“Reliable cloud platform”
Pros
This stood out as an excellent cloud platform that can be customized to match just about any company's business model. Its biggest strength is the flexibility to build out the full business workflow, from a sales opportunity all the way through product delivery and invoicing and do it in a fairly short amount of time. It also connects well with other platforms like Qlik Sense which makes it possible to track Forecast, Pipeline and sales opportunity statistics securely, all in one setup.
Cons
I really do not have any negatives to point out about the platform itself. The only thing worth mentioning is that the online community could be better since many questions still go unanswered.

“Flexible reports and customization”
Pros
Right away, the flexibility stood out to me. Customizing the menu and fields/objects is very easy and moving around the build feels simple. The platform is user-friendly while still being highly capable. The part I appreciate most is how simple it is to create reports, filter data and view the visuals that go along with the data sets.
Cons
Task setup can be a little frustrating. It took a few tries to understand what was happening to a task list after assigning it to another user. In the end, our team created a workaround by setting up a group for task assignments so that when a task list needed to be assigned, everyone on the team could still keep visibility into it.

“great tool”
Pros
A big plus is how customizable it is. It connects well with different software through APIs and we've even built client chatbots on top of it. The import and export options are also really useful especially when data migration needs to be handled without much hassle.
Cons
One downside is that the development timeline depends on releases from the IT team. There are also times when getting connected with the IT team takes hours which can slow things down.

“Reports we rely on daily”
Pros
Reporting is easily the part we depend on most. My team always knows which reports matter most to me and that gives them a clear way to stay on top of their side of the business. We also do a strong job of logging client notes and we regularly run reports with very specific logic to make sure clients are being supported the right way. Honestly, we'd be lost without it.
Cons
The new version experience is something I'm still trying to warm up to. I wasn't a fan at first and I still don't really love it. It definitely looks nicer but compared to before, it feels extremely slow. If the performance got better, I'd absolutely love it.

“Built for enterprises”
Pros
It offers a wide range of capabilities along with fully integrated partner solutions which makes it a strong fit for larger companies.

Customer service and support could definitely be better. Response times feel longer than necessary. It is not terrible but there is clearly room for improvement.

“Too complex for basic CRM”
Pros
It has a lot of potential especially with all the add-ons available. Beyond customer relationship management, it can also handle contracts, invoicing, marketing and quite a bit more.
Cons
Our whole team struggled with how complicated the software is. We never ended up using it for sales, contracts or invoicing. We only wanted a CRM but the platform has become so loaded with features that it no longer feels like a easy CRM. It goes far beyond basic communication tracking and reminders. People on our staff eventually stopped entering data because the system was just too overwhelming and whenever we needed to adjust anything, it felt like we had to upgrade, pay extra or purchase another add-on. Customer support was basically nonexistent as well. Expect to be sent to online help documents instead of getting real assistance.

“Better pipeline tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on my pipeline with this software has been really helpful. When I identify a customer but know they won't be ready to buy for another couple of years, I can still keep them in the system and not let them slip through the cracks. It's been a big improvement over the Excel spreadsheet I used before to manage accounts.
Cons
It didn't quite fit my process which was having to create pipeline opportunities with very specific details instead of using something more general. Since most of these were tied to future sales, a tiered option would have made more sense than having to map out a specific sale in advance.

“simple interface and insights”
Pros
After using it for a while, navigating through the platform has felt very easy. The interface is simple and I really appreciate how clearly my data is presented and how much I'm able to dig into it for deeper insights.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the level of innovation compared with some competitors since it doesn't always feel as cutting-edge. It would also be nice to see more updates or even user surveys to better understand what specific customers want or need.

“CRM for networking”
Pros
Hands down, this has been the best CRM I've used for keeping my professional network organized. The features I rely on most are lead generation, the calendar for scheduling meetings and contact management. I use the lead generation tool almost every day and it has directly helped me get conversions and real results.
Cons
At first, there's a bit of a learning curve since the platform offers so many features to explore. Once you figure out which tools you actually need though, it's absolutely worth it.

“Global visibility with flexible CRM”
Pros
With sales teams working across different parts of the world, we needed a CRM that kept everyone handling accounts aligned. From my role as an account manager, I could contact clients from our Florida office and instantly see details and history entered by the New York sales team and the same worked the other way around. The interface is thoughtfully laid out and our administrator was also able to customize the GUI to fit our needs.
Cons
Although it works really well for customer-facing account management, it was missing several important features for internal use. We ended up relying on a separate system to manage the project-related side of client work. Because of that, there were times when we had to update information twice, once in this software and then again in our project management system.

“Fast support and tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of accounts and contacts is really easy with this CRM and it does a great job of following everything from start to finish so nothing gets lost along the way. On top of that, customer support has been excellent whenever issues come up. Whether I reached out through chat or email, I usually heard back within about five minutes which is a huge plus when every minute counts in business.
Cons
The biggest limitation is the cost especially for small business owners. It feels much better suited to companies with a larger budget so smaller teams should seriously weigh that before considering it beyond the free trial or adding it to their list of software options.

“All-in-one client tracking”
Pros
Having everything built into one system makes a huge difference. It keeps client names, important personal details, month-to-date sales numbers, call metrics and more all in one place which makes day-to-day work much easier to manage.
Cons
The only real frustration comes during downtime especially when it happens right in the middle of a task and the system suddenly crashes. It would really help if updates or maintenance were announced ahead of time so the team has a chance to prepare.

“Helpful customer history”
Pros
Having a tool that fits our industry has really helped simplify how we track every interaction with the end customer, whether it is by call or email. Being able to access the full history, identify related issues and link multiple tickets together is something I really appreciate. It works well as a central place for handling all kinds of business-related processes.
Cons
Looking through the history to find certain details can take a bit more effort than expected. There are also quite a few fields and at times it is not very clear which ones should be completed and which ones can be left blank.

“Account notes and tracking”
Pros
Being able to add notes to customer accounts after I call them has been really useful. I can also enter how much product they still have on hand and it helps a lot to see what I've already sold them as well as what I've pitched to them.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the amount of unnecessary information shown in the account. It creates extra scrolling before I can get to the section I actually need.

Pros
One of the best parts is being able to customize the layout and build your own view so you can focus on the specific details that matter most to you.

“Thoughtful design and customization”
Pros
Right from the start, the UI and UX felt carefully planned and well executed. Training ended up being far easier than I expected and customer support has noticeably gotten better over the years. I was pretty doubtful at first since our CEO bought it on a whim without asking for my input. Still, after working with and managing several other CRMs, I can say this turned out to be a really smart choice for us. On top of that, there are thousands of apps available which makes it simple to tailor the system to fit your needs.

“CRM with endless depth”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've worked with, this one has been the most powerful by far. I've used it every day across a few different roles and it consistently handled whatever I needed. The range of things you can do in the software is honestly impressive and far beyond what I've seen in other platforms.
Cons
At times, the software can feel like it offers almost too much. I really enjoyed the parts I used on a daily basis but I was always aware there was a lot more in the platform that I wasn't taking full advantage of.

“Detailed sales dashboards”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how detailed the home dashboard is. It helps us monitor quarterly performance clearly, whether deals are open, closed or still aimed at our targets. The system also lets you handle multiple accounts and keep sales opportunities organized in a very structured way. On top of that, the contact review feature is quite practical. It feels like the right software for taking full control of internal sales in any online business. I'd definitely recommend it for managing marketing campaigns through contact lists or tracking call lists and it can be a valuable support tool for sales teams of any size.
Cons
One area that falls short is the awkward way sales funnels are organized. The platform also doesn't make it possible to capture detailed lead information quickly or at least not within short timeframes and its prospecting tools feel limited. Another downside is that it's not suitable for managing manufacturing operations since it doesn't include ERP functionality or a maintenance management system.

“Lead visibility done right”
Pros
Working in Marketing and closely with the Sales team, one of the biggest advantages for us is having everything about a lead in one place. It shows personal details, emails we've received, calls and even chat history with that lead. That makes it much clearer to understand what stage the lead is in and decide the next step.
Cons
Up to this point, the tool has been very positive overall though it would be even better if the search bar could use more types of information, such as searching by phone number.

“Great mobile app for field work”
Pros
Being able to use the phone app while I'm on the go has been a big plus. It's really helpful for checking notes on the way to a meeting and adding notes while out in the field. The mobile app is user-friendly, works well and makes it much easier to stay updated when I'm away from my desk.
Cons
One issue is that it can lag and take a while to load at times. That becomes especially noticeable when trying to spend an hour or two working through a high volume of activity because the delays can really slow things down. For example, if you're planning to do a call blitz, it's better to organize your list ahead of time and print it, otherwise too much time gets wasted waiting for pages to load instead of actually making calls. Another frustration is that when entering a note or creating a new task, if the page is closed or you move to another record too quickly, the note may not save which means going back and rewriting it.
