“Complete customer experience”
Pros
It covers business processes really well and delivers a complete workflow rather than just handling one part of the job. I also appreciate that it does not only focus on customers but creates a fuller customer experience through its interface. On top of that, the platform is very simple to use and understand.
Cons
A few years back, this tool began mainly as an online sales solution and over time its features have expanded to meet a wider range of needs. Overall, it has worked well for me.

“Valuable cross-office communication”
Pros
We use it to share information and upload contracts and it's been really useful because it makes communication between offices in different countries much easier.
Cons
At the beginning, it can be a little complicated to find what you need and the system could definitely be more user-friendly.

“Sales coaching and 24/7 support”
Pros
Everything is well organized. It comes with a sales coach, helps you stay on top of your customers and runs around the clock. It gets the job done fast and efficiently.
Cons
Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about it. I love it. Everything is set up and ready to use and the tutorial walks you through everything while giving you enough time to get comfortable with all the features.

“Reports and integrations”
Pros
Across every organization I've worked in, this has been the go-to platform so it's become second nature to use. Report building is easy and the way you can correlate data feels almost unlimited. The marketplace is also a huge plus since just about any app out there seems to integrate with SFDC.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit awkward at times. I also wish the multi-pick fields in SFDC were better designed because they're still somewhat annoying to work with.

“User-friendly CRM with integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt easy to work with. It's simple to understand, easy to navigate when looking for what you need and entering data doesn't take much effort. I also appreciate how well it has expanded alongside other CRMs and how simple it is to integrate with different tools.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the call log. That's been a bit confusing for me to work out especially understanding how calls are recorded. The way email thread integrations are displayed within each lead profile could also be clearer.

“Fits our workflow perfectly”
Pros
It fit right into the business processes we already had in place without any disruption and the platform is very easy to use overall.
Cons
Current integrations with the apps we already use have been a big plus and I'd love to see that keep expanding to even more software and applications.

“All-in-one productivity boost”
Pros
What I appreciated most is how it keeps everything related to productivity in one place. It helps manage everything inside a single software so there's no need to use other tools for productivity management. I can also take calls through it and the CRM support has been especially effective and helpful.
Cons
I really don't have anything to dislike about this software. It's the best one I've used so far for staying productive and keeping track of daily activities.

“Highly customizable workflows”
Pros
Plenty of flexibility here. It lets businesses track just about anything which works really well for complicated workflows and unusual exceptions. For the most part, it's also easy to use and understand.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. The base package is already very expensive and bringing in configuration services or hiring an admin/developer to customize the software costs even more.

“Helpful cloud-based setup”
Pros
Being cloud-based is a big plus since there's no need to maintain any in-house hardware.
Cons
One issue is that CRM emails often end up being marked as junk. The IT admin has to configure the SPF record correctly so the anti-spam system doesn't block them.

“Custom dashboards and flexibility”
Pros
Getting started with this was incredibly simple and our team had no trouble with the implementation. It's very customizable which lets us decide what matters most and set priorities accordingly. The dashboard is excellent, with a lot of data presented in a clear organized and accessible way. The work queue is also laid out really well and team performance tracking and forecasting are available right there when we need them.
Cons
Mobile version shows a lot of promise but it still needs a bit more development.

“Marketing and sales insights”
Pros
From reporting to handling multiple campaign workflows, it helps businesses cover a wide range of tasks that support marketing success. The analytics tools are especially valuable because they help us spot the best opportunities and bring in more customers. I also really appreciate the customer curation features since they let us build a personalized page for each client and store all the information we've gathered about them making it easier for sales teams to create targeted offers. On top of that, its broad feature set supports sales tracking through data analysis, along with task management and calendar-style tools. Altogether, it keeps everyone aligned and helps the organization make the most of every potential deal.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to dislike because it delivers a lot of value and strengthens our competitive edge. The only real challenge is that new team members need fairly intensive training to use it to its full potential.

Pros
It covers a lot and comes with plenty of features and the integrations with other tools work really well. Being able to access it from a mobile phone is also very convenient.

“Customizable for any business”
Pros
Every company works differently so I really appreciate how customizable SFDC is. It gives you the flexibility to build out exactly what your business needs instead of forcing you into a one-size-fits-all setup.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve especially for new admins or anyone taking ownership of database and CRM management. On top of that, the support feels practically nonexistent compared with other CRM vendors.
