“Powerful business insights”
Pros
Across my team, this software delivers value in a lot of different ways. The sales management side is especially useful and the level of insight it gives around calculating ARR is a big plus. With CPQ in particular, the depth of information and automation is extensive. Since I work closely with both sales and procurement, I regularly see how much it contributes there. From an accounting perspective, it has remained an important tool for tracking ARR, sales leads, acquisition costs and other key metrics.
Cons
A few of the integrations we've put in place have been pretty buggy which makes setup more complicated than it should be. It can be a frustrating process to get everything configured especially since there aren't many resources available to support that part. Even with those challenges, SFDC still has a lot of potential to strengthen sales, procurement and accounting operations.

“Centralized team information”
Pros
It's really helpful having all the information kept in one place where the whole team can see it.
Cons
Setting up a new client could take a bit of time at first but since it only needs to be done once, it stays in the system and is ready for ongoing work.

“Flexible and scalable”
Pros
A big reason people value it is the powerful feature set, the user-friendly interface and the wide range of customization options. The platform also stands out for its scalability and convenient integration capabilities.
Cons
It's still worth trying a trial version or demo first to see how well it fits your specific business needs.

“Easy account management”
Pros
Setting up a new account is easy because I can enter all the key information right away. After that, I'm able to generate real-time reports whenever I need them to help manage the account which has been really useful. My partner also handles it very well.
Cons
One downside is that it used to be free and now there are fees that can be close to $500.

“Built for growth”
Pros
This really feels like a best-in-class option, with just about everything you'd want in a CRM plus a platform that can grow alongside your business as needs expand.
Cons
It's definitely the priciest option. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming at first especially for users who aren't very comfortable with IT or more technical systems.

“Helpful sales tracking”
Pros
Right away, the way the menus are organized and how the tools are displayed on screen worked really well for sales. Everything felt accessible, simple to locate and very user-friendly. As a sales team lead, it was an excellent fit for monitoring agent sales and opportunities and it also did a really good job of helping track progress and forecasts.
Cons
One thing I'd add is the ability to customize the interface based on each employee's role. From a salesperson's perspective, there are too many charts and options that seem more useful for management than for someone focused only on selling. In the same way some on-screen features would make sense for a team lead but not for a customer support agent so role-based customization would make the platform much better.

“Complete business solution”
Pros
Everything is organized really well across the board. It covers just about anything you'd need, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Projects, Services and more. A company can realistically run most of its day-to-day operations from this one system.
Cons
Getting started and setting everything up can be challenging especially if your internal processes are not clearly defined beforehand.

Right from the start, the interface felt very user-friendly. It was simple to navigate, easy to manage and I didn't run into any trouble learning how to use it when my workplace introduced it. Overall, it felt very approachable and simple.

“Not budget friendly”
Pros
The website has nice colors and that's about the only positive thing I can point to.
Cons
This is a terrible choice for small to midsized businesses that need to watch their budget. Customer service is extremely poor and it feels like they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. There's really no consideration for small businesses at all.

“Custom reporting tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how customizable the platform is especially the dashboard and reporting features. They make it much easier to project sales and other important data and the insights are actually meaningful enough to support better decisions and highlight areas that need improvement. The built-in AI capabilities are also a big plus since they can help turn potential leads into real opportunities.
Cons
Biggest downside is the pricing. The plans are expensive and if you need to integrate it with other products, the cost can go up to nearly double. There's also not much flexibility in how pricing is structured by feature. Even if you don't need certain functions, there's no option to leave them out so you still end up paying for both the features you use and the ones you don't.

“Comprehensive CRM platform”
Pros
Right out of the gate, this app offers a broad set of features that makes it really valuable for CRM, lead management, tracking opportunity progress and a lot more. Even though it takes some effort, it can be customized to fit your specific needs and business processes. It's especially helpful for keeping up with every opportunity by storing updates, meeting notes, important documents and other relevant details all in one place.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform can take a while because the learning curve is fairly steep. It also takes time to understand how to use it properly. On top of that, setting it up around your own requirements is not easy and customization can be quite challenging.

“Strong CRM functionality”
Pros
One thing this software is well known for is its strong CRM functionality. It comes with a broad set of tools for managing customer relationships, including contact management, opportunity tracking and lead management.
Cons
The downside is that it can feel expensive, particularly for small businesses or startups. On top of that, the pricing model may bring extra charges for certain features and additional user licenses.

“Flexible and easy to use”
Pros
Getting our team onto this CRM was surprisingly easy thanks to its simple interface. The layout is clear and easy to follow and the customization options made it possible to shape the system around our specific needs without adding unnecessary complexity. That flexibility helped everyone fit it into their day-to-day work naturally which ended up improving productivity across the team.
Cons
The biggest downside is definitely the pricing. For smaller companies or teams trying to stay within a tight budget, the subscription costs and extra add-ons can be a real financial hurdle. And as the business grows and needs more advanced tools or extra user licenses, the overall cost of keeping the CRM can climb pretty quickly.
