Pros

Compared with dealing with Acrobat products, digitally signing documents here feels much more simple and the fact that it's free makes it even better. I also appreciate being able to download the signed documents and keep them for later use. The overall user experience is excellent and even the first time I used it, nothing felt confusing or difficult. Any time I need to sign a new offer letter, I honestly hope it comes through It because the usability is just that good.

Cons

One thing that bothers me occasionally is that the link to view a signed and attested document can expire which means I have to request a new one just to access it again. That part could definitely be improved. It would make much more sense if access to signed documents stayed valid for a much longer period, maybe 2 to 3 years, instead of expiring after only a few days.

Something that feels missing is a stronger set of advanced features. While It covers the basics well, it could be expanded further to appeal to clients or users with more demanding needs.

I liked it! handling contracts is much more manageable with It because I can collect signatures from several people, send the same document to multiple recipients and keep track of who has signed each agreement. It also stores completed documents automatically which makes it simple to search for older files whenever a client has questions or needs clarification about current or past projects. Another feature I really appreciate is the reminder setup. I can customize multiple alerts based on my own timeline, like sending one three days before the due date, another the day before and then daily reminders after that until the document is signed or I decide to cancel them.

Cons

The part that feels less easy is that some features are a little buried unless you already understand the menu hierarchy within the Adobe ecosystem. For instance, sending a document to multiple parties sometimes means clicking through an extra option that is not especially obvious. The same thing happens when I want several people to receive a document without forcing them to sign in a specific sequence,it takes digging through another set of menu options to switch that setting on or off.

No matter where I am in the world, I can get documents signed without waiting weeks for them to come back anymore. Now it only takes a quick click which has made a huge difference. Having every document stored in one place is easily one of my favorite parts. Getting started with it for my business was very simple and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs signatures handled efficiently.

For my business, I honestly haven't come across any downsides with this software. It has genuinely been a lifesaver for me.

Working with the It API as a developer has been a really positive experience. It's flexible, delivers the output I need without errors and makes it simple to pull all the required details. It also feels secure and dependable. Processing is quick and it works across browsers without any restrictions. Features like carbon copy email attachments through the It API are available as well. Also, the API is simple to implement because the technical documentation is clear, well organized and properly explained. The UI is user-friendly too.

Adapting it to the forms we already use has been very simple. It's also user-friendly on the customer side so most people have little to no trouble completing the documents. Also, it makes compliance much simpler and having everything stored in the cloud is a big plus.

The biggest downside is the added expense. It sits on the higher end of the pricing range compared with other services.

I can clearly see what stage a document is in, including whose signature is still pending. Having access to documents that were signed in the past also matters a lot and It handles that well.

Getting documents signed with this app is very simple. It comes with reusable templates which saves me from having to ask coworkers for help every time I need the same setup again. I also appreciate that the signature size can be adjusted since that makes it fit nicely into different kinds of documents.

One thing I'm still unsure about is how everything works when it comes to privacy-related requirements. Since signatures are important from a compliance and privacy perspective, it would help if customers were given clearer guidance on how to use the app correctly. A pop-up explaining the relevant rules and GDPR requirements would be a useful addition.

Using it has saved me a lot of time thanks to the digital signing feature. The interface is very simple to use and it also cuts down on postal costs. Customer service has been very helpful whenever I had a question so overall it has been an excellent experience.

My only concern is that there seem to be gaps in the identity verification process. The developers really need to focus more on that and add two-step verification. Since the software is sometimes used for signing very important contracts involving large amounts of money, identity verification is one of the most critical factors.

Since a big part of my administrative role involved managing documents for the leadership team, having It made that process much easier. The reminder feature was especially useful because it helped automate follow-ups which saved me a lot of time. Also, the platform was very simple to learn and simple to work with from the start.
