Good tool that does exactly what it's supposed to do. You can send bulk emails quickly without needing to set up or learn a separate platform and it also includes all the tracking stats and related insights.

I just didn't realize a paid plan was required even for a relatively small batch of 200 emails.

Personalization is what really makes it stand out and the way everything is set up is very user friendly. It's easily one of the best tools I've used for running campaigns.

The integrated dashboard makes it simple to keep track of campaign activity and details. On top of that, the support chat with Ajay has been extremely useful whenever any issue comes up during campaign sending.

Did not come across issues over the past two years of using it. The support team has always been very helpful whenever something needs attention. We use the product frequently and have found it consistently reliable. It also keeps adding new features that fit our budget and after implementing it for all of our outreach efforts, we've seen positive results.

The dashboard gives clear visibility into opens, clicks and replies and it also supports email personalization through variables.
