“Reliable CRM for team alignment”
Pros
A dependable CRM is a must in today's business environment. Having a platform that's easy to use and gives different teams access to the information they need helps us stay aligned in how we work with business partners across multiple verticals.
Cons
There's still a delicate balance between having access to detailed information and getting pulled too far into very small data points.

“Loading delays affect productivity”
Pros
It's helpful being able to see how many days have passed since the last visit.
Cons
A recurring problem is how often the software fails to load when we need it most, whether that's checking in after a client visit, reviewing notes beforehand or viewing the full territory to know where we're headed. Just yesterday, it took 2 hours before it finally opened. Thankfully, I keep a printed copy of my territory so I'm not stuck waiting but the drawback is that I still can't check in which is what makes the visit count and once I'm more than 2 miles away, I can't do it anymore.

“Tailor-made productivity hub”
Pros
From everything I've used in my career, this stands out as the most effective productivity tool by far. Its real strength comes from how adaptable and customizable it is, letting each person shape it around their own needs and preferences even when they're working within the same team or on the same project. The dashboard outputs are excellent, automations are effortless to set up and the overall user experience is on another level. It truly feels built for professional excellence.
Cons
Only downside is the pricing which feels a little too expensive and may be out of reach for smaller businesses.

“very user-friendly support”
Pros
Using this has been a really positive experience. I'm especially impressed by how simple it is to use and how well the customer support team handles things.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is having more tools available for purchase related to product knowledge.

“CRM for niche teams”
Pros
This has been an excellent CRM and lead management platform. It works especially well for certain industries and the cloud-based tools are a really valuable addition for most businesses.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost because it's quite expensive. Setup can also be a bit difficult if you don't have an administrator available to help.

“Flexible tracking with email linking”
Pros
There's a category for just about anything I need to track which makes it very complete. The hierarchy for saving account and contact details feels simple so organizing information makes sense without much effort. It also connects nicely with email and being able to attach email conversations to specific items is really useful.
Cons
At the same time, the system feels pretty limited. You can store almost any kind of information in it but pulling meaningful insights or generating analytics from that data is difficult. Keeping everything current is also a challenge because both data entry and exporting rely on a lot of manual work.

“Email integration but frustrating overall”
Pros
The email integration is the one part I genuinely appreciated and honestly that was about the only feature that worked well for me.
Cons
Pretty much everything else was a struggle. The system is overly complicated, you need an administrator involved for almost every task, there are constant conflicts with other users that lead to lost data and the learning curve feels so steep it practically requires a college degree to figure out.

“Reliable and super fast”
Pros
Using this platform has been a really positive experience. It's consistently fast, never crashes and the interface is very simple to navigate. On top of that, the customer service team has been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any problems in the two years I've been using it. Everything has worked well and the platform remains very user-friendly.

“All contact data in one place”
Pros
Having everything I need gathered in a single place is a huge plus especially since we work across so many different contact channels. It makes finding the right information much more convenient.
Cons
At times, the system can freeze depending on how much data I'm pulling. That said, I understand it may take longer when the platform is sourcing a larger amount of information and our internet speed could also be contributing to the slowdown.

“Sales tracking tools”
Pros
The sales management capabilities are really great especially the tracking, notifications, account management and geolocation integration. The SAP integration is a big plus, the user community is helpful and the APIs are user-friendly.
Cons
Customer service could be better and implementation through third-party vendors can be challenging. The overall cost is high, switching costs are a concern and you really need the right IT ecosystem in place to get better insights. Customer reporting also feels limited, aside from Einstein.

“Feature-packed and flexible”
Pros
Amount of options and built-in services is probably among the highest available anywhere and the level of detail you can use when creating records for each customer is impressive. The interface is fairly simple even if it can feel a bit tough at times. Integration with other platforms and services is also covered in almost every scenario.
Cons
At the same time, it's undeniably tough and information often doesn't sync properly between different records. That same depth is also its biggest weakness because you end up spending more time filling in every available field to build detailed and complete profiles than simply marking a prospect as lost or converting them into a new customer. Customer support is quite vague and tends to send you back to tutorials for almost everything and those tutorials do not always address the needs of someone actually looking for direct help. As a result, managing this CRM can feel overwhelming, like dealing with a massive system that is hard to fully understand and digest.

“Plenty of client record space”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how much information I can store for each client. There's plenty of room to keep adding details which is really convenient and saves me from having to audit everything so often.
Cons

“Daily essential”
Pros
Every day, this software plays a big part in how I get my work done. Pretty much every feature is useful during my day-to-day tasks. The Chatter section is especially valuable when I need to tag a coworker on an account and keep a clear record of the conversation. Being able to attach an invoice or email a customer directly from contacts saves me from jumping between different programs. The quick links to phone numbers and directions are a nice extra benefit as well. On top of that, IT support is always responsive and very helpful when needed.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is the Knowledge Articles search. It would be much better if it were more flexible because finding articles can be difficult when you don't have the exact title.

“Lead management tool”
Pros
After using it for around eight years to manage our leads, I can say it has been a really powerful and user-friendly tool. We're genuinely very satisfied with how well it works for us.
Cons
Once the database gets extremely large, like 100k+ leads, the reports can start to feel a bit slow.

“great CRM with lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, I loved how clean and polished it looks. It really feels like one of the top CRMs available. It integrates extremely well, offers a lot of customization and does an excellent job of tracking sales and managing leads. It's also very useful for a business because everyone can quickly access important information and at the same time you get a clear view of all client activity.
Cons
One downside is that making changes later on can be difficult as the business grows and evolves. Those updates can take quite a bit of time to complete. There are also moments when the system's load times tend to lag.

“Smart boost for teams”
Pros
One thing that really drew me in and made a noticeable difference for us is how intelligently and simplely this tool brings sales, marketing and technical teams together. It doesn't just simplify the workflow, it also helps each team member and stakeholder gradually build stronger sales and technical skills the more they use it.
Cons
Feature we liked the least is that setup and implementation take fairly advanced knowledge of the software. On top of that, having to pay extra for add-ons beyond the main license makes it feel pretty expensive.
