“Centralized client information”

Pros

Keeping client details, appointments, historical records and other information in one place has been extremely valuable for me.

Cons

At first some of the features can be a bit difficult to fully understand but once you get used to them, it's absolutely worth it. It ends up being a huge help in making our workdays much easier.

“Customizable and connected”

Pros

I find the platform very user-friendly, with strong customization options and integration capabilities that connect well with the other tools I use.

Cons

Although it provides a wide range of customization options, putting those changes into place often requires coding knowledge or help from a developer. That can reduce flexibility for users who are not comfortable with code or do not have access to technical support.

“Expensive and difficult to use”

Pros

During the sales demonstrations, the product appeared simple for me to configure and seemed packed with useful client and project management features. However, my actual experience was very different, as the setup required far more technical expertise than expected. Without an IT background, I felt almost forced to rely on costly consultants and the final product did not match the expectations presented during the sales process.

Cons

Setting it up is impossible if you are not technical and the support is only available in English. The cost is extremely high for a solution that ends up being useless to us. On top of that, after-sales service is basically nonexistent.

“Feature rich platform”

Pros

From my first experience with it, the interface felt user-friendly and the feature set was comprehensive. The automation tools and CRM capabilities help me manage customer relationships more efficiently and support business growth.

Cons

On the downside, the cost can be a concern for smaller businesses especially given how feature-rich the software is. There's also a fairly steep learning curve for new users which can slow down onboarding and make adoption take longer than expected.

“Powerful business insights”

Pros

Across my team, this software delivers value in a lot of different ways. The sales management side is especially useful and the level of insight it gives around calculating ARR is a big plus. With CPQ in particular, the depth of information and automation is extensive. Since I work closely with both sales and procurement, I regularly see how much it contributes there. From an accounting perspective, it has remained an important tool for tracking ARR, sales leads, acquisition costs and other key metrics.

Cons

A few of the integrations we've put in place have been pretty buggy which makes setup more complicated than it should be. It can be a frustrating process to get everything configured especially since there aren't many resources available to support that part. Even with those challenges, SFDC still has a lot of potential to strengthen sales, procurement and accounting operations.

“Centralized team information”

Pros

It's really helpful having all the information kept in one place where the whole team can see it.

Cons

Setting up a new client could take a bit of time at first but since it only needs to be done once, it stays in the system and is ready for ongoing work.
