“CRM follow-ups that stay on track”
Pros
Having everything routed into one place has been really helpful for keeping CRM inquiries organized. We send website inquiries straight into the system first which cuts down on extra steps and keeps things more aligned. The feature I rely on most is actually one of the simplest ones, the "Task" option. It lets me set a follow-up or next action for each inquiry which makes a big difference in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
One thing I still wish it handled better is email replies. The software lets you send emails from within the platform and it does a good job tracking those outgoing messages but it still won't receive and log incoming responses into the client's profile.

“Helpful donor campaign tracking”
Pros
At Interfaith Caregivers, where I work, we've been using this system for the past year and I'm really happy we chose it. I had already worked with it at other jobs before which gave me confidence in the decision. A big reason we selected it was to help manage our annual marketing and fundraising campaign. It let us keep all of our donors and board members organized in one place, then build a campaign specifically for them as both a communication tool and a way to kick off fundraising for our annual gala. Tracking donor contributions and fundraiser payments for the gala has also been very simple which we really needed. Another feature that has been especially useful is the ability to save multiple templates, including donor thank-you letters, right in the template section. That has been incredibly helpful for our team.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much for me to complain about. The nonprofit discount was something I really appreciated and having access to the 10 free licenses worked out perfectly since we have 10 employees. If I had to mention anything at all, it would just be that I'm interested to see how the platform keeps developing over time and whether it adds more package options to make the CRM experience even better. At this point though, I really haven't run into any actual issues.

“Integration issues outweigh benefits”
Pros
Back at a previous company, I really enjoyed using the basic version of this software.
Cons
At my current company though, all the integrations with the other tools we use create more problems than they solve and end up making my day harder instead of more efficient. On paper, this program would be amazing if everything actually worked the way it should but that only seems to happen about 20-30% of the time. The customer service reps also haven't seemed knowledgeable enough about my company's integration setup to really help which just adds to the daily frustration.

“Integrations and email tracking”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how impressive the integrations are. It connects simply with almost any software you can think of which makes it incredibly useful. Being able to send emails and also track which prospects in our pipeline actually opened and read them has been especially valuable.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve. It's not something you can start using or set up right away without some effort so it helps a lot to have one person in the organization act as the dedicated "IT champion."

“endless flexibility”
Pros
From a CRM standpoint, this is an incredibly powerful platform. It's highly adaptable and customizable when it's managed by someone who really understands the setup and database architecture. Once that foundation is clear, handling leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities becomes very easy. The AppExchange is also a major plus, with a huge range of useful tools available, from admin support services to integrations like DocuSign, DueDil and plenty more. To get the most real value out of it though, it really needs to be fully connected to your broader sales, marketing and technology stack.
Cons
Because the platform is so extensive and used by some of the largest companies in the world, it can quickly become overly complex in the wrong hands. At that point, it gets hard to untangle and even harder to explain clearly to other people. It works best when kept simple. The recent UX redesign has definitely made things better but I still think there's room to simplify the experience even more.

“Pipeline at any scale”
Pros
From lead to customer, this platform handles the entire pipeline better than anything else I've used. It's incredibly powerful and packed with more functionality than most companies could ever fully take advantage of. Whether you're a startup or a massive organization with tens of thousands of employees, it scales really well.
Cons
That huge amount of capability can also make it overwhelming. It's easy for users to get lost when companies don't lock the system down enough. You end up with some reps working in Classic, others in new version some using the Sales Console and others sticking with Sales. When everyone is working differently, putting consistent best practices in place becomes very difficult. I'm also not a fan of the account load times and similar delays. Since it's cloud-based, performance depends a lot on the resources a company dedicates to it and honestly, that's an area many companies tend to underinvest in.

“Flexible workflows and marketplace”
Pros
It can be tailored to fit almost any company process which makes it very versatile. The marketplace is also a big advantage since you can purchase existing solutions instead of building complex customizations internally from scratch.
Cons
Customization does take deep expertise so it's not something you can handle casually. In most cases, you'll need to bring in a dedicated person or even an outside organization to manage that work properly.

“CRM leader for teams”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've worked with, this one stands above the rest. There's honestly very little to dislike. It makes customer relationship management efficient and easy while setting the standard that other CRM platforms try to follow. The customization options are excellent so it can fit many different business models and customer management needs. It also integrates well with a wide range of marketing software. I've used it in several environments and it's easily my top choice for CRM. I would recommend it over just about anything else.
Cons
I really don't have any real complaints about this software. The only caution I'd give is that it's not the best option to buy if you don't already have an IT administrator or someone with enough technical knowledge to handle the setup, implementation and customization of the platform.

“fast rollout”
Pros
The rollout was quick and the approval system is excellent. For a CRM, most of the functionality is already built in and available right out of the box so it usually just needs configuration rather than heavy setup. It also has a strong development platform for customizations and works as a complete foundation for building just about any application.
Cons
Fixing bugs and defects can sometimes take quite a while. On top of that, certain issues will not even be investigated unless you already have a development support agreement in place.

“Trusted integrations and reliability”
Pros
Packed with integrations and plenty of configuration options, it handles the company's most important data around properties well. It's also widely recognized as the industry standard which adds a lot of confidence when using it.
Cons
Interface isn't very polished and the technology powering some of the integrations feels a bit second-rate. I also don't understand why common APIs still aren't available.

“Feature-rich ecommerce solution”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features for customizing an eCommerce website and it's also quite manageable to maintain. The platform keeps evolving with new additions which is a big plus. It includes Products, Catalogs, Categories, Content Pages, Promotions, Coupons, Payment integration orders and more, all of which are really useful for eCommerce site development. Adding cartridges also makes the overall work much more convenient.
Cons
One challenge is that the constant updates mean we have to stay current all the time and continue supporting customers who rely on custom code. With these frequent platform changes, we also need to keep checking the impact to make sure existing functionality still works according to customer requirements since updates can affect custom implementations.

“Flexible platform with strong community”
Pros
The part I appreciated most was how much the platform can be tailored to match what a company actually needs. Another big plus is the community around it since there is plenty of support available along with lots of videos that help you solve the issues that can come up in day-to-day use.
Cons
Getting started felt very overwhelming and even with the different tutorials available, it was still confusing to understand how to use it properly. I also ran into problems with customer support because it was not clear where to go to ask the company questions. On top of that, when issues came up, the phone number was not very helpful for solving the most important problems and they would redirect me to another person who was not available 24/7.

“Pipeline tracking made easy”
Pros
This platform has made my work a lot simpler. I can keep tabs on leads and opportunities in the pipeline without any hassle. Accounts, contacts, leads and similar records come with plenty of fields which helps keep everything organized, detailed and clean while also making it simple to filter searches using specific criteria.
Cons
I really haven't come across any actual system issues. The only problems I've seen usually come from how people use it. Users sometimes create duplicate accounts which can make things messy but the built-in features make it manageable to clean up those user-created mistakes.

Pros
Right from the start, the software feels simple and I also appreciate how much it can be customized to fit our business needs.
Cons
That same flexibility and simple design can feel a bit overwhelming during the initial setup. If you're not already familiar with the system, it's better to get some help configuring it for your needs instead of trying to handle everything on your own.

“Tailored automation and mobile sync”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages has been how well the system can be configured around our business needs and the way our users actually work. It has helped us automate routine tasks and deliver the same mobile experience as desktop, without the hassle of maintaining two separate systems.
Cons
It does come with a few quirks here and there although many of those seem to be addressed in the new version UI.

“Feature-packed CRM”
Pros
Whether a business is large or small, this CRM feels incredibly capable. Every time I open it, I end up discovering more features and functionality I hadn't fully explored before. It comes with strong scheduling reminders, great data management tools and a polished design with a modern interface that really makes you wonder why you used any other CRM system for your organization.
Cons
There were moments when the sheer number of features made the interface feel a bit awkward or crowded. The upside is that it's fully customizable to fit your organization's needs and they also provide a dedicated representative who helps sort out which features to keep or adjust when rolling it out to your team.

“Cloud access and automation”
Pros
Being a cloud-based product, everything can be stored online and accessed directly from there which helps cut down on hardware installation costs. It works well across all major browsers so there's no need to worry about which browser people are using. It also makes it possible for anyone to manage business operations and put automation in place. On top of that, tracking different areas of the business is very easy.
Cons
Downside is that adding third-party functionality can get quite expensive. Another issue is that support is pretty slow and often takes a long time to respond.

“Lead nurturing made simple”
Pros
Every day, this helps us stay on top of our leads by keeping them organized, grouped properly and followed up with consistently. We're able to track the full journey from acquisition through the nurturing stages, add notes at each step, assign new leads to calling groups, send emails and manage Membership Profiles all in one place. It has really improved how we organize our workflow and has sped up our day-to-day interactions, giving us more time to focus on lead nurturing.
Cons
Biggest challenge is the price which is very difficult for a small business to justify. As helpful as it is, there are times when we have to give up tools like this because the cost makes it harder to keep the business running successfully. It's a wonderful product if the expense fits your budget.

Pros
It performs quite well overall, crashes and bugs don't happen often and there are almost unlimited ways to customize it so it fits exactly what you need. On top of that, whenever you need another tool, there's usually an integration available since it's such a widely used platform.
Cons

Pros
Once everything is configured the way you want it, this product is fantastic. It really feels like a blank canvas that you can shape into almost anything you need especially depending on which add-ons you decide to purchase.
Cons
