adopted it. The ones that have make the process much simpler for everyone involved. Another big advantage is being able to save signed documents for future reference whenever needed. And since everything is typed, there's no need to struggle with messy handwriting or guess what someone wrote which is a huge benefit.
Cons
honestly I can't point to any drawbacks or issues from my time using this software. It has felt nearly flawless throughout.

“mobile signatures in seconds”
Pros
Being able to capture signatures on mobile devices so quickly is what I appreciate most about It. During video shoots, I almost always need video release forms signed by people who might appear in the background. Rather than carrying around folders and pens, I just have them sign on the iPad I already have on set, snap a photo of their ID and everything is finished within seconds.
Cons
I do wish the content management side were a bit more organized and made it simpler to store multiple files together.

“verified signing from anywhere”
Pros
This tool helps a lot. Because being able to send a document by email to anyone, whether they're on a phone or a computer and have them sign a verified document is really useful.
Cons
DocuSign is highly efficient for regular users but the verification workflow has a learning curve that can lead to errors for first-time signers.

“Makes processes quicker”
Pros
From sending documents out to collecting signatures, It has the whole process well organized. It's very simple for clients to sign and the completed documents are sent back to the right parties quickly and reliably. The moment you hit finish, it practically appears in the app right away. In real estate, that kind of speed is absolutely essential. Being able to send and sign within minutes can sometimes save an entire day or even more during a transaction.
Cons
After using It for more than 10 years, there really isn't much I can point to that needs improvement. I've seen how much it has evolved over time and it remains adaptable and user-friendly.

“template uploads save tons of time”
Pros
Being able to upload several contract templates and keep them ready for repeated use has been a huge help. When I need to send a contract out quickly, I can get it done in about five minutes. With hundreds of authors in each cohort, that kind of speed saves me a lot of time.
Cons
I have run into some trouble with the bulk contact upload feature before. I'm not really a fan of having to use the csv/excel format for that. The first time I used bulk upload, it went fine but after that I started getting error messages which ended up pushing me to send contracts one at a time.

“Helps save time and effort”
Pros
Creating templates for customers to review, sign and submit is very simple. I also really appreciate getting status updates showing which step each signer is on throughout the process. Also, the reminder email option is useful for nudging people to finish their documents.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve. I wish the app included more tutorial videos that walk through how to handle different tasks. When you are investing this much in a product, it is frustrating not fully understanding how to use it. The advertising loses some of its value when users still do not know everything the program offers or how to make use of all its features.
