useful but limited integrations

Pros

Getting started with it is easy and it works well for both social media and customer care tasks.

Cons

The integration with social platforms and Sprout is lacking and there's no option to customize it.

great tool

Pros

Between the reminders, sales-tracking database, task manager and calendar tools, this has become a core part of our day-to-day workflow. It's very simple to work with but more importantly, it brings real value to everyone on the sales team. Since our environment moves quickly and changes constantly, the whole team needs to stay on top of sales, finance and service processes so we can make the most of every opportunity and turn units as fast as possible.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any downsides. The software has been incredibly helpful for keeping my sales team informed, on schedule, converting more leads and more engaged in their performance. The daily reminders also add accountability making sure each salesperson stays on top of tasks and follow-ups.

All-in-one workspace benefits

Pros

Having multiple tools available in one platform is really valuable and convenient.

Cons

The tools take more time to learn which makes us stick with the older version of the platform.

CRM with everything needed

Pros

Right away, the CRM features are what I appreciate most about this software, contact management, workflow creation, task management, client interaction tools, analytics and statistics and the fact that it's mobile-friendly as well.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about the software or its features.

reliable database support

Pros

Using it has been very easy and I'd recommend it to any organization because it helps store database information and makes office work more organized, manageable and convenient for both the company and its employees.

Cons

Honestly, our organization has been using this software for years and I can't really point to anything I dislike about it.

Helpful records but awkward navigation

Pros

From a call center standpoint, this software does store all of our customer information which is useful. That said, I'd honestly rather be using a different system because searching for contacts can be frustrating when I don't have a name. Most of the time I'm working with a case number instead so that makes the search process more difficult than it should be.

Cons

Getting around this software can be frustrating. The navigation isn't very simple and there are some odd quirks when trying to update contact details.

User-friendly and well organized

Pros

Right from the start, the system felt very user friendly. It helps us keep all patient information organized in one place and lets us update new details in real time without any hassle.

Cons

The reporting side can be a bit confusing at first especially when it comes to creating reports.

Reliable for cellphone sales

Pros

It fits right into the way our business operates. As a cellphone sales company, we use it to handle orders and activations and we stay on top of everything through daily check-ins. The support team has also been consistently reliable whenever we need help.

Cons

One thing that can be frustrating is the delay in sales updates. At times, the reporting takes longer than expected to show up in the system. That said, it may have been related to an issue on our side internally so it can depend.

Promising start with flexible setup

Pros

We're still early in the rollout but it's been a positive experience so far. Adding new users is easy and it's also simple to build in our custom business process logic.

Cons

Nothing significant at this point. We ran into a few minor hiccups early on but that seemed more related to developer adoption than the platform itself.

helpful analytics

Pros

It works really well overall and the ZoomInfo integration is especially valuable. The High Velocity sales performance tab does a great job of showing the total outreach handled by SDRs along with email opens across the total addressable market. On top of that, the sales engagement tab is very useful for spotting interested prospects and separating them from cold leads.

Cons

My only real complaint is that there's no option to add multiple email IDs. You can store multiple contact details but being able to include more than one email address would make it much easier to run sales cadences across both work and personal emails. A lot of prospects show up with multiple email IDs from different prospecting tools and too much time gets spent figuring out which one is correct. That could be avoided if multiple email addresses could be entered directly. Other than that, matching some IDs in LinkedIn Navigator is still quite difficult because the search only allows name, position and company as filters. A location filter feels essential especially since each SDR usually covers a specific territory so that would be much more useful for prospecting. Even when a LinkedIn ID is already entered for a lead, Navigator often still fails to match it which forces us to fall back on the regular manual search and that usually creates extra manual work in sales cadences.

Customer data control

Pros

This platform has been a huge help for managing customers at scale and keeping track of new prospect information. It also supports sales process automation really well which makes it easier to carry out business strategies centered on customer relationships. One thing I really appreciate is that all client information stays within the company. If a salesperson leaves, they no longer have access to that data because the system includes protections for client information. Since every sales manager is required to log their information into the system, the data remains with the business and can only be used by authorized team members. That makes it possible to pick up customer relationships again and continue managing those accounts without losing history.

Cons

I honestly do not have any complaints about this platform since it is built to help both small and large companies retain their customers.

Packed with useful features

Pros

Right away, the biggest advantage was how simple it was to use. We moved over from another product because this one gave us more features, felt more current and had a lot more settings we could adjust depending on how we planned to use the software.

Cons

Getting everything set up for the whole team did take some time. If I remember correctly, it was a few weeks before everyone was fully up and running. We were also updating employee training materials along the way since, at the beginning, it was more of a learn-as-you-go process. That said, that was more about our internal rollout than a problem with the software itself.

Faster reporting with fewer errors

Pros

It cuts down a lot of time by letting me import data that I used to enter by hand when putting together financial reports. Bringing the data in this way also helps reduce typo mistakes.

Cons

At first, the software seemed a bit intimidating but after I got used to it, it felt much more user-friendly.

Limited reporting

Pros

One thing this platform does well is connect with a wide range of other tools, including marketing automation systems, customer support and ticketing platforms, lead acquisition and enrichment solutions and ABM software.

Cons

At the same time, the product has felt largely unchanged for years. It still doesn't let you report on leads and contacts together in a single view and campaigns are pretty limited when it comes to managing influence and attributing impact across pipeline and conversions. Reporting in general is quite limited and multi-touch attribution isn't available unless you pay extra for a very costly add-on.
