“Secure and user friendly”
Pros
This CRM software is very user-friendly and works well for businesses of any size. It also comes with great security features which is a big plus. For small nonprofits, the ten free licenses included with the NonProfit Success Pack are especially valuable and the additional nonprofit discounts on extra licenses make it even more helpful.
Cons
The downside is that it can still end up being quite expensive for small businesses or nonprofits.

“Drives business growth”
Pros
It's helped move the business forward with a modern, innovative system that feels very user-friendly. Adding new functionality based on changing business needs is simple and the amount of information it can manage is impressive. I'd definitely recommend it and I'm genuinely very thankful for what it has brought to the business.
Cons
One downside is that it depends entirely on having a stable and reliable internet connection. Since it is fully tied to the database, there's also less control over CRM upgrades and any scheduled downtime.

“Helpful lead management”
Pros
At first we were nervous about making the switch but it turned out to be very user-friendly. It gives us real-time reports and best of all, it makes lead management much easier which is incredibly valuable these days.
Cons
It would help if integration with older systems were simpler since getting that set up took a lot of time.

“Strong software integrations”
Pros
Connecting it with other tools like Marketo and Showpad has been a big win for our business and it's played a real part in driving stronger SFDC adoption across the team.
Cons
One issue I've run into with SFDC at several companies is keeping the data clean. Since Leads and Contacts are often handled by multiple people across different business units, duplicates tend to build up quickly which makes marketing efforts harder to manage.

“Flexible account management”
Pros
Key details on the main account pages are simple to locate and update and the platform gives you plenty of flexibility to customize things across the board.
Cons
Handling cases can be challenging and not all that user-friendly. It also takes quite a while to get employees properly trained on how to use it and the interface would be better with a cleaner, more organized layout.

“Poor email experience”
Pros
It might be useful from a management perspective because it captures a lot of data. The problem is that everyday users pay the price for that since so much of the information still has to be entered manually and the awkward system does nothing to make that process efficient.
Cons
Using email in this software is a mess and if your work depends on email it brings everything almost to a standstill. Even something as basic as opening and reading an email takes several unnecessary steps. Messages are shown as one long block of text in a tiny side window, with no clear separation between replies which makes them hard to follow. Trying to double-click text to highlight or copy it completely disrupts the system and simply cannot be done which says a lot about how poorly it was designed and coded especially for a platform centered on data collection. On top of that, the first line of an email often requires scrolling far down past a full page, only to scroll all the way back up again to enter the needed details elsewhere. I honestly have not worked with a messier or less user-friendly system. In day-to-day work, I cannot think of a single task it has not made harder to access and more frustrating to complete. Overall, it feels disorganized, difficult to read, difficult to use and extremely slow compared with every other program I have used.

“Flexible business platform”
Pros
From day-to-day use, it has been a very productive and effective platform for our organization. The customization options let us tailor it to fit our specific needs which has been a big advantage. Since it's a suite with multiple services, it covers a lot of ground and when something is missing, there are plenty of third-party solutions available to close that gap. Its compatibility is another major strength because it feels like almost every software product either already integrates with it or is working on one. After using other IT services before this, I've really seen how much this platform has improved collaboration across our teams and helped us deliver a more personalized customer experience.
Cons
The reporting side has potential but it still comes with a few frustrating glitches. I've run into errors especially when dragging and dropping fields into reports. Building reports also feels more tough than it does in platforms like Microsoft Dynamics. There's definitely a learning curve with this tool, particularly when you need to create reports with more complex variables like accounts and specific engagement types.

“Makes sales easier”
Pros
Working in sales became a lot more manageable with this software. The program feels simple and guides you through each step so it's clear what needs to be done. It also made adding notes to files much more convenient.
Cons
I'm not sure whether this was specific to the company I worked for but there were a few steps in the program that could probably have been skipped on most calls. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints.

“Helpful app ecosystem”
Pros
The app ecosystem is a big plus and connecting it with lead generation tools like Pitchbook to sync data is very easy.
Cons
We ended up bringing in IT specialists to add custom tools so duplicate accounts wouldn't get created. I also don't like that the last modified date doesn't update when notes or certain fields are added. It can be a bit finicky and that makes reports show an account as not updated even when it actually has been.

“Versatile support solution”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how versatile it is. Clients can log into their own accounts and submit trouble tickets which lets our support team review and triage issues first and then pass them over to development when deeper investigation or fixes are needed.
Cons
Because the platform is so powerful some features are not immediately obvious or simple. It sometimes takes a bit of digging around in the software and checking the help files to figure things out. Account permissions also make a big difference in what features are available so access can limit what you're able to use.

“Easy patient information access”
Pros
Getting to patient information is pretty easy and I also appreciate that it keeps emails together in one continuous thread instead of breaking up the conversation.
Cons
The timeouts can be frustrating and I've also run into static on the line. On top of that, the product still feels like it's constantly evolving in my opinion.

“Easy setup and integration”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very easy and setting it up doesn't take much effort. Learning how to work with objects, fields, triggers and workflows is also fairly simple. The multi-tenant architecture delivers very great performance and its compatibility with other enterprise software makes it especially valuable.
Cons
This tool does cost a bit more than some other products on the market but that likely comes with the fact that it's one of the leaders in the CRM space.

“Extensible business platform”
Pros
Packed with features, highly extensible and backed by a massive ecosystem of app developers that add even more functionality. It's also one of the simplest platforms when it comes to finding experienced administrators and developers to hire.
Cons
It gets expensive once you start scaling. Scalability can also become a challenge and without very careful development, it's pretty easy to end up buried in tech debt.

“Flexible and mobile friendly”
Pros
Right from the trial version, the platform offers plenty of customization to match both project requirements and company needs. Having a mobile app makes it convenient to use from anywhere which is a big plus. Managing the customer database is simple and very effective and the available integrations with other platforms add a lot of value.
Cons
The price feels a bit expensive. First-time users may run into a learning curve when they start using it and since it doesn't work offline, an internet connection is required every time.

“Organized contact management”
Pros
Having all my contact information gathered in one convenient place is a huge plus. I'm also able to add notes, documentation and links to each sales profile which really helps me build out my pipeline and move prospects closer to becoming customers.
Cons
Every now and then, a new contact list comes in without all the details I wish were already there. Even so, after doing a bit of online research myself, I can usually find the missing information and add it to the profile without much trouble.
