“Sales booster for gifting”
Pros
While managing at Honeybaked Ham Company over the years, I relied on this tool heavily during the big holiday seasons to help grow our gifting sales. It gave us a great way to stay on top of current customers, past buyers and potential new ones, along with keeping track of what they needed. That organization made a real difference when it came to driving sales.
Cons
There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at first especially when it came to teaching others how to use the program. Still, once everyone got familiar with it, it ended up saving time and worked as a very organized tool for supporting sales.

“Cloud-native customization”
Pros
The cloud-native platform really shines with its customization options. It works brilliantly with AppExchange, Customer Cloud and workflows and the overall compatibility between these features feels very well thought out.
Cons
The extra add-ons can get expensive, tech support feels limited which is frustrating and the setup takes a bit of time to get through. It also depends entirely on an internet connection which is something I really dislike and it can feel overly complex for a small business.

“reporting and workflow tools”
Pros
Right away, the integration with DocuSign and Outlook made a big difference and logging interactions was pretty easy too. There's a huge amount of flexibility when it comes to building custom reports and managing who can view or edit them. The permission setup gets very detailed which I know a lot of organizations really value. The dashboard is great as well and honestly we probably should have taken better advantage of it. I also liked being able to control sales stages along with what gets triggered or required at each step in the process. This tool is definitely an improvement over the older version. There are plenty of other features worth mentioning but those are the ones that stood out the most for me. Chatter is also useful especially since you can tag other users almost anywhere in the workflow to get attention on what needs to be handled.
Cons
A lot of this probably goes back to how our system was originally implemented but pulling reports can be incredibly tedious. It also didn't seem to handle dual product verticals with shared customers very well. I really wish a separate implementation had been created for the second vertical because sharing contacts, splitting account ownership and managing the overlap became very messy especially when reporting was involved. I'd strongly recommend bringing in a Salesforce Architect who really knows the platform inside and out. The Outlook plugin was also glitchy at times.

“Fast integration for agile teams”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the interactive setup makes day-to-day use pleasant. Deployment changes can be done quickly, integration with multiple systems happens fast and it fits very well with agile development modules.
Cons
In larger organizations, the cost of using this system can become quite expensive.

“Central hub with integrations”
Pros
It really felt like the hub of our whole organization. Having customer information in one place made a big difference, whether I needed to look up emails, phone calls, support cases or other account details. Another big plus was how many other software tools it could connect with which made it even more useful across different teams.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it could be pretty confusing. During the transition to the newer version, it was especially hard to figure out where certain buttons had moved and that made everyday tasks more frustrating than they should have been. On top of that, the company I worked for didn't provide many helpful resources or guidance so I often ended up feeling lost.

“Affordable CRM”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM felt easy to use and the price is much lower than what many competing products charge. Out of the several CRM systems I've worked with, this is honestly one of the best. It doesn't take long to learn and getting around the platform is very simple.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it. It's an excellent CRM and very easy to work with.

“Flexible account tracking”
Pros
A really great way to stay on top of accounts, with plenty of customization options that let us tailor it to fit the way our business works.
Cons
Getting everything set up for a business takes quite a bit of time. The mobile app still has some bugs and support from third-party app providers is basically nonexistent when something critical comes up.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how adaptable it is to almost any business requirement. We use it internally and we've also tailored it for many customers in ways that have significantly improved their internal workflows, processes and overall business outcomes.
Cons
It does require a serious investment in both cost and commitment. If you're not planning to use most of the features or make the most of its customization capabilities, a more affordable, out-of-the-box CRM might be a better fit.

“Customization and CRM tools”
Pros
Right out of the box, it does a really good job managing accounts, leads and contacts. The customization options for layouts, pages and custom fields also make it flexible enough to fit different business needs. Another big plus is the free packages you can add to the organization since they unlock extra capabilities without additional cost.
Cons
Overall, it is more expensive than many other CRM platforms. There are also some features that could be implemented pretty easily but they seem to leave them out so users are pushed toward buying paid packages.

Pros
Working in it makes it simple to prioritize cases and tasks which really helps boost productivity and keeps everything under control when managing assignments.

“CRM with deep customization”
Pros
Among CRMs, this is one of the most feature-packed options I've used. It includes lead tracking, sales pipeline management, support ticket handling, extensive customization and even scripting for routine actions.
Cons
It can feel complicated at first and does take some know-how to set up properly. It's also a bit complex and performance can slow down when too many tabs are open even on high-end machines.

“Reporting options”
Pros
Reporting is one of this software's strongest points. There are plenty of options available and the report criteria give a lot of flexibility when pulling the exact information needed.
Cons
Search function could be more simple. Even when the exact person's name is entered, that result does not always show up at the top which can be frustrating.

“Contact and lead tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with contacts, accounts, leads, income and interactions feels very reliable with this system. It's a great, full-featured way to manage all of that information in one place.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel pretty overwhelming. Our developer added a lot of custom fields with linked relationships and when he isn't around to help, it becomes fairly difficult to figure out where to get the right support.

“Integrations for sales teams”
Pros
Getting end users on board with this product doesn't take much effort and the range of integrations with other software is something I really appreciate. When it's used the right way, it can absolutely align sales activities and make client management much better.
Cons
It's definitely a powerful, full-featured platform but updating workflows or changing the integrations we rely on usually takes advanced development work. It's not the kind of thing just any developer at the company can handle since it really needs specially trained SFDC developers.
