contract reminders keep me on track

Pros

The reminders section for everything has been really helpful for staying on top of my contracts and making sure nothing gets missed.

Cons

Customer service has been frustrating because the representatives hardly speak English.

Great online document access

Pros

With everything shifting during the COVID era, having documents available online for clients, customers or any type of organization has become really important. The flexibility, convenience and broad accessibility this offers to nearly everyone is fantastic. Being able to store documents, keep them on file and pull them up later when needed makes this an incredibly useful program.

Cons

One downside is that it can be tougher for people who only have access to a mobile phone to use the program as comfortably as those working from an iPad or another larger device.

secure signing that just works

Pros

Getting members through loan document signing without unnecessary steps is huge for us and this software really delivers on that. It keeps the process simple which matters more than people think because when signing is simple, our members are happier. Also, it's secure and the access code feature adds an important level of protection that we absolutely need in our business.

Cons

This may sound like a copout but honestly I can't think of a single downside.

Makes our workflow smoother

Pros

It has made things much easier, for instance, getting documents ready and sent out for signature, whether it's for one person or several, takes less than two minutes. I can also define a signing order, add reminders and collect extra information when needed. On the recipient side, the experience is simple and clear which helps build trust and makes people feel comfortable signing.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't run into any issues with the platform.

Pros

Across our global procurement and contract management work, this software has been a really dependable option for both clients and internal teams. It's secure, user-friendly features make it simple to send documents out for signature and quickly see whether and when each recipient has signed. The interface clearly shows exactly where people need to sign and the tracking tools make it much easier to stay on top of multiple contract sets across vendors and clients without having to chase updates manually.

Cons

More efficient and better-organized FAQs would be useful especially for first-time users or for anyone trying to set up integrations with other applications to improve workflow automation.

Pros

Using this product has been wonderful and it's very simple to work with. The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from anywhere so I never have to miss an appointment to sign paperwork or send it back late.

Cons

I genuinely loved everything about It. There really wasn't anything about the product or its functions that I didn't like.

Simple interface works for us!

Pros

Being able to reuse previous signs for multi-part signage is a big advantage and the overall interface feels very adaptive which really helps speed up the whole process.

Cons

There isn't anything major to complain about but I'd like the option to sign on behalf of third parties through some kind of authorization workflow within It. An integration with SharePoint would also be useful.

fast setup and simple workflow

Pros

Getting started with it was incredibly simple and the implementation took almost no time at all. I can just drag a file in and start working right away.

Cons

Loved it

Pros

It is very simple and it scales well as needs grow. Even people on the team who aren't very comfortable with technology can put together signature files and sign them without much trouble.

Pros

fantastic for high-volume contracts

Pros

Handling a huge number of contracts is part of my job and It has been excellent from beginning to end. The drag-and-drop functionality works really well, I can manage multiple contracts at the same time and adding fields as I move through each document requirement makes the whole process feel smooth. It has honestly been perfect for what I need.

Cons

Haven't come across anything I dislike. If I had to mention one thing, a Slack integration would be a nice addition for better cross-department visibility into documents waiting for signature,although that may already exist and I just haven't found it yet.

Pros

Pros

This is definitely a really strong piece of software for scrolling through documents and signing them without hassle. It also helps keep records of signed documents protected since only the owner can access them by logging in.

Cons

A concern I've come across is that some counterparts had their documents altered and later found out it happened because someone had hacked the user's computer.

Excellent results

Pros

Right away, It fit nicely with the systems we already had in place across the company. It makes workflow management simple, customizable and secure and the signing process is very simple for the end user as well.

Cons

At times, the portal looks a little outdated but it has never affected functionality on my side. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints or issues with the software.
