“great visibility into sales”
Pros
Integrations with other tools like email are really useful and having multiple views and interfaces makes the platform flexible to work with. The dashboards are excellent and it covers practically any field you could need to manage the full lifetime of a lead or client.
Cons
Getting it implemented without help from a specialized consultant feels nearly impossible and the upfront cost is definitely on the high side.

“supports business growth”
Pros
This platform helps boost productivity and efficiency by offering a wide set of tools to manage the entire sales cycle, from creating leads all the way to closing deals. Its highly configurable cloud-based setup lets businesses shape the system around their specific needs and continue scaling it as the company grows which makes it flexible and adaptable over time. Another big advantage is the convenient integration, giving sales teams one centralized space to collaborate and access all the relevant information and resources by connecting well with other IT systems and third-party applications.
Cons
At the same time, the large number of features and customization options can feel overwhelming for new users. It takes a lot of effort and training to really understand everything the platform can do and to use it effectively. The pricing can also be a challenge for startups and smaller businesses especially once you factor in the added costs for integrations, customization and ongoing support.

“everything you need in one place”
Pros
Feature that works best is how detail-oriented it is and how much information it puts in one place. It lets you handle your work more comfortably, manage several tasks at the same time and open multiple files without feeling scattered. You can also make calls, mute them and even bring in a third party during a call. Everything feels well organized and the layout is very simple to navigate.
Cons
Every now and then, it glitches or goes down for different reasons and that becomes really frustrating especially when it happens in the middle of something important.

“customer management made simple”
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is that it brings together a lot of useful tools for customer relationship management and customer marketing in one place which makes it very valuable.
Cons
A challenge is that the platform can feel complex and comes with a learning curve. It also needs adjustments and changes to match specific business requirements.

“our go to crm”
Pros
This tool still stands out as the best CRM solution for our business thanks to the strong feature set it provides. The third-party integrations and add-on options are especially valuable. Once everything is set up and running, it delivers a powerful product that is highly customizable for users.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't run into any problems with this application.

“Basic system with major issues”
Pros
At times, it's fairly easy to read and the use of different colors does help make things clearer.
Cons
Unfortunately, it isn't always compatible with our software and it's missing several capabilities we need. Whenever updates are made, they end up causing major failures for customers. The system feels too limited to handle real-time updates properly and doesn't consistently reflect what customers are seeing online in their accounts. This software seems better suited for simpler, less demanding tasks because it just can't keep up.

“CRM data insights”
Pros
Having access to historical CRM data is really useful and the filtering options let me drill down into the details and make the data much more granular for practical use.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't seem like a good fit for small businesses since the cost feels too high.

“CRM for account tracking”
Pros
Compared with other platforms I've used, including HubSpot, this one is in a league of its own when it comes to real day-to-day CRM work. I use it alongside Salesloft and together they make it incredibly simple to keep tabs on more than 2,000 customers. Activity data syncs back and forth between both systems so I'm always current on everything happening within an account. That visibility has helped us manage the customer experience in a much more mature way and has had a very positive impact on how our business operates.
Cons
That level of flexibility is impressive but it can also work against you. Our current IT setup makes heavy use of most of the platform's capabilities and that creates challenges when it's time to build reports especially since not all data objects can be pulled into a single report. Because of that, I often have to run several separate reports and then combine them manually to get the insights I need.

“Flexible customer tracking”
Pros
Being able to add custom fields for customer details, such as industry or preferred contact method, makes the system feel tailored to the way we work. It gives us the flexibility to adapt it exactly to our needs.

“Helpful cross-org visibility”
Pros
Using it has been fairly easy and it does a good job of keeping communication flowing across different orgs. I can stay updated on a customer without needing to reach out to someone every time a question comes up. It's also really useful for keeping notes organized.
Cons
There are a ton of fields so it can feel overwhelming at times. Building reports tends to be much easier when starting from an existing one rather than creating a new report from scratch.

“onboarding visibility done right”
Pros
Our onboarding team uses it heavily to bring new customers in and it gives us a clear way to keep up with communications, activities and task completion at every stage. It also makes it simple to build reports and dashboards so we can see account progress throughout the onboarding process. When it comes to customization and tracking, this has been the strongest option for us. We can set up fields to match specific workflows, collect the exact data we need and automate tasks to keep operations moving more efficiently.
Cons
At times, the platform does feel a little slow and somewhat awkward to work in. We also needed guidance and training from an expert to put the systems we wanted in place which suggests it is not the most simple tool available. That said, a lot of that complexity comes with having such a powerful and flexible system.
