“Tracking and sequences worked well”
Pros
Keeping tabs on email engagement is really easy and I can also build sequences that track performance metrics across different clients.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that once a sequence is created, it cannot be edited and there's no option to insert an email into the middle of an existing sequence.

“Threaded conversations were absolutely fantastic”
Pros
One of the best things about it is the threaded conversation view. I am often part of long email chains and need to look back at something mentioned earlier and it makes that really simple, almost like scrolling through a text conversation.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that syncing can be a little slow sometimes. Emails usually show up in my regular inbox first and then appear in it a bit later. It doesn't happen often but it does happen occasionally.

Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience. It's very user friendly, the initial setup is simple and it comes with plenty of features that make it a strong product. I especially like the settings that let me know when an email has been opened or when a document has been downloaded. They also keep updating the software and adding new features on a regular basis.
Cons
Honestly there isn't really anything I dislike about this software. A couple of people in our office use the upgraded version which includes additional features but that version does come at a cost while the standard version is free.
