“Flexible platform with support”
Pros
The documentation has been really helpful and the support team has been consistently reliable whenever needed. It's also flexible enough to adapt to different business processes and the regular updates with new features and improvements are a big plus.
Cons
A few things could be better though. Some error messages are vague or don't give enough detail and I've run into a few odd limitations, like not being able to create long text fields on certain objects. On top of that some customizations are still very manual and can take quite a while to complete.

“customizable nonprofit portals”
Pros
Running a nonprofit that both receives and distributes grants, we've gotten a lot of value from this tool. It's helped us keep everything centralized and the ability to customize the interface and build user portals has also made it possible to connect our program impact metrics in a really useful way.
Cons
The downside is that making changes requires a pretty great understanding of the program. It's not especially simple for anyone who isn't the IT administrator.

“Highly adaptable for growing teams”
Pros
It's designed to be fully customizable which is a big reason the price is so high. That flexibility can be extremely valuable for organizations because it can be shaped around the way you work. Even though I've only touched a small part of what it can do, it's clear that if something isn't available out of the box, you can usually extend it through other tools, vendors or partners.
Cons
With so many customization options, it can feel like you're not getting your money's worth unless you actually need that level of flexibility. If you don't have a dedicated IT developer or a team to help tailor it, tracking down the right setting or making it behave exactly the way you want can be really frustrating. It's also a bit slow at times and it doesn't handle window resizing very well.

“Automation and flexibility”
Pros
Our whole business runs on this platform and honestly, we'd have a hard time operating without it. The automation tools are incredibly powerful, the reporting can be customized in lots of useful ways and there are plenty of plugins available, there's a lot here to work with.
Cons
On the admin side though, it can feel very overwhelming because there's just so much packed into it. You can usually accomplish almost anything you need but there are often multiple ways to do the same task and it's not always obvious which option is the right one. Because it has so much functionality, the documentation can also be difficult to sort through. There's definitely a learning curve.

“Custom tracking that delivers”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for us was how customizable this product is. It lets us keep track of all our customers and see exactly where they are at each stage of the marketing funnel which was really valuable.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. If you're just starting out or running a smaller company, it can feel pretty expensive. That said, once your business grows and the cost becomes more manageable, I'd definitely recommend it.

“Platform with helpful training”
Pros
The interface is user-friendly, the training setup on the website is well organized and the built-in chat works really well. It also offers thorough integration with third-party tools, including CRM systems.
Cons
Reporting system is strong and detailed but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first and takes some time to get comfortable with.

“A lifeline for sales teams”
Pros
From a sales and marketing standpoint, this feels absolutely essential. It lets me build targeted lists, run reports to see which accounts I have and personalize outreach much more effectively. The customization options are incredibly valuable especially when custom fields are involved. You can use dropdowns or text fields to capture pretty much any information you need. It has honestly been a complete lifeline.
Cons
Report building can be tricky now and then especially because my team works at the account and contact level rather than lead level. Still, once you know which fields you need, it gets much easier with practice.

“Report setup takes time”
Pros
It's one of the most widely used CRM platforms and is pretty much treated like an industry standard. Once a report has been set up, pulling it and making changes to it is fairly easy. After using the software for more than 4.5 years, working with it and navigating its features no longer feels very difficult to me.
Cons
Even with that, the software is not very simple. Setting up reports at the beginning is not particularly simple and it doesn't offer many pre-built reports that users would likely expect. For a first-time user, there is definitely a learning curve even for people who are technically inclined. I've also seen users with more than 20 years of industry experience get confused by the report setup process which really suggests the product was not designed with the end user clearly in mind.

“Affordable tool”
Pros
The pricing is really appealing and the platform is easy to use. The interface is especially great when working in new version, training new people doesn't take much effort and it connects well with pretty much everything we use.
Cons
It's still the clear leader among CRM platforms but I do wish their updates didn't end up disrupting whatever you've built on top of it. If your company doesn't already have an IT implementation team, it's honestly something you'll probably need to put in place.

“Flexible and well connected”
Pros
There's a ton of flexibility in the platform and it connects well with most other tools, including software like HubSpot. Since so many companies use it, there are also plenty of tutorials and help documents available which makes it easier to find guidance when needed.
Cons
Downside is that it's not especially user-friendly. It has more of an enterprise-software feel than a modern tech product and getting anything done out of the box can be pretty complex.

“Customer management essential”
Pros
It's turned into our go-to place for everything related to customer management, from leads and opportunities to orders and customer preferences. The user-friendly setup makes it simple to tailor the system around our business processes and that helps frontline staff support customers quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend it as something every business should have.
Cons
Admin side of the platform did take a little time to learn at first so there was a bit of a learning curve there.

“Highly customizable platform”
Pros
This platform is highly customizable and scales well as needs grow. It's accessible through any browser or the app which makes it convenient to use from just about anywhere. There's also plenty of online support available for administrators and developers and the security and access controls have been very dependable.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price especially for small businesses. Their reps seem to change frequently which makes it difficult to build a consistent working relationship. It also takes a significant investment in development and ongoing maintenance and having an on-site admin is pretty much necessary to get the most out of it.

“Daily operations suite”
Pros
Across our day-to-day work, we rely on it for all kinds of tasks, from managing large projects to coordinating teams. It comes with a wide range of built-in tools that help us stay on top of several areas, including project budgeting, client billing and tracking utilization.
Cons
One downside is that there are a lot of steps and clickable links throughout the system which can feel a bit confusing for first-time users.

“CRM with stellar support”
Pros
Compared with a lot of CRM tools out there, this one feels like the complete package for client management. It covers pretty much every function you could want from a CRM and the customer service is honestly top-notch. The extra add-ons and plugins make a big difference too since you can really shape the platform around your company's specific needs. Overall, it makes a lot of other CRM systems look limited by comparison.
Cons
One annoyance I ran into is that adding new plugins can sometimes be a little tricky if they weren't included during the original onboarding process. It's not usually very hard to get them integrated but it can still turn into a minor hassle when you're adding several at once. Also even though I'd still consider it one of the strongest CRM platforms available, the licensing costs can pile up pretty fast.

“All-in-one sales hub”
Pros
It feels like a Swiss-army-knife kind of platform, with tons of ways to store and manage just about any information I need, whether it's sales, accounts, leads, cases and plenty more. It really works as a one-stop shop and I can even send emails directly from it which means I don't have to open my regular inbox for a good part of the workday.
Cons
With so many features and variable options available some parts can take a little time to figure out. Mass deleting tasks, for instance, was more confusing than I expected and took some effort to understand. On the plus side, the customer support team and account managers are very helpful when it comes to sorting those things out.

“Task tracking and team visibility”
Pros
Beyond its usual role as a CRM, this software has been incredibly valuable for managing tasks and keeping inter-office communication organized. Our team relies heavily on the tasks feature to assign work, follow conversations and stay on top of deadlines. Since every communication is visible and searchable, nothing gets buried in hundreds of emails and being able to assign the next step to the right person is a really effective way to make sure everyone knows who is responsible.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve when it comes to figuring out where everything is but that's not really unusual for a tool like this. Once you get familiar with it, the search function is very helpful, you can instantly look up an item, person or company and pull up all related tasks, opportunities and contacts which makes narrowing things down much faster.

“Helpful reporting and outreach tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on students and clients is much more organized with this system especially when it comes to seeing how often we're communicating with them. We're also able to monitor retention numbers by each campus partner which has been really useful. The reporting features give us a clearer picture of the kind of outreach we're doing, what tends to work best for each student and where we still need to improve. It's also helpful for following campaign progress from start to finish.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is that duplicate contacts don't merge automatically. We've run into that quite a bit as coaches continue adding new contacts. Another limitation is that editing access is restricted based on user status which can get in the way at times.

“Prospecting features that help”
Pros
After more than five years of using this system, I still really appreciate how much functionality it offers. It has helped me uncover prospects and potential opportunities that I honestly would not have come across without this software.
Cons
One downside is that it can be very difficult to manage as a small business owner. It really requires a professionally certified IT technician which means I end up spending extra money whenever I need help adding new functions to my CRM.

“Reporting with broad reach”
Pros
Connecting with so many different platforms has been a huge advantage and being able to create reports on the fly makes the system even more useful. It has had a real impact on how we track leads, prospects and opportunities overall.
Cons
Classic UI feels pretty poor especially for a company with this level of revenue. That said since they have to serve such a wide range of customers, I can understand why improving the interface may not have been a bigger investment.
