“Tracking signatures is easy”
Pros
I feel getting documents out for signature is pretty simple and the status tracking is really helpful for seeing where everything stands. It's also a big plus that people can sign from their phones which makes the whole process much more convenient. Also, it connects with a lot of other tools so it fits nicely into an existing company workflow.
Cons
Things start to get frustrating when a document needs signatures from more than three or four people. At that point, having to register each person one by one and manually set up their signature fields and placement becomes pretty tedious.

“docusign integrations work well”
Pros
Around here, It gets used constantly, pretty much every hour. We rely on its integration features to send out job offer agreements and legal documents for clients, vendors and employees to review and sign.
Cons
Without the integrations in place, the platform falls short a bit when it comes to usability and how quickly customizations can be made but overall it's still a fantastic tool.

“signing from anywhere”
Pros
Signing documents is really convenient, whether I'm doing it online or from my phone.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the support around sending documents in bulk. It works for a smaller company like ours but I do wonder how well that would hold up with more clients or employees.

“smart templates save the say”
Pros
Using it has been very simple and I can count on each signature being properly authenticated by the signer. The templates and auto-tagging also help us save time and make our workflow much more efficient.
Cons
Something I'd really like to see is scheduled document delivery. Having that option would add even more efficiency to our processes.

“fast setup and reliable signing”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and using it day to day has been very simple. It comes with advanced options for handling multiple signatures and setting the signing order which is really helpful. Our customers also have no trouble using it which makes the whole process better.
Cons
It does cost a bit more although I do feel the feature set justifies the price. That said the functionality has stayed mostly the same for quite a while, with very little innovation, while other companies seem to be updating and improving their products more often.

“remote signatures but too complex”
Pros
Being able to collect a signature remotely is where this product really shows its value. The whole concept becomes very powerful when you can have someone sign from a PC, tablet or mobile device and in that sense the virtual approach works in its favor.
Cons
While DocuSign's remote signature capability is conceptually powerful, its implementation can feel overly complex for average users... simpler, more practical alternatives may better suit basic e-signature needs.

“unclear pricing and rude pressure”
Pros
The interface is simple to use and itt also feels userfriendly.
Cons
Pricing lacks transparency. The cap on how many envelopes you can send is not clearly presented on the pricing page and is instead buried in small print through a link at the bottom. After signing a yearly contract, if you go over what they define as acceptable use, they send threatening emails telling you to schedule a call with sales. I took that call and even though our usage was probably only around 50% above the limit for the prepaid plan, the upgrade they quoted was 3 to 4 times more than what I had already paid. I chose not to upgrade and tried to reduce my usage but I still kept getting calls threatening to cancel the plan I had prepaid for, with no refund offered. I received more than six rude, accusatory emails about it and every time I explained that I was only an occasional user and that the next plan was far beyond what I needed, it just triggered another rude or threatening response. As a small business, it ended up being a complete waste of money.

“user-friendly forms and signing”
Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and creating forms didn't take long to figure out. On the recipient side, signing documents was also incredibly simple and it made it clear how to pass the document along to the next person who needed to sign.
Cons
Things became much harder when the required signers were all physically in the same place. Managing the signing sequence or deciding who needed to sign and review in what order, was difficult. There also wasn't a way to make the document available to everyone present at once so each person still had to open it through their own email before they could sign.

“electronic signatures done right”
Pros
Handling contracts takes a lot of signatures so the electronic signature feature has been a huge plus for us. Being able to get everything signed digitally makes the process much more convenient and it also keeps those files stored and organized. I also really appreciate that documents are saved within the system so we can go back to them anytime without worrying about losing anything. Another big benefit is that documents can be sent, opened, viewed and signed right from a phone.
Cons
We have not run into anything that needs improvement and I'm very happy with the product.

“secure signing made simple”
Pros
One of the best things about It is how simple it makes signing documents. It eliminates the need to scan paperwork and I also appreciate the confidence of knowing the document will be securely and fully executed.
Cons
To get it integrated with Procore took a bit of work especially when it came to setting up the contract templates correctly and entering them into both systems. Once the template was ready, Procore handled most of the setup for us.

“mobile signing saves time”
Pros
One of the best parts of It for me has been its mobile capture feature. We often have clients out on construction sites who need to sign contracts and it works really well for that situation. It saves us a lot of time since everyone who needs to sign can stay involved and complete everything in one place.
