“A hassle-free tool”
Pros
From start to finish, everything went really well. The step-by-step instructions made the whole process simple to follow right from the beginning.
Cons
The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that you only get, I think, three free ones before having to pay. Other than that, I really don't have anything bad to say about it.

“fantastic for home paperwork”
Pros
During our home-buying process, this was the best tool of its kind I've worked with and I've also used it in other situations. Documents arrived quickly, stayed current and were simple to sign on either a computer or phone. The reminders were especially helpful whenever we missed a field or forgot to add a signature after talking things over.
Cons
honestly I don't have much to criticize. The only minor issue was that the formatting could look a bit off at times especially when a file was scanned without OCR compared with a document created as native text.

“paperless hiring done right”
Pros
Coming from more traditional companies that still avoid newer technology, I've seen HR departments buried in stacks of paper. It's not environmentally friendly, it creates unnecessary risk and it slows down nearly every HR process. A good example is candidates having to come into the office just to sign a contract which wastes time for both the candidate and the HR team. The best part about It is how well it connects with other software. In our case, we use it with Greenhouse so the It contract is sent together with the candidate's offer. Candidates can quickly sign it or request a new one and be ready to start on the stated effective date.
Cons
One thing that makes It less convenient is the requirement for candidates to create an account before signing. That extra step can feel tedious especially since most people only sign employment contracts once every couple of years and usually forget their password by the next time. When that happens, the HR team can't do much to help because the accounts and servers are fully managed by It. Support is not always timely or reliable and that can hurt the candidate experience when responses are slow. Also, It's mobile functionality is really poor.

“reliable standard for signatures”
Pros
Using this product feels very simple and it really seems to be the go-to standard for collecting document signatures. One feature that helps a lot is being able to jump straight to the next signature or initials field when I've already reviewed the document and only need to complete the signing.
Cons
At times, it's not completely clear whether the document has actually been saved or sent. That said part of that uncertainty could also be related to my internet connection so I can't blame the software entirely.

“convenient signing from anywhere”
Pros
With It, sending documents out takes very little time and it's simple to monitor their status and get the signed copy back in my inbox. It has been incredibly helpful during a time when not everyone is working from the office. The convenience and overall usability of the platform definitely make up for the higher price.
Cons
One part that feels less adaptive is the template feature since it's not as user-friendly as the rest of the platform. Also, I still have to send documents manually even when I'm sending the exact same file to a large group like 100 people.

“fantastic for customer quotes”
Pros
Rolling out documents to customers has been really convenient with this tool. It lets me break quotes down clearly which makes them much easier to explain. One feature I really appreciate is being able to see when a customer has opened the document but hasn't signed it yet.
Cons
The only thing I'd improve is making completed and voided documents a little quicker and simpler to access.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Putting together a signature page and sending it out for signatures is really simple. The audit trail is also a big plus because it lets you clearly see who has already signed and who still needs to sign.
Cons
Something that would help is if documents didn't expire so quickly especially when going back to check them a month later.

“fast account setup anywhere”
Pros
Getting client accounts opened and fully running in under a day has been a big advantage. All signers can be anywhere in the world, traveling or away from their desks and offices and it still works. As long as they have a cellphone, they can be reached and sign the form quickly without much delay.
Cons
Because of the software's security measures and encryption, any mistake in sending a document to the wrong cellphone number or email address cannot be corrected afterward. When that happens, the only option is to create an entirely new Envelope from scratch.

Pros
Running an online business today, It just feels like an obvious choice. It makes a lot of sense for anyone working digitally especially in the current climate.

“Simple inteface”
Pros
Handling documents with several signers has been one of the best parts of using It. Before this, working in Adobe Suite was honestly a headache. Now I can quickly mark exactly where each person needs to sign and It moves us straight to the next signature field without any confusion. Even from the signer's side, it's very simple to sign and date whatever needs to be completed.
Cons
The one improvement I'd still like to see is more variety in signature style customization. It's not a major issue at all but I do think having more options there would make the overall experience feel a bit nicer.

“fantastic signing on the go”
Pros
Signing documents with It has been really convenient and I especially appreciate being able to see right away whether someone has completed their signature or not. The multi-party signing feature is also a big plus since it lets several people sign the same document without wasting time. Also, the pricing feels fair and offering a free trial is a smart way for people to test the functionality and see if it fits their needs. Being able to use the mobile app to sign documents while away from the office makes it even more useful.
Cons
honestly I do not have much negative feedback about It. Our company has been very satisfied with it overall.

“I like the results”
Pros
Turning a paper document into an interactive digital one can be tricky but this platform handles it really well. The whole workflow is simple, the features fit together naturally and it reliably does exactly what you need without creating extra hassle.
Cons
The only problems I've run into aren't really with the software itself. Emails about completed documents and other It notifications sometimes end up in my spam folder even after being whitelisted. I've also noticed that certain documents don't always display properly on mobile though that seems more related to the specific device or browser being used.

“flexible templates and customization”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and being able to build my own templates, then add or update items on documents whenever needed, is a big plus. There's also a lot of customization available which makes it work well for different document needs.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is signer identity verification. Right now, the only requirement is an email address but it would be better to have an added layer of security. For example, a two-factor verification step when opening the document, such as requiring a phone number, would make the process more secure.

“dependable signatures and smart storage”
Pros
DocuSoft has been a very reliable and user-friendly solution for us. With everything moving toward paperless workflows these days, having a trustworthy platform for verified signatures makes a big difference. Once we connected it with Google Dropbox, It became even more powerful and packed with useful features. Our signed files are now saved automatically which has cut down the time we used to spend handling documents manually. Another reason it stands out is how widely trusted It is across companies and the fact that it can also be used for medical paperwork makes it even more valuable. It has honestly been a huge time-saver.
Cons
One issue is that It does not work well with certain browsers. When I was signing and moving to the next signature field in browsers like Yandex, I started running into problems with the signature process. I also wish there were an option to go back and edit documents after I had already sent them out.

“signing and arrows work wonderfully”
Pros
Being able to mark points with arrows, add initials and sign documents without hassle is something I really appreciate. Since it stores my information, I can quickly carry over my signature, address, initials and dates into the documents I'm working on. It also converts files into PDF or .docx without making the process a headache.
Cons
On my phone, it's frustrating that I have to keep rotating the screen whenever I need to sign. The display feels overly sensitive too. I'd also prefer larger document text because if I tap the wrong spot and don't have a stylus handy, I can't quickly fix it. After a few mistakes, having to start all over becomes pretty irritating.
