Pros
It has become my go-to online signature platform and I use it constantly with both clients and team members. We've relied on it for a long time and it has never given us trouble when we need documents signed quickly. The feature I use most is being able to send over a scanned file or PDF by email and have the recipient sign it digitally without printing anything. It also includes AI that reviews contracts in real time and gives clear, detailed breakdowns. The whole process of preparing agreements and getting them signed without any physical contact is very well done. Overall, It is one of the tools I depend on the most.
Cons
Even though It is an excellent online signing solution, I'd still like to see better document management and organization. It would help a lot if files could be sorted into categories so I could immediately tell where everything is and send documents out faster instead of spending time searching for them. Other than that, it's a really strong tool without any major flaws or bugs. It does exactly what it promises and I use it for signing all of my agreements, paperwork and contracts.

Pros
Being able to handle important signatures from anywhere has been a huge benefit for both me and the people I work with. It keeps us from missing time-sensitive signings no matter where we happen to be.
Cons
At the beginning, I wasn't happy that there wasn't an option for multiple signings but that feature has since been added.

Stepping into the Clinical Director role at our inpatient substance abuse treatment organization, I had to bring consistency to four separate facilities spread across three counties and move executive and administrative work into one central office. One of the biggest obstacles was creating a process where all paperwork could be sent in and handled by that office within 48 hours. Before we started using It, the whole thing was incredibly frustrating. Some employees emailed documents without signatures or proper time stamps, while others printed massive stacks of paperwork, collected signatures by hand and then drove everything to the central office themselves. It was a constant drain on both time and money because the process was so inefficient. Once It was introduced, those issues were resolved almost immediately. Staff now get alerts telling them which paperwork needs attention and they can open it right away, review it and sign digitally. Something that used to eat up several hours every week and still left us with missing or inaccurate documents turned into a highly efficient system simply because we implemented It.
Cons
For organizations that already have some kind of digital file management system in place, I really do think integrating It into their workflow would be pretty simple. Our situation was more complicated because we were not just adopting It, we were also moving away from paper files, cabinets and folders into a cloud-based system at the same time. Figuring out the most effective way to connect It with the other software we were rolling out took some effort. That said It provided step-by-step implementation guides and those instructions were very helpful in getting everything set up properly.

Pros
Whether a business is large or small, It offers effective tools that really work. It made creating documents and sending them back and forth much more convenient for me, no matter which part of the country I was traveling in. My customers also appreciate not having to travel as much when they are outside the tri-state area. We both save a lot of time because multi-signing is so simple with It. It's honestly a software I fully support and genuinely enjoy using.

It's been such a relief not having to deal with in-person meetings anymore where everyone has to drive over, sit together and spend a long, boring stretch of time just to sign paperwork.
Cons
I do wish it was free but of course not everything is. At least the cost is reasonable and it's not very expensive.

Creating fillable fields and signature boxes is simple and those core features work really well. The document tracking is excellent and it's also helpful that notes can be added so the signer knows exactly what to look out for. Sending a contract that clients can sign with just one click has been a huge win. It really is that simple and my clients appreciate it. I'm convinced it has helped me close more sales. I also get a notification as soon as a contract is signed and it's easy to pull up later when I need it. Also, I can see every contract I've sent and whether it has been viewed. Printing, signing, scanning and emailing documents back and forth feels completely outdated now and honestly this is the kind of technology clients expect.

One thing that really stood out to me is how simple it is for users to create templates and customize document fields. I also really loved the secure signature feature and the clear, easy-to-follow logging since it lets you quickly see who has already signed a document and exactly when they signed it. With so much business now being handled online, this has made transactions much more convenient and has honestly made everyday work a lot easier.

Getting contracts signed and collecting deposits is really simple with this. It's also been very helpful to have a clear record of payments tied to each job without needing to check with someone who has access to QuickBooks.
Cons
For me, istill need to put more time into learning some of the features especially things like if/then arguments that let customers select different options.
