“Simple to use”
Pros
Handling contracts with It feels very simple especially when there are multiple signers involved across different organizations.
Cons
The signature auto-sizing doesn't adjust very well and at times it leaves the final document looking a bit less polished.

“Works well”
Pros
Sending documents out for signatures is really simple with this app and it helps customers sign them quickly without any hassle. I've used it for both business and personal needs and it's been fantastic in both cases. It's especially useful when there are multiple people who need to sign because the whole process stays simple and efficient.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it. It has consistently worked very well for our team every time we've needed it.

“user-friendly and mobile-friendly”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly, simple to navigate and works really well on mobile too.
Cons
Only downside is the price. It feels expensive and I'd rather have the option to see ads or choose a different package with a lower monthly cost.

“excellent tool”
Pros
Digital signatures are absolutely essential for the way I work. Being able to send and receive signed documents without waiting on physical signatures is really the only practical way to do business now.
Cons
I do wish there were more tutorials covering some of the features. When I have a document that needs both a signature checkbox and a fill-in field, setting it up correctly can be a little tricky.

“Saves time”
Pros
Very user-friendly and pretty self-explanatorytool. It basically walks people through the document signing process step by step so it's hard to get lost. It's one of the best systems I've used for collecting signatures.

“quick document signing and storage”
Pros
Handling appointment paperwork is really convenient with this. It gives me a simple way to send out documents that need signatures, build forms for clients to sign and keep everything stored in one place so I can email documents whenever they're needed.
Cons
Don't have any complaints since the overall features have worked really well for me.

“simple and easy”
Pros
Getting started was quick since the software was simple to download and begin using right away. Sending documents out for signature is simple and it does a good job of notifying customers during the process. The comments and notes section is also a useful touch and the signing options are laid out clearly which makes everything easy to follow.
Cons
So far, I haven't run into any downsides yet. Installation was simple and using it has been just as simple.

“Loved using it”
Pros
Uploading documents to turn them into contract templates is pretty simple and the interface is clean enough that clients can immediately see where they need to sign. It's also really helpful being able to track when a contract has been viewed or completed. Also, there's a strong range of custom fields to choose from and you can also build your own fields to add into contracts when needed.
Cons
Support hasn't been very impressive and definitely feels like an area that needs improvement. The different pricing tiers give you options depending on what you need but the cost can climb quickly and end up being expensive.

“A practical tool!”
Pros
It helps in more than one way. It keeps important documents organized either alphabetically or by date, depending on what works better for your memory. The multi-party signing feature is especially useful when a coworker is in another state since you can send documents over quickly with the simple share option. Overall, It offers the most professional-looking document and contract signing experience out of any app I've used.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that it sometimes sends reminder emails out of nowhere for documents that haven't been viewed or used in a while, warning that they'll be deleted soon if you don't respond. If you're not someone who checks email every day, there's a real chance you could lose important documents.

“Excellent results”
Pros
Handling contracts is a lot simpler with It and that matters a lot in any project or client relationship. Having everything documented helps protect both my clients and me and the platform makes sending, reviewing and signing paperwork feel smooth. It helps keep communication organized and lets me run my business more efficiently.
Cons
The cost can start to feel a little high if you need to manage and send a large number of documents on a regular basis. In my case, I do not deal with enough contracts each year for that to be a major issue but I can see how it could become less budget-friendly if someone needed a higher-tier plan. Even with that, the value is still strong for what the software provides.

“signing made effortless”
Pros
What I appreciate most about It is how convenient the whole process is. In the past someone had to be there in person to watch a document get signed or you had to send paperwork through regular mail or even by fax. This software does away with all of that and puts everything into a simple email-based process.
Cons
honestly I haven't come across anything about this software that I'm unhappy with.

“reliable for HR templates”
Pros
After years of using It in our HR department, it has proven to be a decent tool though it definitely comes with limitations. It works best when the template is absolutely perfect and stays exactly the same every time. If anything changes, you end up having to adjust it manually for every single document.
Cons
Compared with It, I personally prefer Adobe Sign. It feels simpler to track and it generates far fewer emails. I'd also really appreciate having the ability to automatically file signed paperwork each time instead of having everything sent to a shared email inbox.

“remote account updates work well”
Pros
Handling account changes is much more convenient now because customers don't need to be in the office for us to update their accounts. We can send the amendments over and they return them to us quickly.
Cons
One thing that could be better is that It doesn't notify us when an email address is entered incorrectly so we have to go back and check why it wasn't sending.

“Templates work great”
Pros
It made it really simple to stay on top of contracts that were still waiting for signatures which helped me close more deals. I also appreciated how simple it was to set up templates, send reminder emails to prospects and update contracts even after they had already been sent out.
Cons
The only challenge I ran into was needing to cancel the previous version of a contract whenever I made changes to it.

“fantastic tool”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is being able to configure the signature review and routing path exactly the way I need. It's awesome to set up the workflow, send it out and then have a fully executed document delivered and saved just the way I want it.
Cons
It's not very forgiving if you realize a saved workflow needs to be edited after it has already started. That makes sense to a point but I'd still love to see more customization available within an active workflow. Sometimes a contract signer changes mid-negotiation when services or items are added or amended and having that flexibility would help keep things organized and save time.

“reminders and multi-signature speed”
Pros
I feel the strongest parts of this product is the reminder system and the ability to collect multiple signatures on a single document. Tasks that used to take weeks to get fully signed can now be completed in just minutes.
Cons
At times, It emails end up in the spam folder so we usually ask clients to check there if they have not received the message within 10 minutes. More often than not, that is where it is.
