lead and data hub

Pros

Using it day to day feels very easy and user-friendly. It handles large volumes of data well for future use, helps with lead creation and supports customer service and ecommerce tasks reliably.

Cons

At times, it crashes and forces a logout before I can get back in. That has been a recurring problem especially when a lot of users are on at the same time. We also connected SFDC with our Drupal ordering system and occasionally run into migration issues.

Clear reports and useful features

Pros

Right away, this product offers plenty of features that are much better, easy to understand and practical to use. The reports are also very clear and readable which makes support a lot better as well.

Cons

One thing that still needs attention is tracking which features are being used. Some of the CRM functions also took real effort to understand before they could be applied correctly.

Broad IT coverage

Pros

It covers a wide range of IT solutions and gives us the flexibility to integrate additional components when needed.

Cons

It does require a fairly high level of customization and the customer support hasn't been very strong.

Beginner-friendly and easy

Pros

Getting started with SFDC feels very easy and even someone completely new to it can pick it up and use it without much trouble.

Cons

A few features that are available in Classic would be better if they were also included in new version.

Best fit for our team

Pros

Among the options we looked at, this feels like the strongest choice and it's the one our team has preferred the most overall.

Cons

There are a lot of options and navigation paths inside it so it's pretty easy to lose your way. It also tends to be slow quite often.

User-friendly and boosts completion

Pros

Right from the start, this software feels extremely user-friendly. I honestly think it does more for improving a business than simply tracking items on its own. It also helps make sure tasks and items actually get completed.

Cons

My only real complaint is with setting up views. That part is difficult to work with and definitely needs improvement. The instructions are simple enough to follow but even when I follow them, they do not always lead to a successful result.

Excellent visibility for B2B sales

Pros

It's been excellent for managing the process and pipeline of B2B enterprise sales. The reporting gives strong visibility which makes it much easier to manage everything and stay on top of the sales cycle.

Cons

Building custom reports and getting the software configured can be tricky at times. It also helps to have a very specific goal defined before using it since that really shapes how the implementation goes.

Handy for job assignment

Pros

Using it across the company has been very easy especially when it comes to assigning jobs to another department or area.

Cons

It still needs access to other software, such as JDE, to work fully.

CRM powerhouse with depth

Pros

Taken as a complete package, this is an excellent CRM. I've worked with other platforms before and Salesforce is by far the heavyweight leader in the space.

Cons

List and report creation/editing isn't very simple. It gets more manageable once you learn the process but it definitely doesn't feel obvious at first.

Customization for sales

Pros

Right out of the box, it brings the full power of the platform, from building flows and process automation to using Apex classes that drive the system and support an excellent sales experience. It gives us the flexibility to design the entire business logic as well as the UI/UX exactly the way we want.

Cons

The biggest downside is the price since it's fairly expensive. It also comes with many of the platform's built-in limitations, such as API call caps and restrictions on how many users can access it and while some of those limits can be adjusted, that usually means paying more.

Sales planning done right

Pros

Working in sales, this software has been a really strong fit for both inside and outside sales teams. The features I rely on most are the email integration for tracking messages, along with call logging and call planning. It also makes it simple to organize your schedule ahead of time and carry out calls without a lot of hassle. Our business has always had a strong plan-ahead mindset so using this to map out our days in advance consistently helped keep the workflow on track.

Cons

At the beginning, there is definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding the different features and customizing everything the way you want it. It can take some extra time upfront but once the setup is done and you've used it a few times, it becomes much more manageable.

Top choice for enterprise CRM

Pros

Across three different companies, this has consistently been the best CRM I've worked with. It handles everything from reporting to territory management really well and honestly, any enterprise business should have it as part of their IT stack.

Cons

At times, it can feel a little awkward although the new version has improved that a lot.

Strong CRM workflow control

Pros

This CRM does an excellent job of handling opportunities and the workflow system makes the whole process much more effective.

Cons

How well the software works really depends on how disciplined the users are. For sales teams, it can also start to feel a bit tough.

awkward navigation and lost work

Pros

It handles the documentation of services for people living in Adult Foster Care homes and meets that basic need. The platform also includes a lot of different options for tasks you can complete and data you can record.

Cons

Using it is really frustrating. The navigation feels awkward and awkward and even though you can open multiple tabs, you can't truly work in them at the same time because one will kick you out of whatever you were doing in another. It's also not very practical to keep open and use throughout a long shift. On top of that, there are occasional problems with data not saving. Finding documents and care plans across the site is confusing and once those are entered and finalized, they can't be edited anymore.

All-in-one business suite

Pros

Across sales and service operations, it comes across as a complete package for businesses that manage products, sales, leads and campaigns. It includes plenty of out-of-the-box functionality, along with multiple automation tools that really help align business processes. Standard objects like Campaigns, Trade Shows, Leads and Pricebook are already available and can be used directly for storing data. Tools such as workflows, Process Builder and Flows are useful for automating actions like record updates or sending emails to clients automatically. It also allows building components that clients can use as a user interface to enter details and show their areas of interest. Leads can be generated through different campaigns when a client logs in and expresses interest in products. Those leads can then be assigned to a queue or a specific team through lead assignment rules so they can follow up and convert them. Since it is cloud-based, it stays accessible from anywhere and the data is stored within the platform itself which reduces the risk of losing client information. Overall, it is an excellent package for large businesses that want to simplify and organize their work.

Cons

One issue is that the new experience feels quite slow compared to Classic. The site often takes time to reload because it is fully cloud-based. The user interface could definitely be improved to make it faster since the new version's components and web components can take a while to load. The mobile experience on tablets also is not very good right now and has room for improvement.

Contact data solution

Pros

It gives you a full solution for managing contacts while also storing and analyzing large volumes of data all at once.

Cons

Interface really could be designed much better. On top of that, the software feels quite heavy which makes loading large datasets more complicated than it should be.

Versatile tools that simplify work

Pros

Right away, the search features, archived documents and built-in communication tools make day-to-day work feel much more manageable. I also appreciate how accessible the leads are and that it works well for all kinds of businesses. It really helps make things a lot more convenient.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. It can freeze sometimes depending on the network in your area but that's more of an internet issue than a problem with the app itself. It's still a good idea to follow up when that happens just to make sure your work was saved.

fully customizable with integrations

Pros

You can tailor just about every part of it to exactly how you want it and the number of integrations available is a huge plus.

Cons

Cost is pretty high for small or startup businesses and depending on how they use it, it can be hard to justify the value for the money.

Enterprise sales tracking

Pros

Bring in someone experienced and this platform can be customized to handle just about anything. Its app and integration ecosystem is impressive though pricey and it covers nearly everything a modern sales leader needs. For enterprise sales, it stands out as the best option for tracking the full customer lifecycle from start to finish.

Cons

Customer support is basically nonexistent and while reporting can be done without spending hours on it, almost everything else still requires a strong admin or outside contractor. It's extremely expensive and the extra costs just keep adding up.
