“Sales and lead management boost”
Pros
For more than five years, this smart business solution has consistently helped my organization keep up with the standards the market expects. The biggest advantage is its strong focus on sales, contract handling and lead management which has continuously supported faster sales growth and helped the team grow collectively in a competitive environment.
Cons
Getting familiar with the product is important since it takes a bit of training to build customized reports and dashboards properly.

“Contact and lead organization”
Pros
This tool has made it much simpler to keep contact details, lead information and company records organized. Its add-ons for popular workplace tools like Office 365 and Slack also boost efficiency and make its organizational features even more useful.
Cons
The platform is updated all the time which is a plus but it can take a while to figure out and adapt to the newer features. At times, that learning curve gets in the way of fully enjoying the app and everything it can do.

“great email tools”
Pros
There's a lot of useful contact information available which makes it much easier to work with the database. It also supports effective, targeted email marketing and the reporting can be configured to fit different needs which is a big plus.
Cons
Since I use it as an end user rather than an administrator some limitations seem to come from features not being enabled by CFA Institute which manages the license and admin side. One thing that would really help is having the necessary fields available for doing merges in marketing emails.

“Reporting for daily sales work”
Pros
This is part of my daily workflow. I rely on it for productivity tracking, accountability, forecasting, sales pipeline management and order entry. It also works well for keeping account records organized, including tasks events and communications. The advanced analytics and reporting are especially strong.
Cons
There are too many unnecessary steps when setting up new accounts. Cloning orders also feels less aligned than it should be.

“Customizable but inconsistent”
Pros
One thing that works well is how flexible it is, it really becomes whatever you make of it. The more time you spend learning how to use it, the better the overall experience gets.
Cons
On the downside, the features seem to change too often and some pages can be unresponsive at times.

“Email filing that saves time”
Pros
Sending emails from Outlook or turning a contact into a new lead feels so much faster with the Zynbit email filing tool. It's been a huge time-saver for me. Keeping track of contacts, emails and opportunities only takes a few clicks with this add-on and it has honestly saved me so much time.
Cons
It would be even more helpful if it synchronized better with the other software programs we use since that would save even more time and make tracking a lot easier.

“great tool”
Pros
Keeping up with RFPs is much faster since replies can be sent right away. It also helps a lot with staying on top of due dates, does a really good job generating leads and I love having the chat feature built in.
Cons
Nothing has really been a major problem. The only thing I'd want improved is making ownership information simpler to change but aside from that it's been very good.

“Full sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes a big difference, we can review leads, contacts and accounts clearly, see the entire sales pipeline and track ROI across our campaigns. It also works alongside the SAP CRM tool which saves us a lot of time in real time and the system is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
A few of the customizations seem to have been implemented without enough input from key users so some of those features now need to be reassessed. Because of that, we're still spending quite a bit of time on change management.

“CRM companion for daily work”
Pros
This is the tool I rely on every day for managing client relationships. It works really well for keeping notes organizing client profiles and contact details and staying on top of tasks.
Cons
The feature that really holds it back for me is that it doesn't integrate with our Microsoft Outlook account. It would be much better if the two worked together so I could save email conversations directly into the system instead of having to copy and paste each email manually.

“Sales tracking and dashboards”
Pros
From the very first cold call through to closing the deal, it helps keep every interaction with a prospect or client in one place. After that, it's just as useful for managing ongoing touchpoints, like scheduled calls and other activities. It also does a great job of helping track goals and measure progress against those metrics.
Cons
Since the move from classic to the new version, the interface definitely looks better visually and the dashboards feel more interactive. That said, editing reports has become more difficult for me. In the Classic version making report changes felt simpler, whereas now I run into more trouble with it.

“Insightful sales dashboards”
Pros
One thing that really helps is the quick snapshot from the custom sales dashboards. I can instantly check my own results along with the team's performance and it gives me useful insight at a glance.
Cons
Gmail inbox integration has felt a little awkward and because of that some emails haven't been tracked correctly. It also seems to need a daily refresh.

“Reports and sales insights”
Pros
Right from the start, this software felt very user friendly. We imported thousands of contacts and now rely on it to organize and manage all of that information while also helping us create sales opportunities. It regularly uncovers connections between clients or facilities that we probably would have missed and that has led to a lot of opportunities we were able to take advantage of. Another big strength is the reporting side especially being able to build and customize reports so you can pull exactly the information you need.
Cons
The only real downside for me is the cost. It's an extremely powerful platform and it has definitely paid for itself but the price still feels pretty high.

“Strong RM integration”
Pros
It connected really well with the RMs who were already using the software and that part seemed to work reliably.
Cons
For anyone who wasn't an RM though, the system was pretty confusing to navigate. There were too many different places to dig through when trying to find things.

“Versatile tools with plenty to offer”
Pros
Just about everything has been excellent. It's very easy to use and I really appreciate how many different features and options it offers.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see improved is the calendar syncing with our Microsoft Teams calendar. Right now, we end up spending a lot of extra time copying appointments and other entries into both calendars.

“Advanced contact management hub”
Pros
Its advanced setup works with a lot of different platforms which makes contact management much easier. I can email clients, call them, log call details, import leads from a website contact form and handle plenty of other tasks all in one place.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve if you do not have prior CRM experience. Even with some background, it can still feel overwhelming when the information fields and inputs have not been customized for the specific company you are working with.

“Helpful CSM once adjusted”
Pros
Our team uses this as our CSM at work and now that I've spent time with it, I'm pretty comfortable using it. There were a few parts that took some getting used to at first but overall it works well for what we need.
Cons
While the software does help with keeping things organized, it has far too many subcategories under each account. For a single client, there are around five different places where notes can be added and that ends up making the whole system more confusing than it should be.

“Centralized CRM that covers it all”
Pros
Right from the interface, the software feels simple and modern, with a user-friendly UI that makes it simple to work with. All information and data stay centralized which really helps keep everything organized. It also improves communication across different teams in a thorough way. As a leading CRM platform, it supports presales, sales, aftersales and marketing activities very effectively.
Cons
Managing accounts and contacts is quite easy. It also offers customizable solutions tailored to specific industries and it works very well as a tool for maintaining the full customer relationship lifecycle.

“Workflow automation that works”
Pros
Quite a lot can be done through point-and-click setup, including automation like creating tasks automatically, sending emails or updating fields. The next level is Visual Workflow which still uses a click-based approach but lets you handle more advanced logic such as looping through records, creating, updating, querying and even deleting records. With this tool, managing data for large organizations becomes much more practical.
Cons
At times it can feel complicated and somewhat restrictive and in my view the pricing is on the expensive side. New users will need proper training to really understand how all of the functionality works.
