“Comprehensive sales management”
Pros
Covers every part of the CRM and sales management space so it feels very comprehensive to me.
Cons
It could be more user-friendly for people who aren't as familiar or comfortable with this kind of system.

“Helpful learning resources”
Pros
Whenever I wanted to try a new feature, I was able to find detailed instructions that clearly explained how to use it.
Cons
I haven't been using it for very long yet but up to this point I haven't come across anything that I'm unhappy with.

“Transforms sales management”
Pros
It's a complete solution that has completely changed how we manage sales. The ability to track leads, handle opportunities and collaborate with the team in real time has been outstanding.
Cons
Interface feels confusing and not very simple which has made it hard for our sales team to adapt and really get the most out of the platform. On top of that, the implementation process was problematic, with delays and not enough support from the IT team.

“Clear deal tracking”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is being able to see the status of every deal that's in progress at a glance. It lets me keep an eye on potentially profitable transactions and sort them the way I need. I can also log my work and create custom reports afterward which is very useful.
Cons
Biggest concern for our company was the cost since it ended up being quite expensive. That was the main issue for us even though the functionality itself was excellent. At times, entering data also feels like a chore.

“Supports business growth”
Pros
There are a ton of connectors available and the platform also lets you customize how your processes work. Those two things have made it clear to our company how efficient scaling can be with this system in place.
Cons
This is a minor and slightly odd complaint but I'd really like the option to open an opportunity or account from the search bar in a new tab more directly. I know I can hover and move my mouse to do it but it would be nicer if a simple hover-click could just open a new tab right away.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
This tool feels very simple to use. You don't need to be a developer, programmer or deeply involved in IT to understand how it works. The interface is simple to follow and practical for day-to-day use and it offers a huge number of APIs for integrating with other applications. They also provide free courses that make it much easier to learn the platform and eventually use it like an expert.
Cons
This tool provides all the tools needed to make its products simple to use and up to now I haven't run into any issues with the vendor.

“Excellent sales CRM”
Pros
Anyone working in sales knows how important it is to have a complete, powerful CRM and this is the best one I've used so far. It makes my daily routine much easier, I can see the full history of every negotiation and the task manager helps me stay on top of closing timing and follow-ups. I genuinely love all the features it offers.
Cons
Because it has so many functions, it takes a little time to learn them all and at first it can feel a bit overwhelming. That said, I think that's normal, once you get the hang of it, it's incredible.

“Fun and user friendly”
Pros
Using it was enjoyable because the interface felt user-friendly, it let us follow accounts from beginning to end through the whole process and it was actually fun to work with.
Cons
It's really built with a large number of users in mind so it doesn't end up being very affordable for smaller businesses.

“Easy to customize”
Pros
It's simple to tailor the software to fit your product and keep track of the specific information your line of work requires.

“User friendly dashboard”
Pros
Right away, the dashboard became my favorite part. The cheerful color scheme somehow made those quota targets feel less intimidating. It's also very user-friendly. I expected to deal with a ton of fields but the auto-population feature took care of a lot of that and made the whole process feel much more manageable.
Cons
It's not really a major complaint since every system has its own quirks but the occasional slowness can be frustrating. With our network limitations and so many people online at once though, it's somewhat understandable.

“Flexible business workflows”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how much you can tailor the system to fit your sales, marketing and customer service workflows. It gives businesses room to build it out over time and add almost unlimited standard features or custom integrations as their needs grow.
Cons
The upfront cost is definitely higher than many other CRM platforms. That said, I still think it offers strong value if it's set up properly and maintained in a way that supports your business as it scales. Lower-cost CRM tools can look appealing at first but they often end up costing more over the long run.

“Expensive and difficult to manage”
Pros
What we appreciated most about the software was how much we could customize it to fit exactly what we wanted. That flexibility was a big plus although coordination between different departments in the company was difficult.
Cons
Getting employees trained on the system ended up being very expensive and it was also hard for staff to manage on a daily basis. On top of that, the overall cost was quite high compared with other CRM options.

“Centralized account management”
Pros
The new Lightning interface really stands out because it gives employees one central place to stay on top of everything related to client account management. It still serves as the core system the team depends on and continues to be a strong backbone for daily work.
Cons
Moving from Classic to Lightning can be a little challenging but that tends to happen with any software changing its interface. In the end though, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade.

“Cloud based convenience”
Pros
Being fully cloud-based is the biggest reason I value this CRM so much. It lets me store customer data in an organized and efficient way and I can reach that information from anywhere at any time. The built-in drag-and-drop automation tools, like Process Builder and no-code flows, are especially impressive and make automation really convenient.
Cons
At times, when building automation or adding functionality with custom code, governor limits can get in the way and create some challenges.

“Helpful daily CRM”
Pros
From day to day, this is a pretty user-friendly tool that keeps our business moving. The contact and lead management features both do what we need them to do and the reporting is simple enough to work with when we need to evaluate performance.
Cons
There are times when the platform feels a bit finicky. The way it separates data can also be frustrating because it impacts reporting, for example, leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities can't always be pulled into the same report. Even with that, the overall experience has been very positive and the workflows keep my side of the business running consistently and reliably.

“Easy information access”
Pros
Layout feels simple and engaging so it's easy to locate information. There are also several different ways to search for and find the data you need which makes using it really convenient.
Cons
To get the best performance out of the system, it has to be configured properly. Without the right setup, managing calls can quickly turn into a nightmare.

“Trusted business partner”
Pros
Right from the start, the sales team really understood what we needed. We knew we were investing in a best-of-breed solution and we were happy to rely on Access's expertise instead of trying to copy our old system. As a consultant, I also regularly recommend Access to my clients.
Cons
Not a con but I think there was some integration work with our older systems but it wasn't really a problem.
