Cons
Some of my clients have mentioned that It can be a bit difficult to use especially when they need to create a It account for multiple entities at the same time. They also feel that the mobile experience is not very good.

Sending contracts and agreements only takes a few minutes which has been a huge help. My customers can open them, sign them and send them back without any hassle. It cuts out all the printing, scanning and faxing that used to waste so much unnecessary time.

It been a huge time-saver for us. I can send a document out for signature to everyone involved at once and usually get the completed contracts back very quickly. It's also a very flexible tool since it lets users fill out forms and other documents in addition to signing them.
Cons
At times, saving the signed version can be tricky and I end up with the original document instead.

Getting documents ready and sent through It is very simple and the regular notifications make it really helpful to stay on top of each document's progress. The quick turnaround when preparing and sending files is definitely one of its biggest advantages.
Cons
I feel it does feel a little expensive although not outrageously so. Customer support is only average. I ran into a problem where my logo appeared far too large in the emails sent with documents and while their team responded and said it needed to be resized to fit their guidelines, they didn't offer any real guidance on how to actually fix it. The API integration is also quite expensive.

Setting up a template was really simple and adding signature spots along with custom fields like dates and other details on the document was simple to do. Once we connected it with Zapier and WooCommerce for people buying a class and needing to sign paperwork, it ended up saving a huge amount of time and made the whole process much quicker to complete.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the pricing. It feels a bit expensive compared with some of the other options out there.

Its a good tool, getting contracts returned quickly has been a huge benefit. Another big plus is being able to pull up agreements from the very beginning when we first started receiving them. If there's ever any question about a contract or whether it's legitimate, it also logs the IP address from where it was signed.
Cons
There really aren't many shortcomings here. For the tasks it's designed to handle, it performs exactly as needed.

Working as a Realtor, I need clients to sign documents every single day. Providing a fast, efficient and secure way to handle signatures throughout the residential real estate process is always a top priority and It consistently comes through. It's incredibly convenient, available from almost anywhere and gives me confidence that everything is protected. The tracking and reminder features are especially helpful once signers have been assigned and having a clear paper trail and audit trail is absolutely essential for my business. It includes all of that and honestly I can't imagine managing without it.
Cons
One downside is that if you need support, it helps to be patient. Reaching customer service or technical support can sometimes be a little difficult.

Populating saved signatures into a document is incredibly fast which saves me from having to manually add a signature every time that doesn't look nearly as polished. It makes reviewing the terms and conditions, adding my initials and signing everything feel very efficient.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is a cleaner way to place notes throughout the document so the sender can easily spot them on their end without overlooking them or mixing them up with the terms.

Running a nationwide virtual law firm, we need a way to get documents signed by clients no matter where they're located and this software makes that possible. It's been really helpful since our clients aren't local and we can still collect signatures without any hassle. Another big plus is that clients can sign from pretty much any device, whether that's a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I can't change the sender name on the documents. Even though we use a corporate account, it always shows that I'm the one sending them. There are times when I'd prefer documents to come from the business instead of from me personally especially when I'm handling different types of correspondence.

This tool has become a regular part of how our company collects client signatures and completes forms. A lot of people already know the platform and many of them prefer using it especially with the option to sign from their smartphones. The mobile version is really useful for anyone who handles most things on their phone. In a business environment where everything moves quickly, it saves us a lot of hassle since we do not have to track clients down for signatures or mail documents out with return envelopes when deadlines are getting close. The timestamp feature also meets the requirements for our industry so it works out really well for our needs.
Cons
A few customers have told me the system can be a little confusing to navigate. They often keep clicking the next prompt which jumps them straight to the required signature spots and that sometimes makes them overlook other sections of the document where they also need to fill something in. I have also heard complaints that the mobile version is a bit harder to use. The unlimited plan is somewhat expensive although the convenience still makes it worth paying for.

It has really helped modernize and digitize our processes by cutting down on wet-ink signatures and paper-based paperwork. The audit trail makes it much easier to track previous actions taken on a document and the app also allows multiple people to sign or collaborate on the same document at the same time.
Cons
Overall, it has been very good though a few adjustments would make it even better. Live access to documents would be a valuable addition and real-time data access still has room for improvement.
