digital signatures done right

Pros

Printing stacks of long contracts is no longer something we have to deal with. Everything is handled digitally now and it feels secure. We can upload and download whatever document needs a signature, clients are able to sign it as soon as it lands in their inbox and we get it returned quickly. It's an amazing option for anyone who needs signed documents handled fast.

Cons

For smaller businesses that send a high number of contracts, the pricing could end up feeling a bit expensive. In our case, we only send a limited number each month so the monthly capped plan works out really well and feels fairly priced.

Good experience so far

Pros

Handling contracts is much simpler now. Instead of printing, scanning and emailing documents back and forth, with It it's basically just click and send.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. It works really well and I haven't run into any bugs at all.

I liked it

Pros

It feels like the go-to standard for digital signatures. It gets rid of the hassle of scanning PDFs or chasing people through endless email threads just to get something signed. The automatic reminder feature is also really helpful.

Cons

Pros

It has really set the benchmark for electronic signatures and that reputation builds a strong sense of trust for both the people using the platform and the customers they send documents to.

Cons

Pricing is quite steep and a few features still feel underdeveloped. A lot of what you pay for seems tied to the brand name recognition.

Nice and easy to use

Pros

Writing on it digitally feels really natural and it does a good job recognizing the correct spacing in the form fields.

Cons

Could be better if the text size were smaller or if there were a way to zoom in more precisely on the specific spot you're trying to complete.

digital signatures done right

Pros

I liked using it. Getting digital signatures is very simple and pulling in other basic form details when needed is convenient too.

Cons

One challenge in our organization is that different departments use It in their own way and follow different standards for collecting information and signatures. If staff had stronger training and clearer best practices, a lot of the problems we run into could likely be avoided. Right now, issues sometimes come up with signing order or document access because of how a form was originally set up. That really seems more like a training and process problem than a problem with the software itself so I'd recommend that companies designate a few internal experts to train staff on proper use, purpose and best practices for their organization.

remote signing made simple

Pros

It's really convenient not having to be there in person to sign especially when several people need to sign the same document.

Cons

I can't think of any major downsides. At times there can be a lot of initials required and the dropdown fields can get a little confusing.

Pros

Love it! This tool is incredibly simple to use and has made our day-to-day work so much better. We do not have to deal with faxing, scanning, papers getting buried in junk mail or accidentally sending an email without the attachment anymore. We just open the template, update the pricing, change the customer details and send it right out.

Cons

Something that would make it even better would be an option for completed documents to download automatically into a folder on our hard drive.

Pros

Out of all the tools my company has invested in, this has been one of the biggest time-savers. The amount of time It saves across the organization makes it absolutely worth the cost.

Cons

Theres one off thing about it... if a candidate gets locked out of their document, resetting access can be a pretty tedious process.

time-saving drag-and-drop workflow

Pros

Uploading documents with the drag-and-drop feature has been a huge time saver. It makes sending out signature packets much faster and more efficient and the way it remembers client names and email addresses saves me a lot of extra work.

Cons

One thing that was a bit frustrating at first was finding the client list. I really wish I could have imported it before tax season because instead I had to enter every client by hand initially.

Pros

I find it so simple to upload documents and send them out for customers to sign. It saves a lot of time since people can sign right from their phone, wherever they are. It also helps cut down on paper buildup which makes it a more sustainable option.

Pros

Being able to build agreement templates and reuse them again and again is really helpful.

Pros

Getting new employees to sign contracts is a big part of running a business and with remote work during the pandemic, having a legal way to sign documents online became incredibly important for us. That's exactly where It delivers and it handles digital signatures extremely well.

Cons

About the only downside that comes to mind is in larger organizations, where the admin controls the style of the outgoing emails. It would be helpful to have some kind of comment option or feedback section for whoever manages those designs because sometimes the email templates are just not very good.

excellent tool

Pros

Being able to send contracts to customers by email has been a big plus for us. The security features also give us real confidence that the right person is the one signing. Also, the document management tools have become really valuable because we always know where our contracts are and can pull up any information in a matter of seconds.

Cons

We really do not have any complaints about the software. Everything we need is already implemented and working well.
