“great tracking and customization tools”
Pros
The platform gives us a lot to work with especially when it comes to skin customization, lead tracking, engagement tracking, reporting, account overviews and campaign tracking. It covers the key areas we need and makes it easier to keep tabs on performance and customer activity in one place.
Cons
Visually, it feels a bit boxy and somewhat dated. The interface comes across more like a developer-focused platform than something designed with a strong customer-facing visual experience in mind.

“CRM for scaling sales”
Pros
Among the most widely used CRM platforms globally, it's built specifically to help sales teams handle leads, close deals more quickly, forecast revenue with better accuracy and create more predictable growth. The platform offers deep customization, AI-powered insights and convenient integration across the IT ecosystem which makes Sales Cloud a preferred choice for organizations aiming to modernize and scale their sales operations.
Cons
Pricing can rise fast once you start adding extra features, custom objects and premium support so the total cost can end up being much higher than with simpler CRM options. It's also powerful without being truly plug-and-play which means getting the full value usually depends on having the right architecture, admin support or an IT partner in place. For smaller or early-stage sales teams, it can feel overloaded with features and demand more time and resources unless it's carefully tailored.

“Linked data and cloud access”
Pros
Having everything connected makes the data much easier to manage and sorting it is much more convenient. Since it's all kept in cloud storage, there's less concern about PC security and accessing it is very convenient.
Cons
There are times when it becomes hard to log in from another country and sometimes the verification codes don't arrive. I do value the added security but it can be inconvenient at times.

“Custom tracking with live data”
Pros
The information stays up to date and the system is customizable and simple to keep updated. It's very useful for follow-ups and for tracking performance alongside day-to-day work.
Cons
App version isn't very simple and can be difficult to use or update. On top of that, building and customizing reports and dashboards feels more complicated than it should.

“Clean CRM interface”
Pros
Honestly, this is the best CRM I've worked with. Moving from an opportunity to an account or a contact is really simple and I love the interface.
Cons
There are still some bugs with the data and the opportunity amounts. It may be more of an internal issue but we should have access to more editable fields and more control over things.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
Nearly every part of the platform can be customized, from workflows and dashboards to objects and fields so it can be shaped around the way your business actually operates.
Cons
Getting started can be tough because it is not very simple for new users. Setting it up and using it day to day usually takes training and in many cases a dedicated admin is needed.

“Business tracking that works”
Pros
It really helps us keep a clear and effective view of our business opportunities, from the first prospecting steps all the way through signing and onboarding.
Cons
Layout feels clearly outdated and not very pleasant to use and that is definitely the biggest downside of an otherwise excellent platform.

“Territory control tools”
Pros
It's an incredibly powerful product with a lot of room for customization based on what an organization needs. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but once everything is set up, it gives me, as an account manager, really strong control over my territory.
Cons
It can feel slow and a little awkward at times especially when admins make changes that add extra clicks to different workflows and journeys in the system.

“All customer details in one place”
Pros
Managing customer issues with Service Cloud feels really convenient. Everything related to a customer stays in one place so I'm not jumping around trying to find old chats, emails or complaints. The dashboard gives me a clear view of what's happening at any moment and it's also helpful for setting follow-up tasks and reminders.
Cons
Getting started was a bit confusing. There are a lot of features so it takes some time to understand how everything works.

“Pipeline tracking that delivers”
Pros
Right away, this tool made tracking, managing and building my pipeline feel convenient and simple. It's become an essential part of how I run my business.

Requesting pre-sales support hasn't felt especially simple to me although I realize that part is probably subjective.

“great tool..”
Pros
There's a lot packed into it and it really helps with follow-ups, keeping track of things and moving work along. That said, there are too many tabs open at once and it takes too many steps to handle simple tasks.
Cons
Another issue is that updates can be slow. When I move a deal, the change doesn't show up right away and it would definitely benefit from having more shortcuts.

“Advanced caller ID tools”
Pros
At work, the version we use includes caller ID features which feels much more advanced than the sales management apps I've worked with at other companies.
Cons
One thing it's missing is a smarter way to save contact details. It doesn't automatically identify which company or client the contact information belongs to.

“CRM with standout reports”
Pros
This is the best CRM I've worked with. It's easy to use, the reports are excellent and it connects well with all the tools we rely on, including HubSpot and Chargebee.
Cons
It's honestly hard to point out a downside because it performs better than any other system I've used. If I had to mention something, I'd say the visual design could be a bit more polished but it still gets the job done.

“perfect for tracking and automation”
Pros
After getting everything configured properly, the system becomes really powerful. You can track pretty much the whole process, from the first call all the way to the signed deal and even the follow-up. The automation is a big help too especially for reminders and status updates so you don't have to keep thinking about every next step.
Cons
Dashboard looks good but it doesn't offer much flexibility. You more or less have to work around the setup that's already built in. I tried adjusting it to match my own metrics and that part wasn't very convenient.

“Custom reports and pipeline control”
Pros
Being able to tailor my accounts, contacts and reports was a big plus. Setting up my pipeline and moving opportunities through the different sales stages was also a easy part of the process.
Cons
It is not always obvious how to get the full value from every feature. With such a powerful set of tools, it took a fair amount of time, testing and trial and error before I really learned how to use everything effectively.

“Sales insights with AI”
Pros
Analytics gave us useful insights from our sales data and helped point us toward better ways to optimize future sales. The reporting tools also make it much clearer to understand everything happening across our sales activities. Another big plus is the advanced AI which does a really good job of categorizing and segmenting leads so our team can focus only on the most promising ones. On top of that, the customer communication features have helped us keep a clear and consistent line of communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Cons
There was a slight learning curve at the beginning but it did not last long. Aside from that, I have not really come across anything I dislike.
