Pros
As a producer, It has become a really important tool for me. I first started using it during a commercial project when we needed client testimonials and had to collect authorization signatures from everyone appearing in it. Since it wasn't possible to meet each person in person to sign paperwork, It helped us a lot. We basically just needed an iPad and everyone could sign the digital documents right there.
Cons
An issue is that not many people are familiar with it or already have it installed on their phones. It would help a lot if it were promoted more because when someone already uses It, sending documents out and getting them signed and returned is much more convenient.

Pros
Getting around this software is very simple and using it feels simple from the start. Before this, signatures had to be done manually but now everything is available at the touch of a button which has made things much more convenient as a user.
Cons

Pros
Being able to sign any contract or agreement digitally without sending physical paperwork to the customer saves a lot of time when getting both parties to sign. It also stores the signed document automatically in the cloud which is really useful as a backup for the digitally signed file.
Cons
A downside is that in some countries, the law does not recognize digitally signed documents as legally valid and they may still require a handwritten signature. That can become a legal issue if something goes wrong with the contract or agreement.

Pros
Sending out stacks of contract copies and then combining the signed versions back into one is no longer something I have to deal with. It also takes the stress out of getting signatures from people who are out of town and need to sign quickly. Keeping track of which contracts were signed, who signed them and when it happened is really simple. Also, the contracts stay stored in the system which makes it convenient to pull them up later for reference when needed.
Cons
At times, positioning the boxes exactly where I want them can be a little tricky but it's usually simple enough to adjust them and get everything lined up the way I need.

Sending documents out for signatures is very simple with this software. It's simple to use and signing can be done with a mouse, a stylus or even a finger on a mobile device which makes it really convenient.
Cons
The biggest downside was the pricing. As a non-profit, the cost was too high to maintain the number of licenses we would need across the organization.

One thing I really enjoy is how simple the software is to use. It helps me keep track of all my legal work and both my vendors and I use it even for the smallest agreements. It honestly saves us from a lot of back-and-forth and unnecessary debates.
Cons

Right away, the biggest benefit is how well this software works with almost any digital document format I receive. The automatic prompts to sign with it make everything feel effortless since I never have to go looking for the app or even stop to think about what to use. Anytime I open a digital document that needs my signature, It is already available right there in the drop-down menu.
Cons
At times, the tools for placing and resizing the signature and date can feel a little fiddly. I also really wish there were an option to overlay the signature directly on top of the signature line instead of having to position it above it. That would make the signature look much more natural especially for anyone whose name has a lot of descenders.

Pros
Out of all the digital signing tools I've used, this has been the most practical and productive one by far. It's simple for both clients and internal staff to work with. The auto-scroll feature jumps you right to each signature field so there's no confusion or wasted time trying to find where to sign. I also really appreciate that recipients can sign through the signing envelopes without needing to log in which makes the whole process faster and far less stressful. I haven't seen another platform offer the same level of functionality and customization that It does. It cuts out a huge amount of downtime from the schedule and makes client interactions and proposal submissions look much more professional.
Cons
I honestly don't have a long list of complaints about this software. The one thing I wish it allowed is replacing a document after one or more parties have already signed, as long as the agreement hasn't been fully completed yet. I run into situations where clients sign first without fully reading, then go back afterward, notice something they want changed and need updates made.

With everything going on, tools like It have become incredibly valuable for getting digital signatures completed on time. Once we integrated it, creating, sending, sharing and following up with reminders for agreements became very simple. Because of that, our clients can review, approve and sign documents much more conveniently. Since everything is cloud-based, we're also able to monitor documents closely, review clauses and keep track of the full process without much trouble.
Cons
Compared with some other providers, the pricing and overall business process feel expensive so it would be better if the company offered more flexible options instead of limiting customers to just one.

Having It available through the desktop site, a web link and the mobile app really makes a difference for us. Those options let us handle contract signing on the go and get documents in front of the right people quickly without dealing with paper. It's also a big plus environmentally since we've cut down on paper usage and our sales team can put together a contract right there on the spot and have the customer sign directly from their phone. From the admin side, I also appreciate being able to use It from my desktop and have both the management tools and my own document signing and uploading features all in one place. A lot of systems split those functions between separate admin consoles so having everything together is something I really value.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the sent inbox. It would be much better if moving a document to another folder actually removed it completely from the original location. Having multiple copies of the same completed document showing up in one area gets cluttered and I'd prefer to organize them into folders without the duplicates staying behind.
