“Useful sales reporting”
Pros
This solution covers the entire sales process and generates reports based on it. That really helps us identify where we need to improve as a company.
Cons
The only downside is that the response time can be quite slow when configuring reports.

“Everything in one place”
Pros
It's really convenient having everything available in one single tool which makes day-to-day work much more centralized and practical.
Cons
One downside is that you pretty much always need a specialist in the company to handle the proper customizations. The graphics also feel too limited and underwhelming.

“Organized customer information”
Pros
Everything important for a customer or client is kept organized in one place which makes a big difference. Having all that information condensed and simple to navigate helps a lot when tasks need to be finished quickly. The KB articles are also really helpful to have when extra guidance is needed.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. The only issue I've noticed is that if your internet connection is slow, client profiles can take a bit longer to load.

“Flexible dashboards”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt user-friendly and dependable. It also made it simple to reach early adopters and the dashboards were flexible enough to customize based on what we needed.
Cons
When I used SF at Pearson Education, one thing that stood out was the need for better integration with digital education solutions.

“Reliable tracking and security”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the history tracking along with the status updates and security features. The history log makes it possible to keep work moving even when key team members are out of the office and the status updates make it much easier to spot execution gaps. On the customer side, the secure access is reassuring because their activities stay hidden from others which gives them peace of mind.
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side and developer costs are expensive too. On top of that, rolling out any new feature takes quite a bit of testing before it can finally reach production.

“aligned sales management”
Pros
Having all of our customer data and pipeline activity in one place has completely changed the way our sales team works. Sales Cloud keeps everyone organized and on track and the easy tracking plus automation has helped us close more deals. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
As a CRM for our sales team, it has worked extremely well. Contacts, deal stages and everything else stay organized and are always easy to access. The mobile app helps us keep up with work when we're away from the office and the automation features save us a lot of time. The only small challenge was getting everyone comfortable with the interface but aside from that, adoption was pretty quick.

“Powerful reporting tools”
Pros
Working as an Ops Manager, I relied far more on the reporting and tracking tools than on everyday customer management. Even though the interface could feel a bit awkward at times, the reporting capabilities more than made up for it.
Cons
UI can be awkward now and then and setting up new reports isn't always simple.

“Faster development process”
Pros
Building IT-based tools is quicker because you can rely on pre-built components and use an existing solution as the starting point for new development.
Cons
APEX coding can be challenging. Even with an internal IT team, you may still need support from IT developers.

“Affordable CRM solution”
Pros
It covers the core CRM and sales management features at a budget-friendly price while also including a wide range of extra tools for certain industries so it delivers more than a standard basic CRM system. The interface felt easy to work with and there's plenty of data readily available for analysis which was a big plus.
Cons
The way the pricing tiers and bundles are set up isn't especially friendly for smaller businesses.

“Reliable all in one CRM”
Pros
Right from the interface, everything feels user-friendly and easy. The multiple window options for different functions make it practical to work in and the platform is simple to use overall. Customer support has also been reliable which adds a lot of value. It works well as an all-in-one CRM and can also integrate with other calling apps.
Cons
There are times when the servers go down which can be frustrating. It's also on the expensive side compared with other CRM software.

“Clear sales process”
Pros
Having the sales process mapped out like a clear roadmap makes the whole system really easy to follow. That visual approach makes it feel more engaging than a lot of other CRMs, almost like the work is gamified in a fun way.
Cons
There wasn't really anything I disliked about using the product itself. The only downside was that it seemed pretty expensive for the company and they eventually had to cut back on a lot of "objects" to keep the cost more manageable.

“Customization and analytics”
Pros
Its biggest strength for me is the incredible level of customization and integration it offers. The platform is flexible enough for businesses to shape it around their own processes so it can keep growing and adapting as the company changes. On top of that, the huge ecosystem of apps available through the AppExchange makes connecting it with other tools and systems feel almost unlimited. That opens the door to building a fully connected sales workflow which really helps improve efficiency and productivity. Another standout is the analytics and reporting side which has made a real difference by delivering detailed insights into sales performance and customer data, helping teams make smarter decisions and fine-tune their strategy.
Cons
Learning curve is definitely steep and the overall complexity can become a real drawback especially for smaller teams or companies that do not have a dedicated administrator. The same depth and flexibility that make the platform so capable can also make it overwhelming for new users who are trying to learn their way around it. Cost is another challenge, particularly for smaller businesses since pricing can rise quickly once extra features and customizations are added. Getting the most out of it takes a serious investment, not only financially but also in the time and internal resources needed to fully unlock its value.
