“Setup and navigation frustrations”
Pros
I hadn't used it before my company adopted it but since it's so widely used, it wasn't hard to find a few sales colleagues who already knew how to work with the software.
Cons
Getting everything configured and set up is complicated and takes a lot of time. On top of that, the cluttered interface makes navigation and even simple tasks more complicated than they should be and the learning curve feels endless.

“Features and integrations”
Pros
There are lots of features and plenty of app integrations which makes it really useful alongside other tools. The Tasks feature is especially simple to work with, whether it's just one person using it or an entire team.
Cons
The pipeline workflow and forecasting never worked the way I wanted them to. I wasn't able to get forecasts to show up automatically in the reports and I'm still not sure whether that's even possible.

“Versatile for sales and account tracking”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how many different ways it can be used. I've worked with it in two separate industries and each one relied on it for completely different purposes. In my current role, we use it for sales, lead management, account management and tracking contacts. At a previous job, I used the same system for case management, email account management and customer tracking. The transition at that earlier company definitely took some adjustment in the beginning but once I got past that learning curve, I wouldn't want to go back.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it wasn't immediate. The software has a lot of different components and that can feel a bit overwhelming and intimidating when you're first starting out.

“Helpful notifications built in”
Pros
It's integrated into my email system so whenever messages come in from other groups within the therapy system, I get notified right away.
Cons
Frustrating part is that when the message shows up in email, you still can't simply open it and read it there. You have to click "more," then log in with your username and password before you can finish reading it or reply. That takes extra time and really doesn't seem necessary.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
Compared with other prospecting and CRM platforms I've used, this still feels like the most powerful CRM and sales lead tool available. It really serves as the all-in-one solution I need to manage my business development in one place.
Cons
I'm only using a small portion of what the platform can do. Back when I worked at a larger enterprise, I made use of more of the features but for a small business a lot of the functionality feels beyond what's actually needed. It's not really a downside, just the reality of the tool.

“Customization and reporting”
Pros
One thing that really makes this platform stand out is how customizable it is. There are tons of integration options and it lets you build very detailed reports so you can track your activity and history exactly the way you want. With that level of flexibility, it feels like a really impressive platform.
Cons
Because it offers so much functionality and such a huge range of options, it can feel pretty overwhelming to use at times. On top of that, the visual design isn't the most appealing.

“Strong features despite lag”
Pros
There's a huge range of features packed into it and it can handle a lot of what a business needs. That said, getting around the system feels pretty awkward and the interface comes across as cluttered.
Cons
Performance is a real frustration because it can be extremely slow and the new version actually feels even slower than the classic one. Between the lag and the difficult navigation, I often end up dreading having to use it.

“CRM ecosystem that grows”
Pros
Over the years, its ecosystem has expanded tremendously which makes sense since it helped popularize SaaS and has remained a leader in the CRM space ever since. It performs really well when your other systems are connected and all customer data is routed into one central platform. If you're somewhat technical, the APIs give you room to create extra automation too. One example on our side is handling licensing through a customization that lets us generate and send licenses directly from within the platform. Out of the box, it also includes a range of apps for marketing and service needs.
Cons
Because it's such a large ecosystem, many of the most appealing features tend to come as paid add-ons or through partner integrations. If nobody on your team is comfortable with coding or configuration, it's worth setting aside budget for outside help. The same applies if you go with a system that doesn't already offer a built-in integration. It also isn't as simple as it could be so plan to invest some time in training your sales team.

“Helpful for client tracking”
Pros
Using this app regularly has really helped with my day-to-day work. It's especially useful for keeping a lot of data organized and staying in touch with my clients is much more convenient because of it.
Cons
The downside is that the app uses a lot of battery. It's also quite large, not arranged very neatly and it tends to slow down my computer as well.

“Integration leader”
Pros
Being the industry leader, this software really stands out as best in class. It integrates well with most solutions so getting it connected to existing systems is usually very easy.
Cons
One area that could be better is the lack of continuity from the Sales team. It would also help if the platform offered lower-code capabilities.

“Tracking and reporting”
Pros
Right out of the gate, this system stands out for how precisely it tracks whatever you put into it. If you need a new field, you can create it, monitor it, add it to reports and basically shape it around whatever your process requires. Things like logged calls, activities, contracts and documents are all easy to build out and it connects with almost everything in an easy way, including custom fields. Because it's so widely used, integration is stronger and it also makes it much easier for sales teams and senior leadership to understand. Most people already know what it is, what it does and how to read many of the reports so getting buy-in is much simpler. Putting together a team to manage it and helping sales and operations adopt it is usually very manageable. The integrations are broad and in-depth, reporting can get extremely detailed for tracking activity and history, management can use it to monitor team progress, the custom dashboard lets you pin frequently used tabs like a bookmarks bar for quicker navigation, the search function is excellent across the full CRM database, mail domain integration provides real-time email updates and the ticketing system is helpful for customer service as well.
Cons
There's honestly not much to dislike here aside from the time needed at the beginning to set everything up properly especially when it comes to building the right job management structure for each area.

“All-in-one fit for any business”
Pros
After moving to the cloud, one thing we really noticed is that everything is in one place. It covers all the essentials and it adapts really well to just about any type of business. That flexibility has been a big plus and I've recommended it to friends to try with their sales teams because it works so well.
Cons
One challenge on our side is the multi-tenant architecture since it can sometimes create limitations because of the shared resources available to us. Even with that, I still really love the new version features that come with it.

“CRM that boosts sales connections”
Pros
Getting this up and running was easy and the CRM features make it something you really need for better interaction between sales teams and customers.

“Outstanding nonprofit support”
Pros
After nearly a decade of using this client-based software, I can confidently recommend it especially for non-profits. It's normally fairly expensive but for non-profits it's free which makes it incredibly valuable. I've also worked directly with their non-profit support team and they've been exceptional. It's amazing to see them provide small organizations with support and access to the full suite of tools which really helps empower their work.
Cons
Honestly, the biggest downside is that more non-profits aren't already using this software suite. They really go out of their way to support and help non-profits so I believe many more organizations should be taking advantage of what they offer.

“Lead tracking for education”
Pros
Keeping up with leads and knowing exactly where they are in the process has been really useful. In education, we use it to monitor each stage, like whether someone is just an inquiry, has started an application, has applied, been accepted and so on.
Cons
There are a lot of moving parts in the system so it can be a bit difficult to stay on top of everything. Training staff to use it often ends up requiring repeat training. Even personally, if I run a report and add it to a campaign for use in SF Pardot, by the time I need to repeat that process a month later, I've usually forgotten at least one of the steps.

“Reporting and customization”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural so there's barely any prep needed before you're up and running and seeing value from it. It's much more than a basic Rolodex, with all the information you need in one place to stay productive. The detailed reporting tools make it really helpful for managing teams and spotting where improvements can be made. You can quickly see how each rep is doing with generating leads, following up and hitting goals compared with previous performance. The customization is also a big plus because it lets you focus on what matters most to you instead of forcing what the system thinks is important. It's effective for managing goals, tracking progress and overseeing niche units to get a clearer picture of how the organization is performing.
Cons
Downside to having so much flexibility in customization is that it can feel overwhelming at times. Spending the time to set everything up so it truly matches your specific needs can be frustrating but once it's configured properly, it feels worth the effort you put in.

“good to go...”
Pros
Right from the start, the biggest advantage has been how much rich data it gives both me and my organization. The part I appreciate most is just how customizable the platform is especially when it comes to building really useful reports and dashboards so my team's data can be reviewed on a regular basis.
Cons
One downside is that it's not very simple for the average user and most organizations probably need to bring in a separate IT administrator to really get the full value from the software. I'd also love to see more flexibility with color customization especially within the dashboard components.
