“Excellent tool”
Pros
It has been my go-to for highly sensitive documents that need to be reviewed and signed electronically. The identity verification questions are the most valuable feature to me and they're a big reason I choose it over options like HelloSign or SignNow.
Cons
Updating signature fields and information requests can be a bit tedious. There are also times when the security questions go so far back that clients can't answer them successfully because they're tied to details from the distant past.

“Fantastic results”
Pros
Every year, my organization has to send out dozens of agreements for signatures. I used to email them as PDFs and that often created problems on the recipient's side especially when someone didn't have access to a scanner to sign and return the document. Since moving to DouSign, requesting signatures has been much more convenient. The platform is very simple to use for both the person sending the request and the person signing and the documents stay organized and stored hyT. For our organization, the template feature has been a huge help because I send the same document to hundreds of admins.
Cons
I still haven't been able to work out how to use the bulk mail feature. I've tried to figure it out but I haven't gotten there yet.

“I'mproved work”
Pros
Using templates with drag-and-drop for new documents has been really helpful. We can rename the email subject before sending it to clients, set the signing order and place initials or signatures anywhere on the document where they're needed.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything we dislike about the program.

“I liked it”
Pros
Since in-person meetings and signing sessions stopped during Covid, this has turned into one of our business essentials. It's secure, simple to work with and gives useful insight throughout the document signing process. The virtual "sign here" sticky notes are especially handy because they make it quick to spot exactly where signatures are needed.
Cons
No compliants from me.

“Timestamps help”
Pros
Using this has been a big win for our organization because it's very simple to work with. We can upload whatever template we need and send it out for signature without any hassle. The timestamp feature is especially important in healthcare and it helps a lot that we get email notifications showing exactly when a document has been signed.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is the option to create templates directly within It.

“convenient and safe signing”
Pros
Being able to handle something as important as signing over a house is incredibly convenient. It's been amazing to use and it also feels very safe especially during COVID times.
Cons
Don't have any complaints. The product is wonderful and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

“digital signatures made simple”
Pros
It has been incredibly useful for handling digital signatures on contracts and it's very simple to use. Since COVID, digital signing has become an essential part of how we do business.
Cons
Nothing to point out right now. The features work really well and are simple to use, both when setting up documents for signature and when our clients need to sign them.

“Works great”
Pros
Getting everything set up and deployed was simple and training users didn't take much effort since they quickly understood the value and benefits of the system.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost per document which feels expensive. It only really makes business sense when the setup cost is taken into account. Another frustration has been the commercial side and contract negotiations since pricing has changed from one proposal to another without any clear explanation.

“Dependable tool”
Pros
Switching to this software completely changed the way we handle projects. Before using it, we weren't having customers sign anything before work began which is hard to imagine now. It's made our business look far more professional and we now have accurate, legally binding documents in place. It has also been really valuable for keeping records organized.
Cons
A few of the filters are a bit unclear especially the difference between the sent folder and the waiting for response folder. They seem almost identical to me.

“template buttons need constant rebuilding”
Pros
It's pretty simple to understand and use when everything is working the way it should.
Cons
DocuSign is generally reliable but some users experience recurring template instability requiring manual recreation.. this undermines the 'set-it-and-forget-it' ideal

“rock-solid set-and-forget signing”
Pros
After tailoring It to fit our workflow, it has pretty much become a set-it-and-forget-it system. There's barely any admin effort needed now and it has been extremely reliable for both our internal users and our customers.
Cons
Going with all of the enterprise-level features does make it one of the pricier options. That said digital signatures are not really an area where it makes sense to cut corners.

“i liked it”
Pros
Handling business documents with It has been completely trouble-free for me. The process is always simple: I get an email link, open the document and sign where needed. I can either draw my own e-signature with the cursor or just type my name and let the system generate one automatically. Once I choose the option I want, the signature is placed in the required spot on the form and it also takes care of the initials wherever they're needed.
Cons
The cost can feel a little high if you're not using it on a regular basis. If it's only something you need once in a while, paying for a membership probably isn't worth it and the free version is usually enough. That said it does offer a lot more than just e-signatures so the pricing makes more sense if you're actually using the additional features.

“Saves alot of time for us”
Pros
This has made our business a lot more efficient. Being able to send client documents out for It instead of chasing each person individually saves a ton of time and keeps the process moving.
Cons
One drawback is that the software has a few glitches which sometimes means documents need to be resent from time to time.

“Convenient tool”
Pros
Having my own authentic signature saved in the software is something I really appreciate. It's convenient and feels much more personal.
Cons
What could make it even better is a shortcut or dedicated keyboard button to insert the signature faster, unless that feature already exists and I just haven't seen it.

“secure signing from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to sign through It quickly and securely is a major advantage. No one wants to drive to a leasing office or another location just to sit in an awkward chair, flipping through endless legal pages while someone hovers nearby. With online signing, everything can be handled comfortably on your own schedule even across multiple sessions, while still maintaining the same level of security. It's also reassuring to know you can keep a copy of the completed document.
Cons
My last time using It on a phone was a few years ago so this may have gotten better since then but mobile support wasn't ideal back then. Scrolling felt tedious and signatures would occasionally land just a little out of alignment.

“Quick and easy to use”
Pros
Getting it up and running was simple and the instructions for the requested signage were clear and simple to follow.

Pros
We used to sign every document by hand scan it and then send it out so switching to It has saved our company a lot of time. Now we can get these documents signed in seconds instead of going through that whole manual process.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind although once in a while some of the signing links do not work when we try to use them.
