“Full pipeline visibility”

Pros

From lead to close, this gives the sales and marketing teams clear visibility into the entire pipeline. It helps track every interaction, automate tasks and keep the whole process much more organized.

Cons

Biggest challenge is customization. When several teams keep making changes over time without great documentation, things can become pretty complicated and hard to manage.

“Clean dashboard and visibility”

Pros

Dashboard is one of the best parts for me. It looks visually appealing and makes it simple to work with a large amount of information in one place.

Cons

Built-in email message creator was a letdown. It felt unreliable and would sometimes send random emails without proper formatting.

“Powerful reporting options”

Pros

It collects information in a really useful way which makes it possible to generate reports on just about any data category you need.

Cons

Running reports can be a bit confusing for the average user especially when trying to set all the variables correctly. At times it also feels a little fiddly and the support available is fairly limited.

“my review”

Pros

Keeping all my leads and deals in one place has made a real difference. I was able to close a deal more quickly thanks to the automated follow-ups which reminded me at exactly the right time.

Cons

There are a lot of features tucked away in the menus so it can sometimes take a bit of time to track down what I need.

“Everything in one place”

Pros

Having everything I need tied together in one system has been incredibly helpful. It handles records, prospect lists and even syncs with my Microsoft Office calendar which cuts down a lot of the manual busywork in my day.

Cons

This platform does slow down at times when I'm loading a large batch of tasks or working with dozens of tabs open.

“all in one sales hub”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how many features and capabilities this platform includes. It doesn't take much effort to train people on how to use it which makes onboarding a lot simpler. It works well as an all-in-one solution too, letting you manage leads, contacts, customers and more while helping your team make the most of every opportunity and close more deals.

Cons

Customization can be pretty challenging and the platform isn't always the most user-friendly to work with.

“insights that drive sales”

Pros

Right from the start, it has delivered outstanding sales analytics that give us precise insights to improve and align our sales process. The customer engagement features also help us maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales cycle. On top of that, the reporting tools give us a clear picture of our sales performance and the market analytics help us forecast sales accurately based on changing market conditions.

Cons

This tool has met all of our expectations so far and we honestly have not had any complaints about it.

“clear view of every deal”

Pros

One of the biggest benefits has been the in-depth sales analytics which give us valuable insights that help speed up our sales cycle. The visualization dashboards provide a clear real-time picture of all sales activities so keeping track of progress is very easy. It also comes with strong data protection and security features which have helped us keep both our information and our customers' data safe. On top of that, the CRM tools work efficiently and have made it much easier to manage customer contact details and interactions effectively.

Cons

After using it for quite some time, we honestly haven't come across any cons worth mentioning.

“easy setup”

Pros

Getting started was pretty easy. Once I downloaded it, everything was basically ready to go and I didn't have to uninstall or reinstall anything just to get it working properly.

Cons

I really haven't run into any major downsides. If I had to point out one thing, it would maybe be improving or simplifying some of the drop-down menus.

“everything in one place”

Pros

Having all the CRM information stored in a single place makes a big difference and it gives me everything I need without jumping between tools. It's also really good at helping me quickly find specific pieces of data when I need them.

“fits any sales process”

Pros

After using it for five years, I've seen just how powerful this CRM really is. It offers a very broad set of features, strong functionality and plenty of customization so it can fit into almost any sales environment. One of its biggest strengths is how well it can adapt to different sales processes, no matter how simple or complex they are.

Cons

That flexibility also creates a downside. Because there's so much customization available, it can be quite difficult to manage in practice. It often feels like the system is built to handle very complex problems while still not addressing some of the more basic issues and a lot of those advanced capabilities are things I rarely end up needing.

“Easy to use and customize”

Pros

I find the interface simple, the system fast and responsive and it's easy for me to configure and adapt it to different company needs.

Cons

A couple of areas still need work, the multi-tab navigation could be improved because it sometimes opens a completely new tab instead of a sub-tab and Einstein Call Insights doesn't seem fully ready yet since it still struggles to understand my words accurately.

“great data collaboration hub”

Pros

Across the company, it works really well as a central place to store data and collaborate on everything being entered. It's also highly customizable especially when working directly with their team to tailor it to what you need.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve for new users and that's probably because it offers so many functions. It can take a while to understand everything and get comfortable navigating through the platform.
