“feature-rich and reliable”

What really stands out to me is how many features this software includes, along with the high level of service it delivers.

“Versatile multitasking hub”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how much it covers in a single package. It works as a great all-around solution, letting you handle a wide range of tasks without needing multiple tools. Sales, marketing, workflows, engagement and task management can all be managed in one place. If you need software that can juggle several functions at once, this is definitely a strong choice.
Cons
It does come at a higher price point but considering how versatile it is, the cost still feels justified to me. There's also a bit of a learning curve so you need to be ready to spend some time with it if you want to get the most out of everything it offers. Overall, it's still an excellent product.

“All-in-one sales boost”
Pros
Since we rolled out Sales Cloud, day-to-day work has become much more manageable. It lets us handle accounts, sales leads, customer service tracking and a lot more from one place. Because it's cloud-based, we can leave notes and updates for coworkers to look back on later when they need a refresher on an account. It's also really helpful for generating leads, assigning users to them, tracking opportunities and forecasting sales progress.
Cons
The setup itself is easy but there's definitely a learning curve so some training is needed to get comfortable with the app. It's not especially difficult to use but with so many features available, I'm still discovering new tips and techniques that help me do my job better.

“Data for better decisions”
Pros
It really helps with day-to-day operations and the data stays updated accurately. If you know how to analyze the numbers, it can definitely support better and more productive business decisions.
Cons
Integration part is a little difficult and takes time to complete. On top of that, the dashboards sometimes behave oddly and fixing those issues can be time-consuming.

“Smart lead tracking”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is how it lets me route different leads to my teams based on website impressions and customer activity. It's excellent for customer retention and for figuring out whether a lead is hot or cold. We rely on it every day to monitor customer behavior through website visits and activity.
Cons
A feature that would make it even better is a scheduled alert that automatically reminds you to place calls at specific times. There may already be a click-to-call option built in but that kind of timed prompt would be especially helpful.

“Helpful search and knowledge hub”

Getting around the platform is simple and finding information is pretty quick thanks to the search bar. The Knowledge tab is also packed with useful resources.

The email tab feels a bit too small and there are times when the call tab freezes.

“Strong features and fast rollout”
Pros
Scalability has been excellent and the out-of-the-box features cover a lot right away. The integration capabilities are really strong, the platform is user-friendly and Einstein insights and analytics add valuable visibility. Another big advantage is that the overall deployment timeline is shorter than with many other CRM options on the market.
Cons
One thing that could be better is having Einstein insights included in reports by default.

“Automation and integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the automation and it also connects well with almost any external software. It makes lead management much more manageable and organized.
Cons
The setup and overall process feel a bit complicated so understanding the workflow can be tough for someone new. It also feels somewhat expensive for a small startup that's just getting started.

“Pipeline tools and training”
Pros
Keeping track of conversations with leads is very easy and moving opportunities through the pipeline feels simple. It also connects well with RocketReach and Gmail and there's a lot of free training available which has been really helpful.
Cons
At the beginning, we ran into a few issues while integrating Gmail but the support team was patient and worked through everything until it was resolved.

“Sales visibility and coordination”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it gives us strong competitive capabilities to reach more customers. The tools are genuinely useful for keeping sales activities organized at a high level and all records and customer requests stay continuously updated. I also appreciate how it brings different team processes together which gives everyone a complete view of sales reports and makes collaboration easier through email and campaign follow-up without leaving the platform. On top of that, it's flexible enough for us to build reports, customize workflows and analyze data which helps a lot with marketing and identifying the best opportunities. The comments section is especially valuable too since we can create lists from it, assign them to team members, track them closely and keep the database updated with the results.
Cons
It has given us the ability to set up our own system based on what we need so there really are not many complicated issues for us. The only thing I would like to see improved is the overall response speed of the system especially when more than one window is open at the same time.

“Interface built for teamwork”
Pros
The interface looks fantastic and it connects really well with other tools like Slack. It helps the workforce stay more effective and engaged which has contributed to stronger sales results.
Cons
When it's used together with Slack, it really helps the entire team collaborate on an ongoing basis but relying on this product alone does come with some limitations.

“Budget tracking essential”
Pros
With a larger team, this has become an essential tool for keeping budgets under control and tracking them efficiently. I use it every day and honestly can't picture handling sales and budgets any other way. It's user-friendly, widely recognized as the industry standard and feels like a must-have for any business.
Cons
One frustrating part is the Authentication app required to sign in on desktop. I understand the need for extra security but the app itself is pretty buggy. Users have to install it just to log in and even though it constantly asks to "remember this location," it never actually does. On top of that, it times out after a while for security reasons which means having to reauthenticate multiple times throughout the day.

“Highly customizable with strong support”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility here and with a bit of effort it can handle a wide range of use cases. It also benefits from a large amount of third-party support which adds a lot of value.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into a random limitation where it can't do something that many other tools are able to handle.

“Knowledge base and client emails”
Pros
Having the knowledge base built right into the system is really helpful and the ability to email clients directly is a feature I appreciate.
Cons
The downside is that it feels outdated and slow. It seems like they just moved on from Explorer and this only feels like a small step above that old dinosaur.

“powerful but costly setup”
Pros
With enough time and setup, it was capable of doing everything we needed it to do.
Cons
Getting there was expensive and resource-heavy. We ended up needing a full-time SFDC admin to build reports and handle the setup and we also had to spend a lot on a third party just to get the implementation done properly.

“All-in-one reporting center”
Pros
Having one platform that brings all reporting and account management together across the entire company makes this a must-have tool.
Cons
The part I like least is how manual the system still feels. For example, with an account like JP Morgan, instead of requiring a single parent account someone can create a separate entry such as JP Morgan, LLC which makes it harder to capture all opportunities in reporting at once.
