Pros
From lead to close, this gives the sales and marketing teams clear visibility into the entire pipeline. It helps track every interaction, automate tasks and keep the whole process much more organized.
Cons
Biggest challenge is customization. When several teams keep making changes over time without great documentation, things can become pretty complicated and hard to manage.

Pros
Dashboard is one of the best parts for me. It looks visually appealing and makes it simple to work with a large amount of information in one place.

“all in one sales hub”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how many features and capabilities this platform includes. It doesn't take much effort to train people on how to use it which makes onboarding a lot simpler. It works well as an all-in-one solution too, letting you manage leads, contacts, customers and more while helping your team make the most of every opportunity and close more deals.
Cons
Customization can be pretty challenging and the platform isn't always the most user-friendly to work with.

Pros
Getting started was pretty easy. Once I downloaded it, everything was basically ready to go and I didn't have to uninstall or reinstall anything just to get it working properly.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major downsides. If I had to point out one thing, it would maybe be improving or simplifying some of the drop-down menus.

“fits any sales process”
Pros
After using it for five years, I've seen just how powerful this CRM really is. It offers a very broad set of features, strong functionality and plenty of customization so it can fit into almost any sales environment. One of its biggest strengths is how well it can adapt to different sales processes, no matter how simple or complex they are.
Cons
That flexibility also creates a downside. Because there's so much customization available, it can be quite difficult to manage in practice. It often feels like the system is built to handle very complex problems while still not addressing some of the more basic issues and a lot of those advanced capabilities are things I rarely end up needing.
