Handles massive data beautifully

Pros

It works really well with large volumes of data and I can organize and sort everything exactly the way I need.

Cons

I personally don't have any complaints but some admin colleagues have mentioned that it can be hard to figure out what's causing certain bugs and unexpected emails.

CRM ecosystem with broad reach

Pros

When it comes to CRM, this one is clearly the heavyweight. Putting money into such a widely adopted and constantly growing ecosystem usually feels like a smart move. It comes with plenty of vertical and horizontal integrations on its own and there's also a huge market of third-party tools and service partners available. Trailhead, the online learning platform, is another big plus, with a wide range of self-paced tutorials and courses that cost exactly nothing. That makes getting up to speed fairly approachable.

Cons

Right out of the box, it feels more like a framework than a fully finished solution. Unless the setup is extremely simple some amount of configuration is almost always required. If the implementation is carefully designed, it can fit the business really well but an average or poorly planned rollout can hurt usability and make user adoption difficult. And beyond the already higher-than-average licensing fees, the overall cost of ownership usually ends up on the expensive side.

Customization options

Pros

There are tons of optional features and plenty of ways to customize it which makes the software really flexible.

Cons

It comes with a pretty steep learning curve. It takes a while to fully understand everything it can do and a lot of the available options are easy to overlook at first.

Stable and highly customizable

Pros

Right out of the box, the platform works really well and it also gives you a lot of flexibility to customize it when needed. All of the training materials are available at no cost which makes it much easier for technical users to handle more advanced tasks. Another big plus is how stable the platform is which matters a lot in day-to-day use.

Cons

Some of the deeper customization options are fairly complex and can take a while to put together. That said, that's pretty normal for any platform that gives developers this level of control.

Quick setup and strong potential

Pros

Getting everything up and running didn't take long and the process was pretty easy. Even at this stage, it feels like we've only begun to tap into what the product can really do and how much it could improve both business operations and employee productivity.

Cons

The only real downside with this product is the price especially when you factor in the upgrade costs as well.

Workflows that scale

Pros

Right away, one thing that stood out was how well it connects with a wide range of programs. It's also a big plus that the system can be customized to match a company's specific needs. The workflows are among the best and most simple we've worked with which makes daily use much better. Scalability is another part I really value. Not many CRMs can support businesses of different sizes and still scale up or down as organizational needs change.

Cons

If it's not implemented properly, the platform can feel overwhelming. There are definitely moments when keeping track of everything becomes difficult. I also think the pricing could be better suited for small businesses. On top of that, there is a learning curve although that's somewhat expected these days with most CRMs I've used.

Strong fit for account success

Pros

Originally built with high-performing sales teams in mind, it actually works really well for account management and customer success workflows too.

Cons

When it comes to pure sales use, the pipeline for leads and later-stage processes is not as visual or target-driven as some other CRMs. That said, it still includes everything necessary.

Connected data and dashboards

Pros

Keeping account and lead level data linked through hyperlinks is really helpful. It also gives me a convenient way to store information across every stage of the sales funnel and the reporting and dashboards feel simple to use.

Cons

Pricing is on the higher side, the implementation process can get complicated and customer support doesn't feel as strong as HubSpot's.

Costly setup nightmare

Pros

At first, the idea of using it to improve project tracking, manage opportunities and support the ad agency side of our business sounded really promising. It honestly felt like something that could transform the way we worked and on paper it seemed like a very good fit for what we needed.

Cons

Things fell apart during setup. The onboarding process was poor and we definitely didn't do ourselves any favors with an inexperienced, untrained attempt to get the system configured properly. Still, it demanded far more time and staff commitment than a four-person business like ours could realistically give and nobody made that clear upfront. To be honest, the legal pad we had been using to track issues and opportunities worked much better than this expensive headache which eventually faded away because it simply wasn't user-friendly. I can see how it might suit a larger company but once they sold us on it and we were locked into a three-year contract, we were stuck. Even the report print and formatting were too small to be useful. Maybe we made mistakes too but no SaaS product should leave users feeling this stranded.

Integrations that scale

Pros

It connects with a huge range of third-party apps which makes it possible to build exactly the kind of tech stack you want.

Cons

Because the platform is extremely powerful and packed with features, more complex use cases will probably require bringing in an expert to set up and structure your org properly.

Flexible CRM with scalability

Pros

Getting started does take a little time but the workflows are very simple once you settle in. One of the biggest advantages is how well it scales. It works for businesses of all sizes and can grow along with the company which is something I rarely see in other CRMs since many of them are built for a specific stage or size of business. It's also highly flexible and customizable. I've configured it for several clients with slightly different usage needs and it performed really well for every one of them. The built-in automation is another big plus and the available integrations with other service providers make it even more useful. On top of that, it usually offers more features than we actually need so there's very little concern about whether it can handle a company's requirements. Maintenance is simple, as you'd expect from a cloud-based service and being able to access it across different devices is an added benefit.

Cons

There honestly isn't much here to complain about. If anything, I'd say the pricing could be a little more small-business friendly. There is also some learning curve at the beginning but compared with the other CRMs I've used, this one was still relatively easier to pick up.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how well it connects with a wide range of other software. It's also very customizable so you can tailor it to fit your company's specific needs.

Cons

It can feel overwhelming when it isn't configured properly. There are also times when managing the large number of fields becomes a bit too much.

Top CRM for SMEs

Pros

Among CRM options for SMEs, this one genuinely deserves to be considered one of the best. It feels simple to work with and the learning curve is very manageable.

Cons

Sales tracking done right

Pros

Running sales and customer management through this CRM has been a really positive experience. It offers a very easy way to keep everything organized for important business needs. The integrations are excellent and the features work really well for tracking sales activity, managing customer prospecting data, supporting lead generation and more. Sales CRM is definitely a strong choice for moving business goals forward because it brings all the key information into focus.

Cons

Honestly haven't noticed any real drawbacks. If anything, the only improvement I'd suggest would be lowering the subscription price a bit.

CRM with reliable automation

Pros

Right away, this platform gives access to a wide range of features that can be used immediately and it does a really dependable job of building automations and connecting different systems without too much hassle. Its CRM is easily one of the leading customer management solutions available right now. Since it cuts down the amount of work our employees have to handle manually, it ends up improving our company's overall efficiency. Another reason it appeals to me is the user-friendly design and attractive interface. Customizing the platform is also an important part of making it even more practical to use. The clean dashboard presents data in a very effective way for each role and with just a few clicks even I can create my own dashboard quickly.

Cons

Dashboards could definitely be clearer and the colors across different tabs make the interface feel a bit dull. More flexibility for report customization, along with additional options across many different elements, would be a welcome improvement. It can also become difficult to make adjustments later on as the business grows and changes. Unfortunately, those updates can take quite a bit of time and there are moments when load times start to lag.

Endless customization and training

Pros

The level of customization here is incredible. You can modify, add, update and rework just about everything. There are tons of standard objects available to work with and you can also build completely new ones to match your specific requirements. The flexibility feels almost limitless. On top of that, it has the best online training system I've come across. Trailhead lets you choose an area you want to focus on, learn step by step, apply that training in a dedicated test org and then complete automated checks on what you've finished. It's genuinely world class.

Cons

That same level of flexibility can also be overwhelming. The initial setup takes a lot of time and getting the configuration right requires a great amount of knowledge. Trying to do it without a trusted third-party partner is really challenging. It's expensive too although it does fall into the category of getting what you pay for.
