“Integrations with friendly UX”
Pros
It offers a more user-friendly experience than the classic version. The integrations are incredibly valuable and help create an excellent workflow for a sales organization.
Cons
A lot depends on how the sales organization sets it up and that setup can really determine whether it works well or not. It also takes a significant amount of resources to make everything feel convenient for the team.

“End-to-end sales platform”
Pros
Everything about it feels very simple to work with. Whether it's managing opportunities, supporting prospecting or keeping full ownership of your sales forecast and pipeline, it covers the entire process as a true end-to-end solution.
Cons
One thing I really miss is the "Console View" tab being removed from the platform. It used to be a built-in part of my daily workflow so losing that has been frustrating.

“Overpriced and full of bugs”
Pros
About the only real upside this app has even with the high price, is the number of useful sections it includes. It comes with features like contact management, workflow building, task management and customer engagement tools. Another benefit is that it helps organize a business's current situation while also giving you a way to plan ahead for future business needs.
Cons
Between the extremely high cost and the terrible customer service, this app has been a very frustrating experience. Every interaction I've had made it feel like they do not value their customers or their own business. When I signed up, I was still supposed to have 21 days left in my trial yet I somehow ended up losing more than $1,000 on the subscription. Even before that, once they collected my contact details during the trial process, they constantly flooded me with phone calls, emails and text messages. After I paid, I made several attempts to contact them and got no response at all. On top of that, the app itself is extremely slow and filled with bugs that interfere with getting work done. I've had it randomly delete what I was working on, forcing me to start over from scratch. The authenticator app is also very inconvenient to deal with.

“Reporting tools for sales teams”
Pros
Using it has been really helpful for keeping track of every interaction with leads, prospects, clients and all the other details that matter when trying to understand organizational needs and patterns. The reporting tools are especially impressive and you can build reports for just about anything needed to stay ahead throughout the sales cycle.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to authenticate multiple times just to enter data into SFDC. It's also inconvenient that activities or tasks can't always be closed out on the same day they happen so the date in the note completion section has to be checked manually. That adds an extra step and when logging a first call, there still isn't a way to immediately set a follow-up activity.

“Complete sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
It gives me full control over my entire sales process, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, estimations, projections, activity management and opportunity management. Having quotations and opportunities with all the information available in one place makes everything much clearer and helps me understand the overall picture better.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. At times, it can be somewhat hard to locate the specific field you need and the chat feature also feels a little complicated to use.

“Endless possibilities for work”
Pros
There's so much this software can do and that's exactly why I'm such a big fan of it. I've been using it for quite a while and I still keep discovering new ways to apply it in my daily work. Personally, I use it to track sales, reach out to customers, search for information like I would on Google, create reports and even analyze how my team is performing. I'm genuinely in love with this software because the possibilities feel almost unlimited.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into any issues with it at all. It's incredibly useful, very user-friendly and the interface looks beautiful.

“Helpful online pipeline tracking”
Pros
Having the pipeline online instead of on paper makes a big difference and the reminders help keep everything moving and on schedule.

Keeping up with pipeline tracking is tedious but necessary. The data entry part is a hassle though it's still important when you stay on top of it.

“simple setup and great features”
Pros
Everything feels very simple from a user standpoint. On the development side, it's also easy to implement and connect with other software and it usually doesn't require much customization. The out-of-the-box functionality is great and covers a lot right away.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better even for large enterprise clients. The mobile app also needs to be more user-friendly. Reporting and dashboards are fairly basic so they're not really enough for BI-focused use cases.

“Platform for every business”
Pros
People often think this tool is just a CRM and while that's true to a point, it really goes far beyond that. It's more of a full platform built on CRM technology and it can be customized so extensively that it's capable of running and supporting an entire business. It feels like the next generation of technology for handling just about any business need.
Cons
Even though the possibilities are almost unlimited, not every feature comes available right out of the box. Salesforce has a wide range of products, plus a large community of third-party app providers that add extra functionality you can install as needed. Some of those add-ons are free while others require additional payment on top of the original Salesforce licensing cost.

“Flexible customization for any team”
Pros
There are tons of options and plenty of flexibility to customize it around your organization's specific needs. That's a huge advantage because the system can fit both large and small organizations, no matter what goals they have or how they prefer to track their data.
Cons
The reporting side could definitely use some improvement. It feels confusing and harder to use than it should be especially when reports that seem to use the same criteria end up producing different results once they run. This is also the part of the system that most of the staff I train tend to find the most confusing and difficult to work with.

“Opportunity management made easy”
Pros
As a CRM, it delivers a lot of value. The level of customization is excellent and when it's managed properly, the platform offers a very deep feature set. On the user side, I especially enjoy the opportunity management tools, being able to track stages, add notes and manage other details is really useful. I also rely quite a bit on the chatter feature to stay connected with colleagues outside my immediate team who are involved in the sales cycle.
Cons
This software can be either excellent or frustrating depending on how well the admins have customized it. I've worked in databases that were organized properly with the right features and stages in place and those experiences were very positive. I've also seen setups that were messy, inconsistent and frustrating to work with. It's definitely not the kind of tool that smaller companies should take on unless they can dedicate at least one full-time person to managing the CRM.

“Sales visibility that delivers”
Pros
Tracking a company's sales with this software is genuinely enjoyable. It really helped highlight the work the company was putting into growing sales and it gave us a clear view of how our employees were interacting with existing customers. Being able to present sales metrics in a meaningful way has also been a big advantage for our clients.
Cons
Upfront cost for installation and server setup is definitely high but in the end it has been worth the investment.

“Leading sales CRM”
Pros
Packed with functions and capabilities, this is an incredibly powerful tool. It lets you handle just about anything you need and as a sales CRM, it feels like the best option available on the market.

“Lead tracking that delivers”
Pros
One thing this software does really well is lead management. With a single click, I can see all the details related to a lead in one place which saves time and keeps things organized. The deal module is also very helpful for tracking the stage of each deal and having that visibility has often helped move forward deals that were previously stuck.
Cons
Interface could definitely be more user-friendly especially for someone using it for the first time.

“Dashboards for productive meetings”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks is one of the best parts of this software especially being able to see the latest activities for each lead and account. I also really enjoy the dashboard design and having different graph options makes it very useful for meetings when I need to present results to management. Switching back and forth between classic and new versions can be a little irritating though since some features are harder to locate depending on which version I'm in.
Cons
There's a lot packed into it but it can feel overly complicated and not very simple. At times it also slows down or lags which adds to the frustration. While the dashboard feature is excellent, bringing in certain reports can be a hassle. I wish reports could be filtered and adjusted directly from the dashboard instead of having to edit the report first and then pull it into the dashboard.
