“Custom dashboard that delivers”
Pros
Interface is easy to work with and the dashboard offers plenty of detail along with great customization options.
Cons
Some functions are tucked away behind multiple menu layers so updating entries or finding certain tools can take more clicks than it should.

“Flexible and customizable tool”
Pros
The platform is incredibly customizable so it can be adjusted to look and function the way you need for your specific industry.
Cons
Since our company also uses it for things beyond Sales, it can be a bit challenging to make it fit perfectly with the kind of work I do.

“All customer communication in one place”
Pros
Having every customer interaction tied directly to a contact, opportunity or account record has been a big advantage for us. Emails, live chat transcripts and both incoming and outgoing calls are all visible in one place so nothing gets lost and everyone can stay informed. The document storage for sales and marketing has also helped keep everything centralized instead of scattered across private files or notepads with important customer details. On top of that, being able to build our own processes into the system has helped align the whole team, from experienced staff to new hires so everyone follows the same approach.
Cons
Downside is that the implementation costs are fairly expensive. Because of that, we have held off on buying additional products.

“Top CRM that delivers”
Pros
After years of using it, I still see it as one of the best CRM platforms out there.

If the data isn't managed carefully, it can pile up and make day-to-day use feel cluttered.

“Time-saving and accurate tracking”
Pros
It really speeds up prospecting which saves a lot of time and the tracking is very accurate.
Cons
The only downside is that you need a very strong internet connection, aside from that, the software is excellent.

“Access anywhere with clear visibility”
Pros
Being able to log in from anywhere at any time, whether on desktop or mobile, is a big plus. It gives a really helpful view of my team's accounts and lets me keep track of their status while staying up to date with the current overall picture.
Cons
It definitely isn't an inexpensive product and it takes a fair amount of setup before it becomes truly useful. On top of that, a few features feel more complicated than they should be unless you have an IT specialist to help.

“Basic tasks take too long”
Pros
Having a complete view of the pipeline is the biggest advantage for me. I'm able to monitor every lead, touchpoint and deal stage in one place which really matters in a fast-moving sales job. The custom reports and dashboards also keep the important metrics front and center and make follow-ups much easier to manage.
Cons
Day to day, the platform can feel pretty awkward to use. Basic actions like updating an opportunity or logging a call often take more clicks than they really should. On top of that, when the org isn't customized properly, finding the information you need can be frustrating.

“all leads in one place”
Pros
Keeping all of my active leads together in one place has been a huge plus and the convenient integration with my other source systems makes everything much easier to manage.
Cons
Haven't run into any major downsides yet. It's a powerful platform so there's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but for me it's completely worth the time investment.

“Monthly sign-ins feel pointless”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate about it overall and it's something that comes in handy in everyday situations.
Cons
I barely ever use it at work. Most of the time, they just have us log in once a month to keep access and that's about all it gets used for.

Pros
It handles everything really well and is very useful especially with how easily it works alongside other programs. Overall, it does what I need it to do.
Cons
Pricing feels too expensive and I'd really like to see better rates for multiple users. The reporting features could also be cleaned up a bit to make them easier to use.

“user friendly”
Pros
This CRM is incredibly comprehensive and can handle a wide range of unique requirements a company might have.
Cons

“Fast cloud contact storage”
Pros
Contacts and accounts are stored in the cloud and the system feels quick when I use it.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that the Today's Tasks view doesn't show only today's items. It also includes overdue tasks so I have to scroll through all of those first before I can get to the actual tasks due today.

“Custom dashboards and resources”
Pros
Being able to customize the view and keep all the key indicators and metrics in one place has been a big plus. The platform is user-friendly and having quick access to knowledge articles and other sections makes handling FAQs really simple and manageable.
Cons

“great constituent tracking”
Pros
Working at a nonprofit, this was a really helpful tool for keeping up with our constituents. We had a lot of stakeholders in different roles so being able to sort and categorize them properly was a big advantage for us.
Cons
One challenge was getting it to connect well with some of our other tools especially Mailchimp for email campaigns. Whenever we updated someone's profile, it was hard to make sure those changes carried over into Mailchimp. Since we were a nonprofit and not really using it for sales some of the built-in features also didn't feel all that relevant to our needs.

Pros
It does a really good job of keeping track of lead status and sales opportunities which has been very useful for our team.
