“Easy to use and customize”
Pros
I find the interface simple, the system fast and responsive and it's easy for me to configure and adapt it to different company needs.
Cons
A couple of areas still need work, the multi-tab navigation could be improved because it sometimes opens a completely new tab instead of a sub-tab and Einstein Call Insights doesn't seem fully ready yet since it still struggles to understand my words accurately.

“great data collaboration hub”
Pros
Across the company, it works really well as a central place to store data and collaborate on everything being entered. It's also highly customizable especially when working directly with their team to tailor it to what you need.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve for new users and that's probably because it offers so many functions. It can take a while to understand everything and get comfortable navigating through the platform.

“Loved to use it”
Pros
I've had a great experience with it. After training, navigating different pages and uploading documents is easy. I love Salesforce, it's an excellent system for selling products to the general public and I have used it across multiple companies.
Cons
I can't think of any real cons, the only issue I have is probably just user error, not the product itself.

“One of the top Sales CRMs available”
Pros
I have been using Sales Cloud for over three years and I can confidently say it's one of the best CRM suites out there, if not the best. The ability to manage opportunities along with the sales strategy and lifecycle is fantastic. I love the intuitive design and updates are non-intrusive, letting me manage opportunities smoothly. New features are introduced frequently, which is great for managing a customer portfolio.
Cons
You really need a solid sales ops team to get the most out of it and see meaningful results.

“I have mixed feelings about this”
Pros
My overall experience is mixed. Some aspects, like the listing feature, are great but it can be confusing to navigate at times with all the different tabs. The itemized list is a plus, as it makes each item easier to find.
Cons
Salesforce can be a bit confusing, especially with some tabs and functions that aren't all that userfriendly.

“Integrations and dashboards”
Pros
One of the best parts of this product is how well it connects with other services. It also comes with advanced features that really support companies as they grow and scale. On top of that, it fits my specific needs very well especially through the dashboards and reporting tools.
Cons
Getting started with it was pretty challenging because the product and its features feel very complex at first especially when it comes to navigation. I really wish there had been some kind of training available for customers. Overall, there was a lot to learn and the whole system felt complicated in the beginning.
