“Efficient deployment process”
Pros
Compared with other platforms that handle large AL models, the deployment side here feels much better and more efficient.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints, aside from a few pricing-related concerns that come up occasionally.

“Valuable sales solution”
Pros
Works really well for a sales team and brings a lot of value to the sales department. The customization options are especially impressive and make it adaptable to different needs.
Cons
It is fairly expensive and the subscription-based pricing can be a downside. There are also quite a few areas where the product still needs improvement.

“Clear campaign guidance”
Pros
Right from the start, the campaign guidelines and processes were easy and very informative. They made it clear what to say to customers even when you weren't fully familiar with the process yet.
Cons
Only downside was that the information included for our campaign felt limited even though I knew more could have been added.

“Strong integration features”
Pros
Having everything connected through a single application was a huge plus and the integration with other apps worked really well.
Cons
There was definitely a learning curve at first when it came to understanding the workflow and making constant adjustments to match our needs. Still, once we got past that initial ramp-up, it proved to be worth it.

“Flexible business solution”
Pros
Okay so it's a platform that lets you build the processes and automations your business actually needs and it adapts well to your company's size. You can begin with a very basic setup and gradually expand into something much more complex for a mid-sized or enterprise operation, with pricing that grows along the way. There's also a huge partner network available for implementation, with options at different price points and with some training, you can even put together an internal team to maintain and continue developing the system.
Cons
One downside is that customer success does not always respond quickly when issues come up. Renewal negotiations can also feel a bit too aggressive from the sales side. On top of that, the pricing within the broader IT ecosystem tends to push you toward other tools that connect better which can make the overall value for money harder to justify.

“Helpful for daily work”
Pros
It's been incredibly useful for our marketing and sales work. Teams can rely on it to monitor sales workflows and manage company information gathered throughout the process and even afterward without much hassle. With the number of features and add-ons available, it's difficult to pinpoint where its value really stops. I use it every single day at work to send emails, track applicants for internal programs and file reports.
Cons
Since it runs on a subscription model, the upfront cost is definitely not cheap. Also, departments outside of sales and marketing are unlikely to see much return on investment from this tool.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
Getting started with this software was really easy. A lot of systems feel overly complicated and even a bit intimidating but this one was simple to learn and didn't take long to pick up.
Cons
At times, the system seemed to lag a little although that may have been related to my internet connection so I can't say for sure.

Pros
Being part of the rollout of a modern, forward-looking system to update the company has been a really positive experience. It's easy to use and flexible enough to adapt as business needs change which makes it possible to add new features whenever they're required.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is that some work can be lost because the data being entered is not saved automatically.

Pros
Its full-featured CRM tools really stand out. Lead management feels more organized, the reporting is strong and the platform scales well making it a valuable support for increasing sales and helping the business grow overall.

Pros
Getting started with it doesn't take much training at all which makes it accessible for just about anyone on the team. The interface is clear and easy to understand so it's simple to keep track of tasks and see what needs to be prioritized.
Cons
Tweaking the filters can be a bit difficult compared with other CRMs like LeadSquared. That said, when it comes to dashboard creation and managing lead data, it performs at a higher level.

“Comprehensive CRM features”
Pros
Right out of the gate, this platform delivers a full set of CRM features that cover a lot of ground. The dashboards can be customized really well which makes it easier to focus on the insights that matter most. It also connects with a wide range of other tools and the lead and opportunity management features help keep sales activity organized and efficient. Another big plus is that it scales well so it can keep up as the business grows.
Cons
