“simple signing every time”
Pros
It has consistently made document signing hassle-free for my business . Whenever something is sent over, I just receive an email, click the link and it opens the document right away. It gives me the choice to draw my signature with the mouse or simply type my name and have one created automatically. Once I pick the option I want, the program places the signature exactly where it's needed and it also adds initials in the required spots. The whole process has always felt very simple and reliable.
Cons
The only downside is that it can feel a bit pricey if you don't use it on a regular basis. I wouldn't really suggest paying for a subscription unless this is something you need often. I accidentally purchased a full-year subscription once but thankfully I was able to contact support and they refunded me.

Handling signatures on virtual documents with Focusing is really convenient and it completely cuts out the need to deal with paper.
Cons
At times, the signature field feels a bit too sensitive which can make the signature come out looking a little off.

This works well for managing document signing workflows and keeping a reliable repository of signed files that can be accessed later whenever needed.
Cons
The interface could use some improvement. It's also frustrating that documents expire so quickly which means logging in again just to access them. Also, it would help if the email sender was identified more clearly since some clients assume the messages come from an unknown source and treat them as spam.

“time-saving paperless signing”
Pros
One of the first times I relied on It was to sign a lease while I was still out of state. I had a hard time finding the right place and once I finally did, I needed to get the lease signed right away. Being able to handle that remotely saved me a lot of time and made the whole process much more convenient. I also used it to complete my background history before meeting my therapist and the step-by-step questionnaire was very simple. Also, signing health-related forms through the app was simple. I ended up using it again when my employer was submitting my immigration paperwork. Overall, it has been a real time-saver, very convenient and a more environmentally friendly way to manage documents.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about. The only downside is that you need mobile data or a Wi-Fi connection in order to use the software.

Pros
Using it feels really convenient because the prompts are clear and simple to follow. It marks every place that needs a signature throughout the document, saves everything for you, sends it back to the sender and also gives you a copy all in one process.
Cons
Not much that I dislike about It. At the beginning though, I did get a little confused when it first became popular because I thought I had to locate the original signature I had created on a previous document which was frustrating. For new users, it might help if there were a clearer note explaining that previously created signatures don't apply to the current document.

Pros
Getting this up and running didn't require much effort or heavy user training at all. The one-click signature feature helped us finish documents much faster and the audit trail has been especially useful. It's convenient to refer back to later particularly in legal situations and we've already used it in a couple of claims where it ended up benefiting the company.
Cons
The price per signature is higher than a lot of other tools in the market although we've accepted that trade-off because it still leads to meaningful overall cost savings in our case. Integration options are somewhat limited and the lack of Aadhaar-based signing is definitely a drawback for Indian clients who need Aadhaar authentication. Also, billing isn't available in INR which creates some inconvenience because of currency conversion rates.

“docusign makes onboarding effortless”
Pros
It gets used every day on our side especially for electronic onboarding of new hires and it handles that process really well. We also rely on it to collect signatures on contracts when people are located in different parts of the state or even across the country. Another big plus is being able to send documents through to several people for signatures and track exactly where they are in the process so there's no more guessing. I also appreciate that I can set custom timing for when a record should be removed.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that I don't think it sends me email updates showing where the documents are in the signature chain but I can always log in and check the status myself.

Pros
Handling consent signatures feels very secure with It. We regularly send contracts to internal employees so they can acknowledge updates and business policy changes and it does an excellent job of collecting signatures quickly while also notifying us right away when someone completes the task. honestly it's a 10/10 product.
Cons
Kinda tough to come up with much to criticize because It is genuinely such a strong tool. If I had to point to one minor issue, moving around inside very long contracts can feel a bit tiring at times though that tends to happen with almost any document that runs for a lot of pages.

I feel like handling contracts without going into the office or meeting an employer or contractor in person is a big advantage. With It, I can sign official documents remotely which saves time and makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
One thing I expected was more of a true digital signature tool but in practice it feels more like just clicking a button to complete the signature. Because of that, I think the authentication side could be stronger. It would be better if there were an added verification method, such as a separate username and password provided by the employer, to better confirm that the person signing the document is actually the right person.
