“Reporting and lead tracking”
Pros
From turning marketing leads into qualified prospects and then opportunities, the whole process is handled really well. The reporting tools have noticeably boosted productivity and the follow-up tasks through the Outlook plug-in help me stay on top of prospects and customer needs consistently.
Cons
Only downside is also kind of a benefit, because the software offers so many options and features, getting around it can feel complicated and the learning curve is fairly steep. There are probably quite a few capabilities I still do not know about and I may be missing features that could help in my day-to-day work.

“User-friendly tracking”
Pros
Everything about the product feels easy while still covering all the important features. It gives the team access to all the necessary data in one place and makes it simple to track and mark work progress. The interface is user-friendly and the overall tool is very relevant to daily work needs.
Cons
The only downside is the pricing which feels a bit expensive. It would be better if the cost were lowered so small companies and organizations could afford it more easily.

“Fast database access and sales tracking”
Pros
After using it for about 8 months, the fast interface has been one of the biggest positives especially when working with a large database since I haven't noticed any lag. It's also been very useful for tracking customers' historical records and sales numbers which helps my team and me analyze our pitch better when approaching new customers.
Cons
From a startup owner's perspective, it may not be that helpful because it includes a lot of features that aren't really necessary in the early stages of building employee traction. On top of that, learning how each system works is quite difficult and every update seems to require a lot of extra time to get used to again.

“Customization and cloud access”
Pros
Having one platform that connects with other software across different business processes has been a big advantage for us. The level of customization is excellent and keeping everything in a single place makes day-to-day work much more convenient. Since it's cloud-based, we can also work from anywhere as long as we have a device and an internet connection.
Cons
One thing that needs improvement is making sure all implementation partners understand the full picture of critical business processes so their shortcomings are not perceived as weaknesses of the software itself. In our case, the implementation partner did not give enough attention to the financial and accounting side of the business. Accounting Seed was introduced only after the other processes were already in place and we only discovered during the system handover that this component had not been included in the original implementation.

“Contact tracking and analysis”
Pros
Keeping track of contacts and organizing all that information works really well here. The reporting and analysis you can get from the data are excellent and the sandbox is a big plus since it lets me test things out and explore features on the backend without worry.
Cons
One downside is that some of the more advanced, higher-level functions are not especially simple to use.

“Sales team toolkit”
Pros
From day one, it has been very easy to understand while also being extremely valuable for everyone involved in our sales group. The updates, sales tracking database, task manager and calendar features have become essential parts of each salesperson's daily routine at our dealership. Since we work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving, it's important to keep the entire Sales team aligned on where vehicles stand throughout the sales, finance and service process. That visibility helps us make the most of every potential deal and move units as quickly and efficiently as possible while still keeping cost effectiveness in mind.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides with it so far. The software has been incredibly useful for keeping my Sales team informed, accountable, converting more leads and more engaged in their work overall. Having daily updates in place has also helped keep every salesperson responsible for their day-to-day tasks and follow-ups.

“Love this CRM setup”
Pros
Using this CRM and its customer service tools every day has been a really positive experience. The usability is unmatched for me and even though I haven't tried similar products from other companies, this one makes me feel like I wouldn't want to switch anyway. I work in customer support and manage customer cases daily so this software is a big part of my routine and honestly, I enjoy using every part of it.
Cons
At times, new updates completely change the look and feel of the platform and that means it takes a while to get used to the portal again.

“Customizable tool with mobile app”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels polished and appealing and the opportunity management side is highly customizable which makes it very flexible for different needs. The mobile app is also quite good and adds a lot of convenience.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that AEC Business does not come as a preconfigured vertical solution so you should expect to spend extra time and money working through the analysis, development, deployment and update cycles.

“CRM with room to grow”
Pros
Right out of the gate, the core CRM features feel very dependable. The customer portal also comes with plenty of built-in functionality which saves a lot of setup time. On top of that, the platform can scale well enough to support the needs of all kinds of organizations.
Cons
It really takes a capable technical team to manage the system, keep everything running properly and handle the design and rollout of new features. Strong governance is also necessary if you want to use it effectively over time.

Pros
One of the best parts is how well it connects with other tools and supports every sales call. Sales tasks update in real time as things happen and the integrations with platforms like Wingman, Calendly and others are really powerful.

“Strong admin tools and simple UI”
Pros
Right out of the box, before getting into code or integrations, the platform is very easy to use and manage. The Classic UI feels simple, the reporting is good enough for most everyday needs and both administration and declarative automation are powerful without being hard to learn.
Cons
That flexibility can also create problems. To really make the platform fit the business well, you almost always need developers and if there isn't a full IT team in place, that can turn into a real headache. Like other business-focused tools such as Excel, it also invites people to push it too far, like trying to make it the database for everything. Once that happens, things can become very complicated and very expensive.

“Flexible CRM with integrations”
Pros
One thing that gives this software a real edge, in my opinion, is how well it integrates with third-party apps. It's quite simple to pick up and once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes very user-friendly. The built-in cloud service works well for businesses of all sizes which is a big advantage for a CRM platform like this. I also appreciate that I can access the service from different devices which makes it really convenient when I'm on the go and adds a lot of flexibility overall.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides while using it.

“Versatile solution with strong value”
Pros
This platform lets us keep customer information organized, build sales forecast reports and manage company budgets all in one place. It feels very well-rounded and the customization options make it fit specific business needs really well. Overall, you get a lot of value for the money.
Cons

“Lead tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping call logs and entering leads is very easy. The system follows every detail of a deal which makes it much easier to stay organized. One of the best parts is being able to switch salespeople without losing any of the information.
Cons
Honestly, the only downside seems to be for lazy salespeople because the program works so efficiently that they may struggle to keep up with it.

“Sluggish, crash-prone and complex”
Pros
It does really well with the dashboards. They're fairly simple to set up and genuinely useful. Keeping an eye on performance and tracking tech queues is also very easy.
Cons
Using it day to day has been frustrating because it's extremely slow and crashes all the time. If I have more than five tickets open, performance really starts to drag. Moving over from Zendesk took me about a month just to feel comfortable with it. It's not user-friendly at all and there are way too many features that we never even touch which just makes everything feel unnecessarily complicated. The word limit on internal posts is a bad restriction and ticket routing has been especially poor and difficult to troubleshoot. Even after nearly two years, we still haven't been able to get the routing to work the way it should.

“Versatile business hub”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how versatile it is. It covers just about everything, from account and business management to sales tracking, forecasting and customer service/CRM. Because of that, it feels less like a single-purpose tool and more like a complete environment that organizations can depend on across different areas of the business. On top of that, it's very user-friendly, simple and simple to navigate so the learning curve feels just right and overall work becomes more efficient.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much to complain about with this software. The only thing worth mentioning is that I've run into a few bugs or errors here and there although it doesn't happen often and is fairly normal for any platform. If there's one area that could be improved, it would probably be the pricing and overall value for money from the client side.

“Helpful for tax filing”
Pros
Running a small operation without an accountant, this has been really helpful because it's simple to use and gives me a clear picture of the money coming in and going out. I mainly use it for tax filing and I've really liked how well it helps me stay on top of that. I don't have any real complaints since it gives me the numbers I need so I can file everything properly.
Cons
I don't really have any major issues. The layout is okay although if you're not very comfortable with spreadsheets, it can feel like you're getting lost in a huge sea of numbers. Also, the dates can be a little tricky to work with at times when I'm using the software.
