“Funnel visibility that helps”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the highly customizable dashboard for tracking my full funnel and opportunities. It gives me a clear picture of how strong the pipeline is and which deals are likely to close soon.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything I'd call a downside. Based on how I use it, this CRM has been working really well for me.

“Built-in learning tools”
Pros
it includes other tools within the platform and they actually help you learn how to use those tools together in one place.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve if you're switching over from other platforms but honestly, there isn't much to dislike. Once you get familiar with the basics, it becomes much easier to work with.

“organized funnel and lead tracking”
Pros
Our lead tracking has improved a lot with this. It lets you assign leads to different team members and the sales funnel is displayed in a very organized, systematic way.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit high for a small business even though it still feels worth the investment. The mobile version could also use more options.

“CRM templates for teamwork”
Pros
The standout for me was the CRM templates and the way it supports team communication is really efficient.
Cons
There honestly weren't many problems. Like any software, there can be a few downsides but the biggest one was making sure team members were trained so everyone used it correctly. Once people get familiar with it, it becomes very useful.

“Lead tracking and reports”
Pros
Handling leads and the full workflow in my system has been really useful with this software. It comes with plenty of features and the analytical tracking through reports is very great. I also really appreciate the low-code setup for managing flow.
Cons
Compared with some competing tools, the authority and permissions side feels a bit more complicated to work with.

“Vital for pipeline management”
Pros
Our insurance team relies on this software to stay on top of everything, from tracking new leads and converted opportunities to managing clients and upcoming follow-up tasks. It helps us keep the pipeline organized, add detailed and useful notes to each account and stay on top of daily operations down to the minute. It's a key part of how we manage our workflow efficiently and effectively.
Cons
The one thing I would change is how upcoming tasks, like follow-up calls, are shown across a client or member account especially based on how our company uses the system. Notes and tasks entered under a lead account, member account, opportunity or household account don't transfer between those profiles very well which makes it too easy to miss an important note or scheduled appointment unless every section is checked manually. It would be much better if notes and appointments carried over across all profiles connected to the same client.

“Great setup and flexibility”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick, with little to no upfront setup cost. The software works right out of the box and barely needs any customization to be usable. There are plenty of resources available to help you learn fast and the in-app guidance makes onboarding new users much easier. Honestly, it covers everything I need.
Cons
There's really not much to complain about. They've made the platform highly customizable and the development languages are simple to pick up. The only downside is that support can sometimes take a while, probably because they serve such a large customer base.

“customization & reporting”
Pros
The platform is incredibly flexible, both with its built-in capabilities and the many third-party options available through the AppExchange. It can be configured to support nearly anything our team needs. It helps us efficiently manage internal users, external customers and all the interactions between them while also giving us detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business operations closely.
Cons
Getting everything set up takes a fairly advanced knowledge of the platform and the overall cost can climb fast. A lot of the functionality is only offered through paid add-ons so expenses add up quickly.

“user-friendly CRM”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the basic interface makes it pleasant to use. It offers enough flexibility to handle product, service and hybrid sales while also covering a wide range of account, opportunity and contact information.
Cons
Some of the entry forms feel overly long which can slow things down. Without the right filters in place, it's also pretty easy for messy or low-quality data to end up in the system.

“Productivity boost with integrations”
Pros
It has made our company processes better, opened up more opportunities and helped improve overall productivity which are the features I appreciate most. The platform is user-friendly and also integrates well with other CRMs and business tools with plenty of flexibility.
Cons
The price is on the high side and customer support still has room for improvement.

“Glad to have it back”
Pros
Using this software feels incredibly effortless. I first worked with it around six years ago at a previous job and I'm really happy to finally be using it again. It's been such a welcome return.
Cons

“Broken and weak support”
Pros
I still haven't run into any real advantages yet, aside from the fact that the platform appears to be highly expandable which is what attracted us to it in the first place.
Cons
Getting your business moved onto their platform is a problem because they offer no migration support themselves, unless you hire a third-party company and pay extra for it. On top of that, the Kanban Board clearly was never properly tested and simply doesn't work the way it should since it caps out at 200 opportunities. That limitation is absurd. Even very basic sales tools understand that a kanban board needs to scale without that kind of restriction, otherwise it becomes pointless. What makes it worse is that they apparently have no intention of fixing it and from what I could see in the message boards, this has been an ongoing issue since 2017.

“Lead tracking with reminders”
Pros
A few parts of this solution have worked really well for me especially lead management, the timely follow-up reminders right on the dashboard and the custom form builder. Those features are genuinely useful and help keep things organized.
Cons
The one downside is that the solution feels a bit bulky. As soon as you log in, there are a lot of unnecessary options on the screen and that can make it feel confusing and somewhat unclear to use properly.

Pros
It keeps a huge amount of information in one system which makes reporting, record keeping, communication and other day-to-day tasks much more manageable. There are a lot of valuable features included and it really brings together most of what an organization needs in one place.

“Reporting tools I trust”
Pros
The reporting features get used constantly to help our Executive Director with monthly reports, grant work and mailings. Being able to log in from anywhere with internet access or a computer is a huge plus. The tutorials are also really helpful for learning new ways to make the most of the system.
Cons
It offers more features and capabilities than I've had time to fully explore. I know it can do a lot more than what I'm currently using but there just isn't enough time to uncover everything useful in it.
