“Clear lead flow visibility”
Pros
Having a clear view of how leads move through our sales cycle is essential for getting the most out of our marketing budget and Sales Cloud gives us exactly that visibility.
Cons
A few components didn't carry over very well from the Classic version to new version so our organization is currently split between users working in Classic and others using new version.

“Integrations for prospecting”
Pros
There's basically every useful integration you could think of for uploading the data needed for prospecting which makes the whole process really convenient. The task features also help a lot and make it convenient to stay on top of interactions with qualified leads.
Cons
The only thing that would make it even better is having real-time prospect data.

“Reporting and analytics”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes this tool really useful. It lets you interact with customers and keep a record of those interactions while also giving you the analytics needed for the job. Another big plus is that reports can be created directly inside the platform which saves a lot of time. On top of that, it can export detailed reports that are usable as Excel sheets.
Cons
At times, credentials can run into unexpected technical problems, such as access being denied or certain features suddenly no longer being available to that credential. It can also crash when handling a large amount of saved data and there are occasional lag issues as well.

“great CRM for growing teams”
Pros
Whether you're running a startup or a large company, this software consistently feels like a strong choice for a top-notch CRM.
Cons
It is a bit expensive and as the company grows, I'd like to see more development and additional app integrations.

“great for customization”
Pros
Customization is fairly approachable and from a developer perspective, Apex and Flows add a lot of value to the platform. They let you build complex processes and actions that many competing products just can't match.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. On top of that, moving certain Apex changes into production requires unit testing which can take a lot of time to get working correctly. It's also frustrating that basic ideas, like an address-type field, were requested for more than five years and are only now being rolled out. There are plenty of other "basic" features that users have suggested and Salesforce has left untouched for years.

“Pipeline and ROI tracking”
Pros
Across our association, the record management, sales and business development teams use it to capture opportunities from pre-sales all the way through service delivery which helps us track client opportunities and overall growth. It's also valuable for measuring the performance of our business development teams and understanding the ROI of marketing spend tied directly to closed deals.
Cons
The pricing structure is somewhat confusing. It isn't always clear what's included versus what requires an additional cost. Reporting also takes quite a bit of training to use to its fullest and building reports can be a little complicated at times.

“Versatile across departments”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much this software can handle. Our company relies on it across several departments and it ends up being useful in different ways depending on the team using it.
Cons
At times, there are functionality problems especially with loading errors and settings. It could be user error on my end but every now and then I'm unable to access certain information.

“my review!”
Pros
After working with it for two years, I've used it every day to create cases for our clients. Salesforce has made our work much simpler because we can build reports, log activity calls, manage contracts, store recorded documents and handle everything else we need in one place. It already comes with the integrations we rely on and adapts well to almost anything in a personalized organized and user-friendly way. At this point, after two years, I honestly can't imagine working without Salesforce.
Cons
There are times when the system feels delayed especially when we want to create a case but the technical support team is always available to help. I'm really thankful for that and for this excellent platform overall.

“CRM with standout visibility”
Pros
Over the years I've used this platform, I've watched it keep evolving and add more and more features. If you want a CRM you can launch within minutes while getting exceptional visibility and real value, this is absolutely worth considering.
Cons
Every now and then the system feels a bit quirky but for small to mid-sized businesses, skipping this solution could easily leave you behind your competitors.

“Real-time tracking and analytics”
Pros
Real-time tracking has been one of the most impressive features for me, along with the user-friendly reporting system and analytics tools which make it much easier to monitor and understand performance.
Cons
At times, certain features can be slow especially when updating data from our internal systems. That said, the delay may come from both sides, our own programming setup as well as the software itself. Building a lead generation algorithm can also feel very complex and overwhelming although with some extra effort, it is definitely possible.

“Versatile CRM with integrations”
Pros
One thing that makes this stand out is how unique it feels compared to other options. It integrates with multiple software platforms, the CRM is programmable and it doesn't take long to get comfortable using it.
Cons
The programming side can be confusing and usually takes a lot of trial and error to figure out. For more advanced or detailed use, professional help is probably needed and the loading time can be slow.

“Lead management done right”
Pros
Having one place to manage both leads and customers has been really valuable especially for passing information between the pre-sales, sales and Customer Success teams without losing context. The platform's content and documentation are also very strong and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning was a bit complicated and handling the reports wasn't always easy either. We ended up relying heavily on our IT specialist to manage most requests since the rest of the team couldn't work with it that easily.

“Versatile CRM with reporting”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how versatile and flexible it is, both in the feature set and in the way it handles leads, contacts and customer management overall. The integrations with Outlook and Pardot are a big plus too since they make it much simpler to stay on top of everything happening. The reporting system is powerful and adaptable which is especially useful for auditing lead/contact lists and opportunities. It also does a really good job of tracking every stage of a sale for each owner or salesperson. On top of that, it's highly customizable.
Cons
Moving from Classic to new version could definitely be more easy especially when it comes to bringing over older applications. That said, it's hard to complain too much because the company is clearly putting in the effort to make the transition easier, with strong support materials and assessments available to help businesses migrate from Classic to LEX.

“Centralized client data hub”
Pros
Having so much detailed information in one system is a huge plus. For each client, the software keeps everything centralized, including hundreds of contacts, locations, opportunities, quotes, assets, related accounts and more.
Cons
Mobile app is the weakest part for me and could use more functionality beyond simply viewing account information. There are also a few manual steps when filling out forms that would be better if they were automated or handled through templates.

“Contact tracking and sync”
Pros
Getting started with the software was quick and moving around the system feels very natural. One feature that really stands out is how it lets us store contacts and update them as their relationship with the company changes, from lead to accepted, then spot held and finally enrolled in school. That progression tracking is one of the standout parts of the system for me. It also serves as a reliable single source of truth for the organization because it syncs parent information into Ed-admin which is used across the entire company by every employee.
Cons
Only downside is that it needs a strong internet connection to work properly.

Pros
There's a wide range of features and it does a really good job of keeping the customer database organized.

Pros
