“Reporting depth across teams”
Pros
There's an endless amount of information you can pull from the reporting function which makes it incredibly useful. It also serves as a really great middle ground for Sales, Sales Enablement, Funding and Operations to all work together in sync.
Cons
Every now and then, new version switches back to Classic which is a minor hassle to change back. It can also be frustrating trying to find the same features when the layout and format are different.

“Automation and analytics”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very user-friendly while still offering plenty of detailed features. The marketing automation tools are something I really appreciate because they cover every channel and interaction without missing anything. On top of that, the analytics are excellent and add a lot of value.
Cons
Honestly, it's difficult to point out any real downside. The way the platform keeps innovating with both its features and overall usability is genuinely impressive.

“Customer tracking tools”
Pros
Having access to so many data points for customers and leads was a big plus. It gave me a ton of useful information to track and stay on top of. If something wasn't already set up, I could also customize it myself without much trouble.
Cons
There are too many unnecessary screens included. It's not very simple to tailor the screens so they only display the data I actually want so I end up digging through a lot of extra elements.

“Better customer tracking but weaker support”
Pros
This platform does a really good job of helping keep track of customer details, contacts and sales interactions all in one place.
Cons
Support hasn't been at the same level for me. There needs to be better coordination around issues and a clearer way to track how resolutions are being handled.

“All our data in one place”
Pros
Having everything stored in one place has made a big difference for us and we can check at any time who used what and when. We basically run our entire business through it.
Cons
Every now and then the automation breaks and returns inaccurate data. We end up troubleshooting almost every week to figure out what went wrong.

“Client tracking game changer”
Pros
Handling 50+ clients became a total game changer with this. It does a really good job of organizing meetings, setting reminders and helping me keep up with conversations and appointments across all my clients without losing track.
Cons
The desktop version was the one I really enjoyed using while the mobile version didn't feel nearly as user-friendly. Even so, it still did its job well when it came to making sure reminders worked efficiently.

“great tool”
Pros
This is a very powerful tool for managing leads and following them through every stage of the sales process for your services.
Cons
Some of the different options do not work properly although I believe they can improve that especially when you are working with another company that uses different software.

“Flexible setup with strong resources”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here, plenty of customization options, great knowledge resources and useful out-of-the-box features that cut down on how much development work is needed. The release cycles are also a real plus and help keep the product moving forward.
Cons
Biggest downside is that implementation and overall ownership costs can end up being quite high.

“Customization and app building”
Pros
It's incredibly customizable, more like a full platform where you can build your own apps than just standard software. The scope is massive and it's probably the biggest product I've ever worked with in terms of everything you can create inside it.
Cons
A lot of the software still doesn't communicate well across different parts. For instance, you might be able to look up contacts from an account but not accounts from a contact. The parent/child relationship references in the schema only work in certain directions which feels unnecessarily limiting. On top of that, there are plenty of small quirks that have apparently been around for 7+ years and still haven't been fixed, like reporting on the EmailMessage object. I understand the idea that maybe someone decided it would put too much strain on the system but at that point, add more servers and charge based on workload instead.

“Configurable and reliable solution”
Pros
It's an integrated platform that feels very user-friendly. It can be configured to fit different needs and also connects well with other software. On top of that, you can manage things online through chats and emails which makes communication and follow-up very convenient.
Cons
It's a highly reliable software and honestly I haven't come across any downsides.

“Up-to-date and efficient solution”
Pros
Everything about the system feels current and we've been using it regularly because it's very user-friendly. After purchase, the team also receives training along with refresher sessions whenever needed which has been really helpful. Its biggest strength is how efficient it is, from managing contacts to confirming leads and reaching out to them. It really helps the whole team work better and all the details are accessible to everyone.
Cons
The one part I wasn't too happy with was the reporting. It didn't work particularly well for our needs and even with training, it still felt a bit complicated to use.

“Helpful reminders and visibility”
Pros
Getting around the system is easy and the reminder dashboard is really useful. Senior management can quickly view your daily activity which means you do not have to put together your own hit lists. They can already see who you are contacting and who you are not.
Cons
Calendar exporting could be more easy. At our company, we still have to rely on a third-party tool to sync everything with our personal calendars.

“CRM with broad integrations”
Pros
This CRM comes packed with just about every feature you'd expect from a customer relationship management platform and it connects with most of the supporting software tools out there. If you can picture an interactive way to manage customers alongside the other tools your team already relies on, there's a good chance this is the right CRM for you.
Cons
That said, all of that functionality can also make it feel overwhelming at times. I'd strongly suggest bringing in a consultant or training partner to help set it up in the best way for your company and sales process, otherwise you may end up with an impressive new system that nobody actually uses. User adoption can be a real hurdle if employees aren't properly trained on both how to use it and why it's valuable for them.

“simple and universally useful”
Pros
Right from the start, the application feels simple to use. The preloaded sections are clear, easy to follow and broadly applicable across different needs.
Cons
Since nearly every sales rep in marketing and advertising has already worked with this application, training is barely needed. That said, most changes seem to require reaching out to an account lead or manager. Even the most basic tweaks often ended up needing someone from IT involved which made it feel far less turnkey than I was expecting.

“Clean assessments and time-savers”
Pros
Keeping track of completed contacts and tasks versus what still needs attention is very easy with this software. Assessments appear clearly in the system and being able to clone them, reuse the results month after month and adjust only what changed saves a lot of time.
Cons
Setting up groups and similar items requires understanding their coding structure so there is definitely a learning curve. How well the tool works also depends heavily on how well it is configured for your company by the person handling the setup.

“Flow analysis upgrades”
Pros
One thing this platform gets right is the number of features that actually work well. Its flow analysis tools are very comprehensive and have clearly improved over time. It also makes it possible to capture email data, monitor communications and integrate really well with Outlook. Even though not every feature performed this well from the beginning, it's worth recognizing how consistently this product updates itself and keeps improving the right tools to deliver a better experience over time.
Cons
On the downside, there are still issues with predictive analytics especially when trying to work with a specialized object for people who require special handling and that has caused delays for us at times. Customer support has also dropped off quite noticeably over the last semester which has left us with a lot of unanswered questions as users.
