“CRM for growth”
Pros
Built to adapt to different business needs, this software can be customized in a way that fits how your company works. It stands out as one of the most powerful CRM platforms available and includes just about everything a business needs to manage and close sales. Since it's so widely used, finding employees who already know how to work with it is usually not difficult. It really functions as an all-in-one solution that can support the growth of almost any business.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost because this software is definitely on the expensive side. It also has a broad set of features which means it takes time to learn properly. The setup and configuration process can be fairly time-consuming as well and on top of that some add-ons require additional payment.

“Reports and team visibility”
Pros
It covers a lot of what I need in my day-to-day work. On the customer and sales side, it's very user-friendly and sharing information with other departments is easy. Finding the right details is also quick and the variety of charts and reports really helps with evaluation and makes daily tasks more manageable.
Cons
Reporting can be a bit tricky at first because you have to apply very specific filters to download the right information but after using it for a while, it becomes much easier.

“great for customization”
Pros
With seemingly endless customization options, this is the best CRM I've used in this industry. It lets us capture exactly the data we need for scheduled reports which helps our departments run efficiently.
Cons
Pricing is steep on a per-agent basis and getting it integrated into existing processes and services takes a lot of time and effort. Once the setup is finished though, it requires very little ongoing work to keep it running effectively.

“Reporting and full control”
Pros
It handles just about everything in one place, from client records and billing to support and overall customer management. I rely on it across all of my pre-sales and deployment projects and it lets me track the time spent on each one really well. The reporting is especially impressive, with plenty of customizable tools available.
Cons
Getting the most out of all its features takes quite a bit of setup and training before everything can be used properly.

“Flexible for charities”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that small charities and non-profits can get 10 free user licenses while still having access to the full enterprise version of the software. It's highly configurable and customizable, comes packed with features, is cloud-based, secure and also has plenty of online help resources and training available.
Cons
The downside is that it's very expensive for organizations outside the charity sector which is why I tend to implement it only for small charities when the free option applies. It can also feel overwhelming for smaller users at first because there are so many options even though a lot of the extra features can be stripped back. The admin UI is fairly complicated and some parts just don't feel logical. On top of that, when the new version's interface was introduced some useful elements from the Classic interface were removed which definitely felt like a step backward.

“Fully customizable CRM hub”
Pros
Among CRM platforms, this one really feels like the best of the best. It connects with just about everything, offers a wide range of features, has strong reporting capabilities and can be customized from top to bottom.
Cons
Figuring out the right way to tailor it to a specific use case can take some work although that's true of most tools. The biggest frustration for me is in reporting, SFDC only lets you report on two different objects at once. If I need a report that includes contact records, lead records and related campaign records, I can't do it in a single report. Instead, I have to run several reports and move everything into Excel to piece the data together.

“All-in-one business support”
Pros
This software does really well in strengthening customer relationships while also helping with team management. With its up-to-date data collection, it becomes much easier to plan and organize areas like your team, marketing, customer service and sales. It really works like a one-stop shop because it understands business needs and supports customer handling effectively. Another big advantage is that you can use it from anywhere on any smart device, as long as you have an internet connection.
Cons
It covers all the business areas we use so I haven't really run into any downside with it.

“Reporting and customization”
Pros
One thing that really keeps this platform ahead is the sheer amount of customization it offers. It comes with more products and tools than most other software in the same space and the reporting system is especially powerful and dependable. The contact management features, dashboards and analytics are all standout benefits and it also provides a broad range of capable products that can support businesses of just about any size.
Cons
The pricing can add up quickly since it charges per user and puts essential features behind paid add-ons. You really have to plan carefully when it comes to extra features because getting the support you need often means paying even more. On top of that, customization takes time to set up properly and usually requires training before you can fully master it. Some of the more advanced features may also need extra admin support to manage effectively.

“Lead tracking visibility”
Pros
Keeping tabs on different leads was really easy and it helped that multiple team members could check the status of each lead at any moment.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was having to be individually notified about each lead before I could actually track it. There also wasn't a clear or convenient way to locate the leads sitting in my queue. A dedicated to-do bucket or queue, with notifications or emails to alert me when something needed my attention, would have saved me a lot of time.

“Sales prospecting that delivers”
Pros
Between this platform and its biggest competitor, it's become an essential tool for anyone working in sales. Depending on your company, you can access it around the clock from either the office or home. Since I'm a bit of an insomniac, I've spent plenty of late nights prospecting for new business and it's been incredibly useful during those hours. The data is accurate enough to give a great sense of whether a lead is worth pursuing. After 25 years in sales, I've learned that working efficiently matters just as much as working hard and this tool definitely helps with that while keeping the funnel full.
Cons
Every now and then, I come across details that are a little outdated. That's understandable given how quickly things change. I usually verify the information with Manta which helps avoid wasting time on the wrong prospects.

“Versatile queues and collaboration”
Pros
Using this software every day has been really positive because it works as a reliable place to track work queues. The reporting is also highly customizable which makes it useful whether I want to keep reports private for my own view or place them in shared unfiled folders so others can review and edit them. Another thing that works well is the ability to manage my team through both team queues and individual queues, depending on what is needed. The Chatter posts are also helpful since they make it possible to connect with other internal teams about specific cases or issues. I also appreciate being able to do UAT testing in the preproduction environment for projects and then later see the final updates and changes once they are released to all end users.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind that makes me dislike this product. Like any system, it takes a little time to get used to. We recently moved to new version and adjusting to the new layout and screens has taken some time but it's clear the company made the change because of the added value it brings to end users.

“CRM automation toolkit”
Pros
With the right administrator running things, this CRM is incredibly powerful for automation and data capture. The ability to build different sections like objects, fields, reports and rules within minutes makes it the best CRM I've ever worked with.
Cons
Because everything in the system is interconnected even a small change or addition can sometimes trigger errors or minor issues elsewhere. The platform has improved when it comes to educating users and admins but it still doesn't offer a truly simple way to debug problems.

Pros

“Highly customizable platform”
Pros
This platform really feels like an industry-leading product. There's a huge user community behind it, tons of add-ins and extensions available and the new version's interface feels simple and natural to work with. Reporting is strong and the level of customization is one of its biggest advantages.
Cons
Some of the administration and development work can get pretty complicated especially for newer admins. Product support has been frustrating even with premier support since I often had to explain the same issue again at each tier and ended up solving problems myself. The mobile app has also been inconsistent on both iPhone and Android over the past year and there have been some browser-related issues along with Mac vs. PC Java compatibility problems.

“simple reporting and quick learning”
Pros
Getting started with this software was surprisingly easy. I had never worked with it before and it didn't take long to figure out how to build things I could actually use. Whether I'm copying an existing report or just updating filters to refine the data, none of it feels overly technical or complicated. And considering how quickly technology usually frustrates me, that probably says a lot for anyone wondering how usable it is.
Cons
There are times when it gets frustrating if something isn't working the way it should but most of the time that comes back to a data issue rather than the software itself. If your team has a great internal admin who understands the use cases well, it usually won't turn into a major problem.

“easy interface and fast performance”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage for me has been how customizable the interface is while still being simple to use. Everything is presented in a very simple way so I don't end up feeling lost like I do with other platforms. The speed is another strong point and having the option to use the Lite version is also a big plus on an already excellent platform.
Cons
Because it's a fully online system, there are very rare moments when some instability can make it harder to access or use the information. That said, I have to admit this has only affected me a handful of times over more than 6 years of using the system.
