Sending out my research survey with it has been a big time-saver because it automates reminder replies for participants who still need to complete it. The layout is well organized and easy to use which made everything easier to manage. I also appreciate how it adds extra functionality right into my regular email so I get more powerful features without changing the way I normally work. Getting started was simple and that made the setup process even better.

Handling everything right inside my regular Gmail inbox is exactly why GMass works so well for me. It's very user friendly so I don't have to jump into a separate platform to manage my tasks. Sending emails and getting replies is quick and easy and the setup only took a few minutes from start to finish.

If you've been debating whether to give it a shot, take this as your cue! It has totally transformed the way I manage email. There are tons of features built in (especially the automated follow ups which have been a complete game changer) yet it still doesn't feel complicated or too much to handle. The part I appreciate most is how customizable it is which makes it feel much more flexible than other tools I've used.

Email campaigns with GMass has been a really positive experience! Since so much is automated, I'm no longer dealing with typos and it's simple to review my forms and pull in data directly from my sheets. I also appreciate that it feels more easy and almost analogue in a good way: it's not overloaded with AI features or trying to feel futuristic, just dependable. The interface is very clear and uncluttered which makes the whole product feel practical and trustworthy. Getting everything set up in the beginning was quick and painless too.

Needs a better preview option especially to see more clearly how the inserted information from each column will appear.

We needed a marketing tool that was budget-friendly, flexible and worked flawlessly with Gmail and Google. GMass has checked every one of those boxes and then gone beyond what we expected! It's easy to use and the campaign setup options give us a level of insight you just don't usually get at this price point with a fully featured tool. We're extremely pleased that we decided to go it.

As a solo researcher handling interview recruitment, that mix of speed and visibility matters more to me than having a deeper feature set.

There's honestly very little to complain about for my use case. Since I previously used Intercom Series in another role, I do miss some of the more advanced branching logic in sequences but that feels like a reasonable trade-off for a tool that costs much less and works directly inside Gmail.

Getting started was pretty easy and I really appreciate how naturally it connects with my email. The whole setup process was simple so I was up and running quickly. Another big plus is that, unlike Mailchimp, GMass lets me send plain-text emails which is something I couldn't do before.

Cons

I can't rename my campaigns and that bothers me. I'd really like that option so it would be easier to compare different campaigns. At the moment, it just pulls the email subject as the campaign name and since those are the same, it's hard to tell apart campaigns that are going to different contact lists.
