Well-organized and user-friendly

Pros

Everything in this CRM feels well organized and user friendly. Having worked with it in a previous job also made the transition much easier since I was already familiar with how the functions work.

Cons

Process of integrating data from another system and moving it over could definitely be improved.

Sales and marketing hub

Pros

It's turned into our go-to source of truth for the sales and marketing partnership and it keeps leads, prospects, contacts, companies and opportunities organized in one place. Once you put in the work to get the instance set up properly, it handles its role really well.

Cons

Mobile side is still a weak spot. The app seems to run into issues all the time and updates made there often don't sync back to the full version the way they should.

Transparent sales reporting

Pros

Building and running reports is easy and it does a really good job of helping us track sales quotes while giving full visibility into the entire sales compensation process.

Cons

At times, the tool can crash while downloading a report if you're not using the correct browser.

Valuable reports for leadership

Pros

At a fairly large company, the amount of data I deal with every day can get overwhelming pretty quickly. This tool helps me run the reports I need for my role and I'm able to share the right information with leadership using those reports. It's definitely an essential tool for the work I do.

Cons

One thing I don't enjoy is that building reports can sometimes be a difficult process. Even though we have an IT team, whenever I need help with new reporting structures, I still have to reach out to other employees. I've been using it for quite a while and creating my own reports can still be confusing at times. I'd much rather be able to build the reports I need on my own instead of depending on someone else to put together what I'm asking for.

Pricey despite friendly UI

Pros

Working from home with this tool has been really helpful. They keep innovating with their outreach features and continue adding services like Slack which makes the platform feel like it's still growing.

Cons

Biggest downside is the price since it's definitely an expensive product. The user interface is very friendly and pleasant to use but that convenience comes with a pretty high cost.

Customer notes keep us aligned

Pros

This has been really helpful for keeping everyone aligned, not just the salesperson but management too. Having all the customer notes saved in one place cuts out so much wasted time since there's no need to dig through notebooks or random scraps of paper just to remember what the follow-up was about.

Cons

Feature I like least is training older salespeople to use it. Once they understand the basics, it's actually pretty simple but at first it can still feel a bit intimidating.

Lead tracking that delivers

Pros

Turning leads into sales has been really easy. Merging duplicate records is simple and it helps a lot that I can add notes, reminders and keep track of exactly where each lead sits in the sales process.

Cons

The mobile version is the weak spot. When I'm out and need a quick refresher, it's difficult to clearly see the notes I've written and remember who I've already spoken with.

Great for growth but difficult to learn

Pros

Having a platform that actually gives our non-profit room to expand has been a huge win. A lot of systems put frustrating limits on how many Contacts you can keep and pricing usually revolves around that number which gets exhausting when you're trying to build momentum without being pushed into constant upgrades. This one is powerful, very capable and really delivers on what it promises.

Cons

Learning it is definitely a challenge. I really wish there were discounted training options for non-profit teams as part of using the system. That would help build broader trust in the CRM across the organization, instead of the knowledge being concentrated with just a few people who end up acting as the internal champions.

Customizable business essential

Pros

At this point, it feels like more than just software and has become a must-have tool that can truly change the way a business operates, whether it is a large organization or a small to medium-sized enterprise. As a full-time consultant working with different companies and organizations, I have personally recommended it to many of the places I have worked with because it has become such an essential business solution. The interface is fully customizable and easy to work with.

Cons

A lot more investment in training is still needed. For someone new to the platform, it can be difficult to use at first. It would also be better if it were built for easier compatibility with other software that supports the operations of other departments.

SaaS standard with broad integrations

Pros

Being the SaaS standard really helps since it can connect to just about anything. The user experience has also been getting better over time and little by little it's becoming more manageable for people who don't have an IT background.

Cons

Reporting is still a weak spot. We usually end up building our dashboards in Google Data Studio because it's quicker, simpler and more simple there. I've also noticed that pages can be pretty slow to load and that sometimes holds our sales team back. On the marketing side, HubSpot seems to perform much faster.

Versatile CRM with deep customization

Pros

There's pretty much nothing it can't handle. It's the most flexible CRM I've worked with and one of the best parts is being able to hide the many features you'll likely never touch which makes it feel highly customizable. After everything was configured properly, it became quite simple to use.

Cons

Getting started is definitely complex and it's worth bringing in some help so the setup matches your exact needs. It's also on the expensive side although they now offer a lighter web-based version for small businesses that's more reasonably priced if you don't need all the extra enterprise-level features.

Sales tracking made clearer

Pros

It has really simplified the complex back-and-forth between our Sales team and internal departments and it has made it much easier to track communication as well as the documents that have been shared.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the manual integration with SAP, along with how complicated it is to build the ecosystem needed to connect the two systems.

Free for nonprofits with great record access

Pros

Entering information and pulling it back up is fantastic. It's very simple to add data and finding specific individual records is extremely reliable. The system is close to foolproof when it comes to locating the exact details you need. On top of that, it's free for nonprofits which is a huge benefit.

Cons

The frustrating part is reporting. I work at a nonprofit and our team isn't very technical so we couldn't figure out how to build reports on our own. Thankfully, a volunteer with database experience helped us create some but it took quite a bit of time. Any time we needed a new report, we had to depend on someone outside the organization again. I've also heard of nonprofits hiring IT consultants for this but that gets expensive fast, someone once described it as "free, like a puppy is free."

Flexible reporting for quick decisions

Pros

The reporting feature gave me a lot of flexibility which made it possible to analyze things quickly and make decisions faster across different situations.

Cons

I'd still prefer it to be more visual, with a wider use of colors along with graphs and pie charts.

CRM with wide reach

Pros

Right out of the box, it covers the core CRM functions you need to get started immediately and at the same time it's flexible enough to expand around all of your company's processes. There are plenty of add-on packages and upgrade options available, plus a large network of partners around the world who can support implementation and help drive business transformation.

Cons

Biggest downside is the very high cost which makes it difficult to justify for a small business. It's clearly a better fit for large enterprises.

Cloud integration tools

Pros

Using this has been a positive experience especially because it brings multiple services together with cloud and computing capabilities in one place. The platform delivers fast, powerful and highly customizable functionality, along with efficient and well-designed data analytics tools. Its ability to integrate a wide range of applications effectively, combined with user-friendly productivity features, makes it a very valuable addition.

Cons

Feature I appreciate the least is the pricing policy. It feels a bit expensive, particularly for the standard subscription and for individual users or small teams when compared with other service providers.

Support cycle tracking

Pros

Right from opportunity management to customer-facing time and claims handling, this software covers the entire customer support cycle with a very broad set of features. The functionality is quite in-depth and the dashboards are detailed enough to be tailored to the needs of different business units across the organization.

Cons

Moving over to this platform is a major decision and requires a significant investment. Customizations also take time and some areas feel overly complex so having the ability to hide or remove certain features for different types of users would be a welcome improvement.

Flexible but tough workflows

Pros

One thing this software really offers is a huge amount of flexibility so it can be tailored closely to a specific company or industry. It also handles an incredibly wide range of functions, tasks and information all in one place.

Cons

That same flexibility can also become part of the problem. As more options get added, the system starts to feel bulky and slower to work through because of the extra steps and clicks involved. On top of that, we've run into quite a few difficulties getting it to interface properly with other platforms we use.

Versatile features that deliver

Pros

Across a few different workplaces, this software has consistently stood out for how versatile it is. It seems to have a feature for just about anything you need to manage and then some.

Cons

One area that feels a bit underwhelming is the design and overall look. It's not the most important thing in a tool that works so well but it could definitely be more polished. I've also been logged out for inactivity even when I was actively using it and that has caused me to lose work.

CRM for growing teams

Pros

If you're running a mid-sized or larger business, this is the kind of CRM you can rely on to handle just about everything in one place.

Cons

Email integration felt awkward and to really get the most out of it, you'll likely need to bring in someone dedicated to manage it properly.
