workflow boost

Pros

Right away, the clean interface stood out, it's simple to move through while still feeling tailored to our needs. The collaboration features work really well and the integration with tools like Microsoft Office apps has been a big help. Since I work in sales, I handle just about everything from it and it honestly makes my job feel 10 times more manageable.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve especially if you're in a larger organization or using a heavily customized setup. To really get the most out of it, the whole team needs to be on board and following the same standards.

Sales funnel visibility

Pros

Having the entire team see the sales funnel clearly makes a massive difference. Right out of the box, it's far better than relying on spreadsheets.

Cons

There are countless ways to customize it so without being careful, or without a dedicated admin, it can become overwhelming and slow things down.

Customer tracking done right

Pros

Hands down, this has been the best customer relationship management platform my company has put in place. It has played a key role in helping us keep track of everything connected to our customers.

Cons

One challenge has been getting the whole team to fully follow the system since some long-time employees have been slower to adjust to the change.

Custom dashboards and add-ons

Pros

Our CRM keeps all of our accounts, contacts and leads in one place which is a huge help day to day. The customization is one of the best parts. I'm able to set up different page views for each employee, build a wide range of reports and list views and tailor my dashboard to display sales stats that keep me motivated to perform better. The add-ons are also really valuable especially tools like Yesware, LinkedIn Navigator and Datanyze since they add useful information and extra functionality. It's a core part of how our business operates and keeps everything running efficiently.

Cons

Getting help from customer service has been very frustrating. I really wish support was faster because the process of filling out a contact form is long and tedious and half the time it's not even clear what most of the questions are asking. On top of that, the new version feels like a step backward to me and there doesn't seem to be anyone available to help set it up the way I need. It honestly feels like I'd have to reach out to five different kinds of support reps just to get everything configured properly in the new version.

Tracking and team visibility

Pros

Keeping current and historical information organized is very easy and sharing it across the team, including for commission-related work, is simple as well. It's a really useful tool for tracking meetings, inbound contacts and overall engagement activity. The email integration works well for capturing everything in one place. It also serves as a reliable source of truth for reviewing performance, monitoring progress over time and giving others in the organization the context they need.

Cons

There are still some problems with duplicate records so cleaning those up can take time. It can also be a bit challenging at times to follow closed-won deals all the way back to the first meeting or original opportunity.

Reporting for big data

Pros

Handles very large amounts of data really well, supports a wide range of customizable reports and works especially well for finance and sales operations.

Cons

Interface still feels like software from the 90s and it's missing newer features that would make report building more simple. It also takes some time to learn especially when creating custom reports.

Modular and widely adopted

Pros

One thing that really works in its favor is the modular setup. There are plenty of features available and it lets you begin with a lighter footprint and add more components over time as needed. The as-a-service licensing model is also a big plus since it shifts fixed costs into variable ones which makes budgeting and expense management a lot more flexible. On top of that, its popularity matters a lot because it is an industry standard so finding people who already know how to use it is much easier.

Cons

Getting it up and running in a large, complex organization still takes a significant upfront investment. Even though the platform is modular making it fit more sophisticated environments often requires a lot of costly customization. It is also not fully GDPR-ready yet since it still lacks some of the more advanced capabilities needed for complete compliance, such as detailed tracking and logging of consent history and personal data processing activities.

Pros

It adapts really well to our organization's specific needs and the many integration options let us connect workflows easily.

Cons

Setup is very customizable but that also makes it complex enough that professional assistance is needed.

Highly customizable and reliable

Pros

Whether I need to manage the big picture or the smaller details, this product handles both really well. I use it alongside Outlook which lets me keep my contacts and calendars synced and working together without hassle. After getting familiar with the basics, it becomes pretty easy to use. The interface gives newer users plenty to work with right away while also encouraging you to dig deeper into the features and get even more out of it. It's also very customizable which helps each company tailor it for better efficiency.

Cons

Customer support can be a little slow and there have been times when I've had to follow up more than once by email to get a response.

Workflow and CRM convenience

Pros

Getting workflows and CRM set up is pretty easy and managing users is really easy.

Cons

Branding feels frustrating. It technically supports it but not in the best way. You can pick a base color but after that it applies a gradient unless you go in and customize every single component which limits control and can easily bother a UX team. Web service calls also have a hard 90-second timeout and that becomes a real problem when handling large volumes of records or uploading files. On top of that, Excel handling feels awkward and quite outdated.

Fantastic support and sales visibility

Pros

It felt very easy to use. It was simple to set up, simple to navigate and it came with all the tools I needed to keep my sales team organized and productive. The onboarding process was made even better by the support team, who stayed in touch constantly through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and even messages within the site during both setup and implementation. Day to day, the features have been just as simple to use and the sales team really appreciated how clearly they could track the status and progress of prospects throughout the pipeline. Current information was always available for every client regardless of which stage they were in. Overall, the experience has been extremely welcoming and supportive and this is honestly one of the best platforms I have seen on the market so far. I have had so many positive experiences with it and I truly think anyone who chooses to move forward with it will be very happy.

Cons

The only real downside would probably be the pricing. It does cost more than some competing options but I am comfortable paying a little extra for the tools and level of support we need to deliver top-quality service to our prospects and clients.

Daily lifesaver for our team

Pros

From day one, this software has been a lifesaver for our company. We rely on it every day to keep track of customer interactions, send client details to reps out in the field and monitor what those reps are doing while they're away from the office. It has become a valuable resource for us and has boosted our productivity by more than 25% in less than a year. The interface is very user-friendly as well so training was quick and took almost no time at all.

Cons

Overall, I've really enjoyed using the software. Our first issue was with the setup process which felt fairly tough and took quite a bit of time to get through. The other downside is having to pay extra for additional features when the base software is already pretty expensive.

Central business hub

Pros

After more than 7 years with SFDC, it's become the one place I can handle pretty much everything, from leads and customer management to reports, dashboards, case management, quotations, approvals and lead/account tracking. It takes a lot of setup and effort at the beginning but over time it really pays off and makes day-to-day work much more manageable.

Cons

There are still quite a few outdated processes and procedures in SFDC. It has definitely improved a lot over the years but there's still room for progress. Even with that, it remains one of the most productive tools you can invest in and once you really understand how it works, it becomes very user friendly.

Custom dashboards that deliver

Pros

Our team had been searching for something that could simplify widget and component customization, automate tedious and time-consuming user tasks and make the flow of customer feedback much more efficient between support, implementation and design. This product ended up addressing all of those needs. On top of that, it gave us the flexibility to customize different apps and dashboards so they fit both our customers' expectations and our business requirements.

Cons

Getting started took more effort than expected, mainly because of the documentation and the learning curve involved with implementation. While I was part of the team evaluating whether it was the right fit for our business, it was surprisingly hard to find clear information on things like styling customization and setting up different user roles within a corporate account. After speaking with several people from the company and digging through a lot of online material, we were eventually able to test things out and figure out what worked best for us. If you're planning to use it, it's worth factoring that learning curve into your business plan.

Sales lifecycle management

Pros

After switching from a competitor and using this CRM for more than two years, I can say the range of features and the flexibility it offers are incredible. It has been the ideal tool for managing the full sales lifecycle. We were able to collect RFIs directly inside the system which removed duplicate work and cut down a lot of manual data entry. It also supported an interface across all of our systems so account production data and overall revenue flowed in easily. That made a huge difference day to day because I no longer had to check multiple reports or jump between systems, everything was available with just a click.

Cons

I really didn't run into any problems. The company also gave us detailed modular training, around 10 hours in total and that was more than enough to understand all of the software's functionality.

CRM for manufacturing

Pros

Over the years, this platform has improved a lot and turned into a true one-stop shop for storing customer relationship information. It lets us track and measure the success of marketing campaigns for each customer while also helping us spot areas that need adjustment to improve sales strategies. The customization options make it especially well suited for the manufacturing industry and it works well across a range of browsers.

Cons

Feature I like least is that customization is still fairly expensive. For a small sales team like ours, it can also feel overwhelming at times. To really get the best value from it, team members need to use the system every single day. It's a very powerful tool and because of that, there are plenty of features that not every user will actually need.

Features that drive adoption

Pros

Just about everything works for me here. I love how simple it is to use, from the navigation to walk-me, training, integrations, features and overall functionality. Chatter is easily my favorite part and once an organization really adopts it, you start to see people across the company making it their homepage. It's also impressive how well different teams adapt to it especially since the dashboard can be customized so sales, marketing, integration and other departments can use it in the way that fits them best.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost and at times it doesn't do the best job of making its interoperability clear. It has so many capabilities that make it a true one-stop shop for both large and small companies but when it's positioned as a sales tool, it often stays seen that way instead of fully highlighting the integration possibilities for marketing and other teams.

Customer support that delivers

Pros

The real value here comes from the customer support team and how well the software handles the problems we need it to solve. We run a graphic design company that builds websites and promotional ads and we use it on the backend so customers can submit tickets whenever they run into issues or need updates. Out of everything we use, this has easily been the most helpful tool.

Cons

Nothing significant to complain about at this point, the customer support has been excellent and the software does exactly what we need it to do. The only downside was that onboarding took a little longer than expected but aside from that, it has worked out really well.

Trailhead and modern features

Pros

Hands down, this product feels best in its class. Features such as Process Builder, AI and Einstein come across as forward-thinking and genuinely innovative. Trailhead is another highlight since it gives you a chance to learn how to implement and use everything before you actually need it in a real project.

Cons

A few of the concepts can feel intimidating or hard to understand at the beginning. With some time and practice though, a beginner can get comfortable and start building apps that scale.

Powerful data but awkward experience

Pros

If data is the priority, this tool definitely delivers. It can be customized in just about every way you need and your team can pull together all the data required.

Cons

Using it day to day is another story because the UI feels awkward and the end-user experience is pretty poor. On top of that, there are constant permission problems and development-related issues. Integrations and even support tend to get pushed back onto your development team. It handles a lot of things decently enough but it doesn't really excel at any one of them.
