“Industry-standard and compatible”
Pros
It's basically the industry standard so just about everyone already knows how to work with it and it tends to integrate well with whatever other tools you're using.
Cons
Getting it set up the right way can be a little difficult unless you have a team focused on it. On top of that, they sometimes acquire a company and then leave the implementation feeling only half-finished for a few years.

“Full pipeline visibility”
Pros
Having all opportunities and the entire pipeline in one place gives a complete picture of what's happening. It also makes collaboration better since you can connect with other people across the organization and keep track of every action directly inside the platform.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but once you understand how it works, it becomes much easier to use.

“Easy access to customer data”
Pros
All my customer data and sales rep information, available on both my PC and my phone, have been really useful for tracking opportunities and keeping up with lead progress.
Cons
Setting up some dashboards and fine-tuning the reports took a bit of time at first but once everything was configured properly, it turned out to be very beneficial.

“Complete and collaborative client view”
Pros
It gives you a full 360deg view of each customer, including interaction history, purchases, preferences and more. It also helps different teams work better together, whether it's sales, marketing or support.
Cons
Subscription is expensive especially for small businesses. There are also extra charges for advanced features, add-on modules or third-party integrations.

“Great for managing clients”
Pros
This software offers extremely advanced capabilities and is highly effective for managing a client portfolio, no matter the size. The search functions are especially efficient and really useful.
Cons
Its "gas factory" side can be a bit overwhelming at times because the sheer number of possible actions may feel confusing.

“Excellent for tracking clients”
Pros
Keeping up with clients and customers is really easy with this product. It's a perfect fit for anyone who needs a simple way to stay organized and manage the people they serve.
Cons
At first, deleting or merging accounts was fairly difficult to figure out. I've mostly gotten used to it now but the learning curve in the beginning felt steeper than it should have been.

“Strong features but difficult to use”
Pros
It offers a lot of functionality for customer database management software. At this point, it feels like one of the best options on the market.
Cons
On the downside, I find it very complicated and not ergonomic or simple enough. Dashboards and data cross-referencing are still difficult or time-consuming to set up and the phone connection remains unstable.

“Flexible setup and reliable sync”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how much you can tailor it to match exactly what your business needs. It also connects well with other platforms which helps a lot with keeping everything compliant.
Cons
Cost is definitely on the higher side but it still stands out as the best option in the industry.

“Helpful notes and simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with the platform was easy and learning how to use it didn't take much time. It also connects well with my work and other systems and making notes while keeping track of things is very convenient.
Cons
Although creating notes is easy, it would be much better to have a dashboard that lets you quickly view an account summary at a glance.

“Sales insights that deliver”
Pros
Keeping up with daily tasks and business goals is much more manageable with this software. It brings all sales information into focus through clear, well-presented visuals which makes decision-making a lot better. Having customer data collected in one place, along with automated processes and more organized activities, also helps each employee work more efficiently.
Cons
Their experience and professionalism really show in both the product and the service they provide. I honestly don't have any complaints because they handle everything in a very professional way.

“Custom insights and reporting”
Pros
Right away, the level of customization stands out. The platform lets you build sales processes that really match a company's specific needs, with tailored workflows, automation rules and custom objects. Having a full 360deg view of the customer is also a big advantage since all client information is centralized in one place, including history, opportunities and interactions which makes it much easier to understand prospects and follow up effectively. The automation of repetitive tasks is another real plus, emails, lead assignments, reminders and similar actions can be handled automatically so sales teams can spend more time on higher-value work. I also appreciate the reporting and dashboard tools which are very powerful and make it possible to track sales performance in real time, spot opportunities and adjust strategy quickly. On top of that, the mobile app is quite complete and keeps teams productive even when they are out of the office. The ecosystem is also a strong point especially with AppExchange which makes it simple to connect many third-party apps and expand the platform's capabilities.
Cons
Getting started can be challenging at times because the learning curve is fairly steep especially for new users who do not have the right support or training. Another downside is that even though the platform is highly customizable some advanced configurations can take a lot of time and may require help from an administrator or developer which can slow deployment. There are also still a few usability issues in certain modules. Even with the improvements in Lightning Experience some parts of the interface still feel tough or too crowded.

“flexible platform”
Pros
It's a powerful but flexible platform that lets everyone get real value out of the tool.
Cons
Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. We did run into one situation where our customer service form was generating two tickets but it turned out to be a local coding issue and not an SFDC problem.

Pros
An extremely useful tool for sales, with a very complete set of features and plenty of customization options. I'd definitely recommend it.

“Powerful integrations and flexibility”
Pros
Once you get the hang of it, this platform is really great. It handles a lot and connects with a wide range of products which opens up plenty of possibilities.
Cons
Toughest part is getting employees trained on it. Because it's hard to teach, they often avoid using it or don't use it the right way.

Pros
Coming into sales, having the full account history available has been really useful because it helps me get up to speed quickly and understand the account better which I can then use for more efficient prospecting.
Cons

“Perfect for sales teams”
Pros
For a sales team, this is probably the CRM that fits best. It's incredibly simple to use and that really helps keep every task well organized for any kind of lead.
Cons
It's definitely more expensive than competitors like HS or Sugar CRM but in my opinion it still delivers the best performance overall.

“great documentation but needs more integrations”
Pros
It works well as a central place to keep all of a patient's notes and it fits in nicely with our reporting workflow.
Cons
I do wish it offered more customization and additional features. It would also be much better if it connected with our McKesson Enterprise pharmacy system.
