“Best CRM for sales tracking”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've worked with, this one is by far the best. The interface feels clean, easy and very simple to use. As a sales executive, the pipeline tracking, metrics and accounts pages make it really simple to stay on top of everything.
Cons
After using the software for quite some time and going through several training sessions, the one area where I still feel I need more support is reporting. There are also moments when certain restrictions limit access which can be frustrating.

“perfect for sales teams”
Pros
Compared with other CRM tools I've used, this one feels like the top option out there. The interface is simple, it looks polished and it comes with a lot of features that can really support sales teams in their day-to-day work.
Cons
The downside is that it's a pretty expensive CRM system. If all you need are the basics, it probably isn't the right fit. But if you want to really use a CRM as a serious business tool, it's a strong option.

“Sales tracking and mobility”
Pros
One thing this application does really well is track client and prospect sales activity, along with lead capture, lead assignment and overall sales funnel management. It's also very convenient to access from both desktop and mobile devices which makes staying connected much easier.
Cons
On the downside, it doesn't integrate very well with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Mailchimp or several social media platforms. The built-in email composer is very poor and unreliable and it sometimes sends out badly formatted, embarrassing messages at random. The initial setup process and first-time onboarding for new employees are also difficult and take quite a bit of time.

“Sales customization tools”
Pros
This has become our main sales software and the level of customization it offers is really impressive.

At times, it feels like there's almost too much information to sort through especially with so many customizable fields available.

“Constantly improving CRM”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best CRM I've used. The steady stream of upgrades and new features keeps the platform feeling current and gives organizations more room to grow into it over time.
Cons
Even though there are license options for small businesses, the pricing is still higher than a lot of competitors. Their essentials plan includes features that many other platforms offer at no cost. The enterprise plan is also pricey and it would feel more worthwhile if it came with more built-in functionality instead of requiring additional add-on licenses. The most disappointing part is the customer service. With a product like this, you'd expect that area to be much better. I've run into situations where I couldn't reach my sales rep sometimes because of high turnover and when I tried using the site chat, it just routed me back to the same unhelpful agent.

“Beautiful dashboard and tracking”
Pros
Using this feels very natural and I genuinely enjoy it. The functionality is excellent. The dashboard is always very attractive while still being simple and the interface looks polished and comes at a really good price. I also love that it does more than just help me track the hours I spend training clients, it also works directly with the business team which keeps all of that information together in one place.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides and the benefits definitely outweigh the small issues. The app itself is very good but the free version still needs improvement and feels a bit like a beta version. It works well for uploading information while on the go but the free version tends to crash. The full desktop program is very good overall though the mobile app doesn't seem to be as good or as user-friendly as the desktop version.

“great interface and simple reporting”
Pros
The updated interface feels modern and the CRM tracking and reporting tools are really useful. The training documentation also helps a lot and entering information into the system is very easy.
Cons
One frustrating change with the new version's interface is that importing data is no longer as simple as it used to be. Batch imports especially feel more complicated than they should be.

“User-friendly help desk tools”
Pros
Getting around the software isn't hard at all. It has different sections built for different types of users, such as requestors, administrators and technicians. Like most help-desk platforms, it's very capable and includes a lot of functionality. Even with all of that, once someone shows you how to access it and where to go for what you need, it becomes extremely simple to use.
Cons
From the standpoint of a basic user, it's easy once you're logged in. The inconvenience comes when trying to access it from a remote or different PC because that process feels a bit awkward. In our setup, logging in seems to happen automatically on your regular everyday computer but when you're away and using another machine, it can be much more difficult to get in.

“perfect for our company!!”
Pros
Our sales team uses it to stay on top of pipelines, monitor user productivity and forecast quotas more effectively. Having accessible reporting is especially important for upper management because it gives them clear visibility into overall team performance. On top of that, my product team has built a number of integrations around it which has turned it into a one-stop-shop solution and helped create a more aligned workflow.
Cons
After recently moving from old to new version, I've noticed I was personally more productive in Classic because the workflow felt simpler and the navigation was better. New version brings stronger reporting analytics and that has become an important part of my day-to-day work.

“Versatile tools for donor tracking”
Pros
What I really appreciate about this software is how many different purposes it covers. We use several of its programs for applications and data collection and we also added a feature that lets us create and share usernames with volunteers. On top of that, we're able to reach out to all of our donors and keep track of donations in one place.
Cons
Getting everything configured at the beginning can be a bit confusing but once all the features are set up the right way, it becomes very simple to use.

“CRM with deep customization”
Pros
This CRM is incredibly capable and covers just about anything you'd want from the software. It offers a ton of customization options while still being highly useful right out of the box without much setup.
Cons
Be ready to involve someone who really understands Salesforce on the back end if you want to customize your instance properly. You'll also need an admin to set up the back end carefully and that part can drain a lot of resources and take a very long time for an inexperienced developer to figure out.

“Integrations and reporting”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been the wide range of integration options along with the report-building tool which has been especially valuable.
Cons

“Highly customizable with endless resources”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how well it can be tailored to fit almost any business process. It's incredibly customizable and there are plenty of resources out there to help you learn the system, many of them available for free. If someone really wants to learn it, the only real limit is how much effort they're willing to put in.
Cons
The downside is that it's expensive and anyone expecting to simply install it and instantly transform their business will be disappointed. For most companies, implementation means a major shift in processes and really needs strong support from management to succeed. If leadership isn't ready to actively champion the system, spend the time needed to optimize it for the business and make sure people actually keep using it after launch, then it's probably not worth the investment.

“Lead tracking and outreach”
Pros
It's a really effective tool for breaking down leads and moving them through each stage of the sales cycle. Running email promotions is easy and sending personalized emails to individual contacts is simple as well.
Cons

“CRM with quality support”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt like a high-quality product and it was very simple to use. It's easily one of the most powerful CRMs available and the reps were extremely helpful in addressing what we needed.
Cons

“Customization and automation”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the huge range of functionality and the many ways different tabs and areas of the system can be customized. As a leading low-code platform, SFDC can be adapted to business needs very quickly without needing to bring in developers with deep coding expertise. Its open API also makes it possible to connect with strong business process automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Nintex Workflow Cloud.
Cons
The biggest downside is the subscription pricing which is fairly expensive compared with other vendors that offer CRM solutions.

“Scalable tool with customization”
Pros
Built originally to handle the needs of large companies and complex operations, this CRM later expanded well into the SaaS space with more aligned options that are simpler and more affordable to launch. Now it gives businesses of all sizes access to strong sales software with plenty of customization choices. Its pricing structure works well for growing companies because they can build more advanced systems step by step as their needs expand. That level of scalability makes it an excellent fit for fast-growing organizations. The AppExchange is another big advantage since it lets CRM users create highly tailored setups through third-party integrations. In the marketplace, there are thousands of apps and software connections available, including both in-house add-ons and third-party solutions, with both free and paid options.
Cons
Pricing can become confusing very quickly and a lot of users mention that it is not always clear what is included in the base offering versus what requires an extra cost. People who move away from it often point to that lack of clarity as a major reason.

“Client tracking that boosts revenue”
Pros
This platform helped me get my business much more organized and that directly led to making more money. It kept a record of older clients and reminded me when it was time to follow up with them. It's the simplest way I've used to store all of my client information in one place. It also lets other team members update ongoing conversations with leads and existing clients which keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
To really get the most out of it, your team does need proper training on how to use all of its features effectively.
