“lightning ui and release gains”
Pros
Every release brings noticeable improvements and that has been one of the best parts of using it. Opportunity management works well, the Lightning UI has some really helpful tricks and the campaign influence functionality adds a lot of value.
Cons
Lead assignment in Salesforce still feels too limited since custom assignment requires Apex. Campaign influence also does not give 100% credit when creating an opportunity from an existing contact. On top of that, the ability to clone opportunities is missing and there is no way to add forecast rollup for strong upside.

“quick setup and flexible configuration”
Pros
Getting this up and running is easy and the configuration feels much simpler than with traditional on-premises CRM systems.
Cons
A reliable internet connection is pretty much a must since the platform depends entirely on being online.

“sales pipeline and forecasting win”
Pros
A very practical way to track the pipeline, stay in touch with customers, follow up on new sales leads and manage forecasts and budgets.
Cons
I think at first glance, the amount of information displayed can seem overwhelming especially due to fields that aren't regularly used.

“powerful crm for sales”
Pros
This tool does a lot well and it honestly includes more functionality than I even end up using. The biggest advantages for me are its CRM tools and the way it helps me manage my sales pipeline.
Cons
There are a lot of features built in that I simply don't use so it can feel a bit overloaded at times.

“sales tracking that delivers”
Pros
It's a great tool for improving sales process management and keeping track of every stage more effectively. The integration with Gmail works really well for following communication with leads and customers which makes day-to-day follow-up much more practical. The only area that feels a bit lacking is the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Cons
Reporting system feels somewhat limited and could use more flexibility. Right now, the biggest limitation I see is the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator since at the moment it only works in one direction.

“Easy to use CRM”
Pros
After trying a handful of different CRMs over the years, this one has been by far the simplest for me to work with.
Cons
There are still so many different buttons and options throughout the system. I was able to pick it up because I learn quickly but I can see it being challenging for others.

“Needs improvement”
Pros
Coming from my first time using an online CRM, it handled most of what I needed reasonably well and seemed to perform fairly decently for general use.
Cons
As its specialties continue to branch out in different directions, the attention to detail seems to be slipping.

“feature rich platform”
Pros
There are so many features that I still haven't had the chance to explore every single one. It feels very complete and really helps make the work much more manageable.
Cons
Getting started felt complicated at first and it took me a few weeks to fully understand how to use it. A video tutorial would be really helpful for learning it faster and making the beginning less confusing.

“Powerful CRM features”
Pros
Among the customer relationship tools available today, this feels like one of the best to me. The part I appreciate most is the feature set which is really strong and useful.
Cons
Only downside on my end is the price since it feels a bit expensive for me. It also offers limited customization which can be restrictive at times.

“Reliable and useful”
Pros
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. It offers a ton of features and feels very user friendly to work with. Even though we've moved to a new CRM, we still go back to this one for certain tasks and specific data because it continues to be so useful.
Cons
The only slight frustration is with the security features although I understand why they're there. The extra verification steps can be a little annoying when you're in a hurry but they're an important part of keeping your data protected.

Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the customized setup makes it fit our needs well. Training new joiners is also simple which saves time during onboarding.

Interface feels simple and can be customized easily which makes navigation simpler and helps adapt the platform to the specific needs of the business. It also provides complete tracking of the customer journey, from the first interaction to the purchase and even beyond making it possible to deliver more personalized service.

Pros
Having automatic lead generation, contact management and CRM all in one place has been the biggest advantage for me. The accessibility is really convenient and it makes handling everything much simpler while using it.

“User friendly platform”
Pros
The interface feels very user-friendly and I appreciate having everything included in one portable system. The always-available customer support is another big plus.

“Limited customization options”
Pros
It works as a broad CRM platform and also provides APIs that connect with many other systems.
Cons
Trying to customize screens or reports is very restrictive and customer support is no more flexible when it comes to those requests. On top of that, the system does not timestamp status changes. That means if I need to view a sales pipeline report exactly as it looked a few months ago, there is no way to do it. Unless that report was already generated back then, you cannot track how things progressed over time.
